I received a question to my mail:

If I ask you to explain your project in 7 simple sentences. Would you be able to do so?
That should include the description of the idea, target audience, monetization, steps to be taken for that and what you are offering to buy and giving in return.

My answer:

1. We made a coin, that is more secure and suited to the gamers particulary and is intended to be used in our online game.
2. If you buy our coin you are actually investing in a MMO/RPG/FPS game that is being developed on Unreal engine 4.
3. You will be able to use those coins as a currency in a game, exchange them on markets or pay for something in our online shop.
4. Game will be called Supremacy online and it will provide a platform for gamers to play and earn at the same time, and for designers to earn by contributing their designs to the game.
5. By investing 1 Bitcoin or more you will be entitled to a profit made in online shop, from our mining pool and most importantly from the profit that the game makes.
6. We calculated we need 400 BTC to make a demo game and then go to Kickstarter for additional funds, or 800 BTC to make the whole game.
7. We have six C++ programmers with 10+ years of coding experience and are negotating with two teams of 20+ 3D designers with plenty experience who would be willing to work with us.

Because we will implement Element Coin as an in-game currency (with in-game wallet - a real crypto currency wallet). Players will be able to use Element Coin in the game for buying items (guns, vehicles, ...) on the market ... and also earn it by trading items, production of items etc ...

How do we know you won't dump the 5% of the ICO that is supposed to go to the stability fund?

As you can see in our Profit Share Model, 5% that go to development fund is from the Element Portfolio. In the Portfolio there are no Element Coins. Stability fund will be in BTC only.

It also makes no sense to have Element coins in there. They are needed in game, though.

Element Coin is an essential a part of the project. It is needed for Supremacy OnLine game to function properly.
We intend to make money with the game and also with our mining pool, which we will do by utilizing hashing power of the interested miners/gamers.

Most importantly, we will share our profits from the entire project as seen under portfolio section of our announcement.

We are a company with developers as employees. ICO is meant for the development fund so we can hire more coders and designers.
We do business to earn and to make it worthwhile to us and to our investors. Nothing more and nothing less.

We are limiting mining to two graphic cards and all of the 8.000 coins becoming spendable per day will be divided among those miners. All of the initail coins are offered for sale with 0,5% left for game launch. We have no coins left for ourselves, whatsoever. If that is greed, than feel free to call us greedy...

If you really see the need to post nonsense, all I can do is to ask you politely to at least read a bit about subject that you are commenting on. Should you still find anything questionable after reading, I would be more than happy to answer any possible question.

Coins are not minable, but you could say that they are indirectly minable; 8.000 coins will become spendable every day for the next ~27 years, and they will be divided among miners at our mining pool. Coins that are mined in the mining pool will be put for sale and 50% of the profit will be also divided among miners, Element Group members and Stability fund. Other details are in the Gradually spendable premine and Portfolio section of the announcement and in the White paper, of course.

I am not "fucking insane", but your attitude sure is. Do we look like a bunch of 13 year olds dreaming about making an MMO? We have put our faces, names, phone numbers and company data including work address on display on our webpage. Do you think we would do that if we didn't knew exactly what we were doing? Or maybe your skill as a hobby game developer includes additional skills of remote view and telepathy? Is that where your power of assessing our skills and manpower comes from? You're just guessing? Good for you. But you failed.

We actually have a team of 20 -25 developers on board, but they do have to get paid, you know. I cannot afford paying 30 people, but the six already onboard I can. It all depends on the success of this ICO. If we don't gather enough money to pay for the additional team, public beta will come out in the second half of 2016 instead of may 2015. Plus - there are our coders for the Unreal Engine expansion and a few people waiting for an "OK" so thay can join our design/development team.

As concept art goes, that is the least of our worries at this stage, but I am sure if I posted a few pretty pictures all would be swell for you and you would immediately invest, wouldn't you? Real game design documents? Seriously? I hope you didn't mean a traditional GDD, because that's a bunch of bull... One larger hiccup and you've written "a book" for nothing. Technical stuff, like the basis of the game mechanics and pointers for game balancing we have, but real game design documents will be comprised only upon team assessment as that is the only logical thing to do. But as I said, it all depends on this ICO.

I hope I have answered your questions, but I am sure it would not hurt you to post any questions or doubts that you have calmly, and with some manners at least. If you can't do that, I would politely ask you to constrain yourself from this topic and to remain calm and happy instead. Thank you.

I would like to apologize. Not for supposedly being sarcastic or cynic but for engaging in conversation like this with you. I offered to answer any of your questions and politely asked you to keep the temper down, and still you accused me of unprofessional behavior. There is nothing good that can come out from conversation like that, so I can only apologize and move on.

