You can sell on sites like bitcoinmarket.com through paypal for USD or you can try and find Canadians on the forums willing to buy for CND. At one point MtGox said he was going to set something up for Canadians but I haven't heard much lately about that.
At the moment, I use bitcoinmarket.com with paypal but it kinda sucks to loose money on the exchange rate from USD to CND. Problem now is PayPal is being a bitch and froze my last received payment for some BTC I sold. Still waiting for them to read my explanation and hoping they don't freeze my account. So really, it's not easy for Canadians to exchange bitcoins for other currencies. It's rather a pain. Title: Re: What's the best way to sell Bitcoins for Canadian dollars? i haven't personally dealt with them (don't really have enough bitcoin for it to be worthwhile), but a friend of mine has had good experiences with them. I know all the major Canadian banks make it very simple to open up an american account, most you can do it online. I have been using them for quite some time to do trades, although I have not made a cash withdrawal yet, only BTC.
