Somebody i know has a gas station for sale in romania, anybody interesting in buying it ? if yes send me a pm and i will put you in contact with him,i don't know the price so you have to ask him the price and details...

Surely if it's a franchise it's not just as easy as selling it to someone else? Isn't there all sorts of requirements for people to buy into franchises and you can't just go passing it off to someone else?

I will buy it but i need free supply of gas for atleast 1 month after purchase. And if the gas station gets destroyed due to natural disasters within 3 months, i need a replacement guarantee and you should build me a new gas station.

By the way the gas station looks really nice. Yesterday i bought one from another seller and it was dirty as hell.

lol ,the person how sell's it, he is old and does not has internet knowledge to list it online ,that is why he asked me to ask around if somebody is interested ...the rest i don't get it why it is so funny or the offer sounds like a scam etc ....if you have the money and if you are a real investor just ask him for papers/to show you the gas station etc ...

Gas station is located in Romania. So you should ask someone there for offers. And i don't think bitcointalk is the right place to sell real gas stations. Buy advertisements in newspapers in your country. You have a better chance of winning a mega million lottery than finding someone in bitcointalk who would be willing to buy a gas station  ;D

I'll take that bet for $1. Payout if someone buys the gas station is equal to the current Mega Millions top prize. You in?

And you want to sell it for bitcoin alone? How many? This is by far the most curious thing I ever seen people wanted to sell for bitcoin. If it was gas station in the USA I am sure someone would buy it for sure. Just to be famous or something.

Nope the investor needs to exchange the bitcoins if he has that much and pay the old fashion way ... this person does not know about bitcoin :)

A petrol station not far from where I live was on the market for £500,000 ($798,268) a few months back and sold, it wasn't as big as the one in the picture.

Not sure if it went for asking price or not but must have been close.

Similar ones to that one in the U.S. run sub-200k, and sometimes sub-100k. ~$1m would be if it's in a prime location and includes the land and is a major station (like Exxon).

Buying a 'gas station' is just like buying a property with a huge reservoir that USED to have gas stored in it.
If you are a REAL investor you would first have to buy the property and empty out your 'stored fuel' and apply for a new license, and not just one license you'd have to apply for all the TYPES of gas / fuel you are storing based on it's flash point. Rules are rules and it's pretty much the same anywhere in the world, you can't just buy gas stations that come with gas lol

And this post is fake; reverse image search easily leads to the source of the image.

I wonder how someone could possibly be scammed by this?  WTF would the OP do to actually convince someone to send money to him/her?

There are million ways to scam someone.

They could show him the gas station perhaps the OP's friend simply takes care of the gas station, so a site visit won't be a problem, forging papers is easy in US and this is Romania we're talking about. But the biggest lie / red flag is that the OP states it's a 'Gas Station' that is being sold. Which is kinda impossible. You can't sell a gas station you can sell the property that was ONCE a gas station. Gas stations can't change hands if it's not emptied and a new license is not made in the name of the new owner.

Otherwise it's basically a very big empty Jerry Can.