As far as the ICO and especially the game are concerned, I can try to answer you, but I would first like to ask of you, in the most polite manner possible, to try and express any criticism in a constructive way. Our intentions really are good and if we find someone suggesting anything constructive and reasonable, we will certainly consider that. On the other hand, if you persist on being sarcastic and cynical - we really can't do anything with that, so there would be no point in talking at all.  

I sincerely enjoy intelligent and productive conversation and I am being totally open and honest about the whole project. We have an expression here saying, that if someone got burnt with a hot milk he would afterwards be suspicious drinking yogurt even; if you got burnt elsewhere, I am sorry for you, but please, don't take it out on us.

I never stated what stage the game is at and still you keep insisting about posting a video or something. I can quote you: "unless you have a team of 30 experienced game devs coming on board next month" - where did that got lost? I clearly answered you, that I have a team of 20+ developers who are ready to work for us, and with those already on board, we have more than your estimated number. On our meetings and throughout many discussions we came to a conclusion, that with modified UE engine plus SmartFox API, public beta could be done in 6 to 8 months. It seems to me, that we were doing pretty much the same math, wouldn't you say?

And still, instead of stating any questions about that, you rather act hostile? Why would you do that if your intentions are honest?

If it would make you feel better, try to think of us as an investors with a good plan. We started a company to do business and among other things to make that plan work. We are gathering a team of people each with her or his specific role in a company. We are investing ourselves, our time and our own money in the project and we are very well aware of the fact that the project can only be done with a good and fairly big team of developers under a good management, if we want to finish in any reasonable amount of time.

We're trying to do just that by raising money, which is something people have been doing for ages. We know that investors are crucial to our plan and we know that they are not here just for fun or because they feel charitable. People want to profit and our goal is to make that happen for them and even more for us, by sticking to a plan that we really believe is more than just good.

I could post some concept art from people we will be working with to prove that we have more than capable people on our team. I hope you haven't just decided to make our lives hard and that that could make a difference in your oppinion? I am not trying to persuade you into anything, but other people are also reading this. It is thursday evening here and tomorrow we have a national holiday. I don't like bothering anyone on their extended weekend, but I am sure I could find some unpublished concept art from a few of the people we will be working with.

You have every right to be skeptical and please, feel free to deny us of your investment, but our intensions are honest and we have already proved that by publishing all our data publicly. You don't have to do that here, but you can at least admit it to yourself, that we have a good and perfectly feasible plan. Don't bash us just because you can or you feel like it, but try to see the potential. I am not claiming there are no people more qualified than us who could make this project happen, but this is our project and our plan and we are more than willing to do our best to make it happen.

25 days is to long, people won't jump in till the last few days/hrs. Not sure why these ICO's are so long. It benefits no one. Why would I put money on something a month down the road goes live? Also of you want buzz around it, make it cheap and a low coin supply and it will blow up. Ie maryj, bitswift, they did it right for initial investors.

Yes you are right, it is long, but we are not looking to make quick buck and pump and dump is something we are trying to avoid.
We even implemented limited mining for that same reason. No big miners are allowed here. ;)

About initial investors - if you take a look at announcement you will see that we really tried to make it worthwhile to initial investors.

We really don't have to prove anything to you, as I have a feeling that whatever we do, you'll be claming that it is not enough or that someone can do better or whatever. Contrary to what you might have concluded, I learn all the time and in every situation, though I wonder what I could learn from you and even more, if you are a man enough to apologize for your blunt attacks and all the harsh words when you see the project progressing?

I wonder that, because it really is a bold statement to accuse someone of being a scamer and to not even remotely know that person? I might be a scamer or not and if you are interested, you certainly have every right to raise that question. But there is a great difference in concluding that you suspect someone might be a scammer or just bluntly accusing someone of indeed being one!? That is even more ridiculous than it would be if I was to accuse you of being a jerk and a real douchebag, merely because of your tone and your unfortunate use of words, as you really might be a wonderful person instead. Do you see how that could be wrong?

You were talking before of "the burden of professional behavior...". Well, that sounds a bit like a legal talk would, so in that manner, let me remind you of something you clearly forgot in all that writing - innocent until proven guilty. Does that ring any bells? How does that fit with your accusations?

By the way - how many scammers do you know, that would introduce themselves with their full names and addresses before scaming someone?

It was always a plan to produce game related material during the course of time of the ICO.

