After Iam verify that Dr. is the real person not hacker ( we made personal message verification) and 4 hrs of waiting ;) Iam was able to send him money ASAP he comeback. I made transfer 4120 , 120$ fee and start asking him about e-Voucher, but he said me wait 10 minutes because he is driving car, i wait 10 mnutes then 20 minutes then 25 mnutes he stop replying, Iam start worry my customer also, I didnt thought that he is bad but there is many bad feedbacks on last 2-3 pages so Iam really start worry that he is rascal, but he comeback and said me that he told me about he on the road, it is ok, I can wait 10-15 mins but not 30-40 mnutes man!!! ok? If you start deal please, kindly complete the transaction as soon as possible. Conclusion: This guy Dr-Exchanger can not be a scammer because he dealt and is dealing with thousands of dollars and if he wanted to scam, he could scam a long time ago when he could get more than this amount of money now. I found on my email a claim on the WMz he sent me ( cause he is from Russia, so he could claim so easy ) which he made within 2 minutes after he sent the WMz ... That claim was : that he sent the WMz by mistake to wrong purse !! 2. after about 10 mins from giving him the voucher, he come back to me to say thats invalid Voucher !! while I tried to deposit that voucher again to my PM account cause I knew that I have been scammed for $4120 WMz, But I found that he already used it So, He is scamming me for the 4120 WMz and saying that I have scammed him for the PM isn't enough for you the money you are scamming me ?! you also wanna spoil my reputation ?! what kind of people are you ?! Im not too familiar with the company that you used to send the 4k, but cant they verify what account it was sent to? and if they verify that the money was sent to who you were supposed to send it to, I would think that it would be a simple open and shut case.. Also, the new evidence that you have provided that the others account is a hacked account gives you a little more credibility, again, Im not taking sides, just looking at all the evidence, but if you can get an official statement from that financial company, it would go a long way. But then you run into photoshopping accusations, etc.
Too bad that company cant send a pgp signed copy of everything, that would make things very easy to verify.. I hope you guys can figure this out. That means he was either involved in the btctalk security vulnerabilities in 2013 or bought the account from someone who was.
