Survey sites are good, but you can earn more with less effort being paid half a cent a word to write for me! :D
Shameless advertising, but you earn more writing 4 words than you earn for watching a 5 minute video.

Does anyone srsly waste all the time around making bitcents?

we wish.

no, we waste our time making fractions of bitcents.

as someone said earlier, it's a simple way to offset transaction fees.

but it's also a good way to notice new sites being advertised.

Just found another bitcoin site which we can earn twice a day.

All we need doing to is wait for 20 second to receive a payout or wait 5 minutes to receive double.
By clicking on ads reduces timer to 20 interval!

Give it a try:

How much can you get for free at http://www.dragons.tl/ ?
http://www.dragons.tl/mediawiki-1.16.5/index.php/Soldier_Statues
Quote
ou can get free Bitcoins from the Soldier Statues located throughout Dragon's Tale. The Bitcoins are real, and can be used to play games within Dragon's Tale, or can be withdrawn. Usually soldiers will give small gifts, between 1 and 3 Bitmills (1/1000 of a Bitcoin), but occasionally they'll give larger gifts: 10, 50, 500, or 5000 Bitmills (5 BTC) at once.
The game limits the gifts of course - you can't just drain one soldier dry - but there are no hard limits to the number of gifts that you can get.
Soldiers receive gifts from the Faucet, located behind the Palace, and they keep them in inventory, giving them out as asked. If a soldier contains multiple denominations of gifts, he will always offer the largest. Because of this, the more out-of-the way soldiers which are searched less often tend to accumulate more gifts, and more often have larger gifts than those located in the middle of town.

I got hooked on mycryptcoin.com before. Those tiny little payouts are addictive - it's like a rat clicking a button to get a munchie in those psych experiments.

Yet the payout is soooo a waste of time...

The requirement for playthrough is not enforced currently. It will be soon enough, as abusers are eager to exploit the giveaway by more than one account against our rules. However, it is quite usual for valid players to end up with some cashable winnings as the result of gambling the free 0.10.

Keep in mind that it takes a lot of work/time to earn a significant amount with most of the survey sites.  You might be better off just buying your first coins.

Registering at Gold Game Land (http://goldgameland.com/reg.htm) pays you 0.10 BTC at once without much effort.
From the site:
Please fill up the following form for us to review your registration request. The free BTC will be added to your account balance immediately and needs to be played through any of our games. Any possible winnings can be cashed out once your registration has been approved and any deposits cleared. Each player may only have one account.
The requirement for playthrough is not enforced currently. It will be soon enough, as abusers are eager to exploit the giveaway by more than one account against our rules. However, it is quite usual for valid players to end up with some cashable winnings as the result of gambling the free 0.10.
Can you make the games verifiable?

Can you make the games verifiable?
Maybe in the future we can.

My friend is a little skeptical... he thought the playthrough was enforced, so he went to the low/high card game and waited for a 13 card and bet lower. He lost... it was another 13. He then did this again, and lost *again*. Obviously the odds of this are 1/169 and he's not eager to play on your site again. I, however, cashed out the 0.1 and then some with a "higher" on a 7
You forgot to mention that "your friend" won one lower than 13 bet before losing his two bets in a row. The odds of 2 losses out of 3 come down to 1/61, which in my view are not terribly long odds (neither is 1/169 looking at the millions of bets on our site since 2005). In fact it happens several times a day even with our current low volume.

We are not naive enough to think robbing players of their free bonus would stand any potential benefit to us. Naturally, when an incident in the order of 1/100 happens rightaway to a new player, one is inclined to blame a factor outside bona fide circumstances. There's not really much to be done about that.

However robbing every Nth player, or each player on their third turn when the site's wallet is low, would provide a profit.

Besides verifiable games, such as Bitcoin Minefield or SatoshiDice (the most popular BTC gambling game!)

I spoke with Justin Filtz - someone in the poker community.  About bitcoin and poker, biggest complaint was the lack of other players on the various bitcoin poker sites.  Also gave him an empty Casascius coin

tried this with onion.to, but the captcha doesn't come through properly because of an 'invalid referrer'.

hence, no coins.

The best way to earn btc is to sign up for a signature campaign. Its the only way to make a decent amount/day.
Otherwise if you want to earn like nothing and work like a animal you can try to use thousands of faucets.
