I think that this 7 hrs you was continuously looking for person who need Perfect money same amount. Not so diffcult to find person who need perfect money, 80% use it for Internet payments.

and they just got e-voucher which was I storngly believed that was 100% valid and this scammer just used it and they also open fake claim on wmz too

I traded many many times with Dr-exchanger and still never got any problem so far even we traded around 8000 US Dollars

I always ask Dr to pay back me via directly transfer perfect money and never ask them to provide e-voucher

and they always pay back honestly so I must want to said here that Dr-exchanger is very legit very honest guy
and this thread starter must be bullshit scammer

That's for all, If I'm scammer I would welcome with the idea of giving him Voucher instead of sending directly for it
I was insisting to send him directly, so there would be proof of transaction
But he told me to save the 2% fees ( for me that only means that he will not load on his account, cause if he load in his account he won't save that 2% fees ) The fees is applied on Sending money on Perfectmoney
and its 0.5% fees for sending from verified account and 2% fees for sending from unverified account

You are that guy Gamblesoon and trying to spoil my reputation again for a reason I don't know it
OR You were selling that PM voucher to Gamblesoon and he scammed you on it and you thought that I gave you an invalid voucher

and if there is any intention to use it i would'nt say to him at first that I will send the PM funds directly to his account
