ok now that NxT is obviously dead for good (-30% on price today alone) + hacker owns and plays w/ 5% of the network --> price will go lower than low in weeks to come as anyone with brains can tell, where do smart people put their smart money?  Bitshares?  

im sorry for the NxT which was #1 candidate for best crypto project but this was too much.  the losses realized during NexT days are gonna make a lot of people sad to the core and even tho im not invested i am sad about this too.  too many good people lost their money bcuz of 1 bad guy.  a true drama also for bter (bankrupt).  fuck the one whos responsible for this.  karma will get her/him/it.

Come on, you can't be stupid enough to think NXT is dead.. But this will speed up the Multigateway (Decentralized trading) which is already working and in beta.

I don't think that NXT is dead would be more dead if they make rollback they just have some price damage that is all.

The problem I have with NXT ( And im invested in it ) is that recently its one disaster after another or at least it fells and seems that way, I invested into NXT as a medium to long term investment, but I am now finding it hard to see any positives expect a really good comunitee.

Soooo. Basically that the only "real" coin would be Bitcoin? All the guys calling every other coin a scam, I always have to wonder what coins they would say aren't scams. They have a list of things used to label a coin a scam, but what's the list for a coin not to be labeled a scam?

Some guy released a coin with no premine, no IPO and stuff like that, only mineable via the wallet, doesn't even talk about exchanges. Updates things once or twice a week.  And yet some people came in there and call it a scam. It's like there are no coins that aren't a scam. lol

OK, so what is 1 disaster that is specifically NXT's fault?

Actually now that I think about it, CFA usually posts these dumb "... is dead!" posts/topics whenever he is obviously trying to manipulate the price downward for his own financial gain. He did it at least 2-3 times with NEM and thats why they had to start a moderated thread.

Your full of shit!! NXT will do just fine, if anything will do better after last few days. That price dump was due to Bter letting sells go through by mistake on the old.bter.com.

Now that Bter has got pretty much all of their NXT back (minus 8 million) and both NXT and Bter have emerged relatively unscathed from this crisis, I'm betting those who sold their NXT at a steep discount during the hack on old.bter.com feel pretty stupid.

NXT is far from dead. This incident will turn out the same way as during the Ripple panic sell off when one of the founders said he was going to dump his holdings: initial panic sell off followed by a full rebound eventually.

The reality is that, during the hack, the price almost didnt move, no flash crash, no nothing...Now the hacker returned almost al the NXT to Bter, and the price is going up, upper than before the hack.  :D