I would like to address concerns cryptolemaik is having. The way I see things, of course he can express his doubts, but causing havoc is not the way to go. On the contrary if he were constructive that would be a great thing. I really do respect his right to doubt us, but the way he does it is just wrong. With his attitude so far, even if we produced a demo tomorrow he'd still say that we can't finish in the time allotted ...

But enough of that. We are not here to gossip. We'll do whatever we can to show that this is a legitimate project, but everything in it's own time. We are outsourcing a lot and we will post some of the work being done, to show the skills we have on-board.

We will also post some other promotional material to boost confidence and attract more attention.

There are a few things that I would like to add and that are maybe being forgotten here.

If we set the game aside for a moment, one can see that we have a perfectly viable coine for purchase with some innovative thinking behind it; indirect mining, gradually spendable premine, limited hash power for mining ... Miners get to divide 8000 coins per day and they additionally get 20% of the profits made from selling other currencies, payable in BTC.

The Supremacy Online game comes as a cherry on the top. The important thing to remember about it, is that we are not actually making a whole game but in fact a starting a platform for other designers to build upon and expand the game. There are huge numbers of people out there designing games for fun in their spare time and enjoying themselves immensely. Now imagine giving them option to do the same but to get paid for their work ...

Hello, I am one of the developers and CEO of the Inovatium company.

Actually we were debating exactly that - how to prove to the world, that we are legit and that we really think seriously about the project. All those scams really messed things up for everybody.

We will be posting a video and do some things on top of that, just to prove that we are not trying to scam anyone. We will also post a game trailer next week and I hope you will find it awesome as we believe it will be.

We are very excited to be working on this project and we really hope, that scamers wouldn't destroy that, as we really worked very hard on this.

I have three sons who are 1, 4 and 6 years old and I've been at the office for 12 to 14 hours every day - including weekends. I am not doing that to scam anyone but because I really belive in the project and right now actually live the project. I am really grateful that I have a wife at home and that belives in me and supports us all the way, so I can work peacefully and without worries about my family life.

We will not disappoint anyone and whoever belives in us, will never be forgoten.

Yes, you are right, we have the tools. Actually, with UE4 engine we have a pretty big tool and the best game platform to build upon in fact. Wouldn't you say that's awesome?

We also have the manpower in people who share our level of enthusiasm and we have our expenses covered. As I said before, we don't have the funds to be able to pay a fairly large team of developers, but that's why we are here and why we started the project this way. We have been in negotiations with two teams who would be willing to work with us. We are currently talking with some people from The Faculty of Computer and Information Science in Ljubljana who will also be able to help us further. We have a place, where it can all be done and we also made arrangements for a bigger place, should we need one.

We had an idea, we built a plan around it and we are doing everything in our power to see that plan succeed. We offer a framework to be built upon and so far, the plan seems to be solid. But of course, we would always accept any good advice. Why wouldn't we?

It should also not be forgotten that we have "coined" a unique coin with some smart anti-pump&dump ideas which will have a market in game where it could be used extensively. I think we can all agree, that usability is the only thing that can save any altcoin currency. Ours included.

Is it really wrong for us to work with our hearts and to try set our project in motion with the help from the community, who can also benefit from it? It has been done before and I hope that people will see it really can be done again.

I promised a video for today, but it really proved to be harder than i thought.

English is not my native language and I would really need to practice talking more.

All of our programmers have attended Faculty of computer and information science at the University of Ljubljana and have more than 10 years of C++ programming experience. All of them worked on many small unknown projects and few even did some work on Faculty graphics engine project. Not that we need a graphic engine, since we have UE4 for 19$ a month.

As far as designer experience is considered, we really can't write much about that. We have been in negotiations with two teams of designers with much experience, but nothing is finalized as we don't even know if we will raise enough funds to begin the project. We cannot expect any team to reserve and commit its time to us if they don't even know if project is a go. If we see that funding is going in the right direction we can make final arrangements and contracts with one of the teams and then post more details.

Could be legit for all I know but an ICO before you have so much as a screenshot or a tiny clip of the game to show... Reeks of ulterior motives, sadly.

OK, lets say just for the sake of argument that we don't have any game done yet - absolute 0. Why would that reek of ulterior motives?
We have a plan, we have all the tools, we have a team of coders and a team of designers ... why wouldn't that be a viable plan?
So ... in this case we need the money to pay for the work that will be done, and to buy more and better equipment.

If this ICO is successful at least +20 people would get a job on a permanent basis, a team of designers would get hired, some other people that can help with different skills would get work, ...

