Hello, and welcome to the forum! Bitcoin is a relatively easy to implement payment method, as you can choose to either do everything in-house or use a service provider such as Coinbase or Bitpay to handle the tricky stuff.

I've blocked large ranges of their network from the mailservers under my control because they (or their customers) are hosting e-mail spammers and don't seem too eager to drop them, so we're refusing connections from their IP ranges to keep the spam out of our inboxes.
For other kinds of services they're probably good though.

It is indeed very easy to take bitcoin payment now.
You could simply use bitpay or coinbase to take bitcoin payments from your clients, and those sites will exchange the bitcoin to fiat money right away for you.

Welcome! There are several ways to offer Bitcoin as a payment method. You can make use of a merchant service like Bitpay, for example. There are other players in this area too.

just learn to use escrow for everything you want to purchase on this forum.

It's so exciting to see more and more businesses accepting bitcoins as payment! LOL Bitcoins are literally spreading to every part of the business spectrum. The other day my nephew mowed my lawn and I paid him in BTC  ;D

Welcome abroad. We definitely need to grow our network and one of it is to get more and more people to use it. We also need sites accepting btc as payment option.
