Surely if it's a franchise it's not just as easy as selling it to someone else? Isn't there all sorts of requirements for people to buy into franchises and you can't just go passing it off to someone else? I also have a bridge for sale to go with that gas station.

I will buy it but i need free supply of gas for atleast 1 month after purchase. And if the gas station gets destroyed due to natural disasters within 3 months, i need a replacement guarantee and you should build me a new gas station.

Dunno. Probably for a couple of reasons: It looks like a toy model. And he's trying to sell a FREAKING FRANCHISED GAS STATION FOR A FRIEND. Very random. what's the asking price?

Buy advertisements in newspapers in your country. You have a better chance of winning a mega million lottery than finding someone in bitcointalk who would be willing to buy a gas station  |

And you want to sell it for bitcoin alone? How many? This is by far the most curious thing I ever seen people wanted to sell for bitcoin. If it was gas station in the USA I am sure someone would buy it for sure. Just to be famous or something.