I got some photos with Zlatko & his youngest son with Milan and his two older kids. Not real proof of course (could be fan promo photos - but with the kids? semi-amateur...?). So I don't have many doubts I must say...! We've got ID, social profiles, addresses, registered corporation, ... I think we can safely get past the "are you real" questions at this point. They are real. It's too elaborate not to be. And we have the Proof of Identity video where we can see Zlatko talk about the ideas and plans.

I'm still trying to convince Zlatko to also offer an Escrow (without discount - Escrows cost). I hope he makes a definite decision soon... And remember; while no official structure in place, when the ICO fails to gather enough money there will be a refund. So while there are no refunds on an individual basis, there is a general refund when the game ("Supremacy Online") will not be started yet.

If there is enough money to just create the coin (which has some unique features), the coin will *not* be made and an ICO refund will still take place. Zlatko sees no point in "just" another altcoin, though Elementcoin would have some unique features to keep mining fair for everybody, not just the big riggs. Ultimately, Elementcoin is an *addition* to Supremacy Online. Only then Element would gain real value (again, according to Zlatko).

For now, your ICO investment would go to the plans to build this all. They have been working for a long time on this (my secret developer has been in contact with them for a few months now, *not* through me but through another contact of mine). If you think an online game, built on Unreal, with Crypto in mind and smart anti-dump and value adding features (trading, selling self-created in-game objects) which might gather its own economy (designers, modelers, gamers) is a good idea, then you should invest. And you should invest serious amounts. You are not buying some coins, you are investing in a serious project on a scale like that of Syscoin (yes I know ;p).

In return Elelement team will use all the contacts it has gathered to create the vision *they* have in mind. The game can start with 1 planet: community can build the rest (in return for crypto). They studied, investigated and know what is needed. What kind of programmers they should hire, whom to hire. Preparing a serious business takes a serious amount of time and effort. So yes, there is no wallet yet nor a game nor fancy graphics - only a grand vision and detailed plans for something fun and new. THAT is what you will invest your money in. If no game can be build, BTC will be returned. We know their name, we have their number ;p

Its not the same name. The second account is written with a 0 (zero) and the old with O (like Oscar).

Replaced the letter "O" to zero, or a mixture of Latin and Cyrillic.

My answer:

1. We made a coin, that is more secure and suited to the gamers particulary and is intended to be used in our online game.
2. If you buy our coin you are actually investing in a MMO/RPG/FPS game that is being developed on Unreal engine 4.
3. You will be able to use those coins as a currency in a game, exchange them on markets or pay for something in our online shop.
4. Game will be called Supremacy online and it will provide a platform for gamers to play and earn at the same time, and for designers to earn by contributing their designs to the game.5. By investing 1 Bitcoin or more you will be entitled to a profit made in online shop, from our mining pool and most importantly from the profit that the game makes.
6. We calculated we need 400 BTC to make a demo game and then go to Kickstarter for additional funds, or 800 BTC to make the whole game.
7. We have six C++ programmers with 10+ years of coding experience and are negotating with two teams of 20+ 3D designers with plenty experience who would be willing to work with us.

ELM is one of the most interesting coin which started within last month.

i don't think many know MMO ingame currencies are worth a few millions usd so they don't know the profit potential.

And, if I may add ... Eye candy shouldn't be the thing that attracts investors, though we know it does. We have many other things to concentrate on. Like our mining pool, work distribution server, online shop, element-group web page with portfolio, etc. The look of the wallet really shouldn't discourage anyone to invest, there are really a lot of other things to be considered here.

As said there will be a mandatory update and wallet 2.0 will have all the eye candy people like  ;)

We are living the project and learn from it as it goes and we are as professional as our budget allows us. One cannot succeed doing everything perfectly and exactly on time like that, but we are doing everything we can and we are not giving up. Our wallet is not a simple copy paste from some other wallet, but we actually had a fair ammount of work to do. We want our wallet to work as we intended and also to look nice as it should. That's why there will be an update to version 2.0, which will look much better and totally different.

We had some problems with our trailer too, but we are back on track now, and will hopefully release it shortly.

Im an investor in this coin and I love the project being a gamer myself  ;D I must say that the release problem of the wallet is not a new problem in the crypto world Dogecoin had a problem,Darkcoin had many,Vericoin well lets not go there. Lets get the wallets up and going shall we.

No, if ICO doesn't go as planed we will not release the coin, and all bitcoins will be sent back :)

 Well I feel that you should release the coin then open a forum and do a community fund raiser like dogecoin community did for the NASCAR thing which I was heavily involved with to get  done ;)

ICO is meant to hire 20-40 experienced game developers and designers for 6 months, without it the coin has no meaning yet.

Im an investor and I feel the project is a solid one. I really hate to see it not go thew :( could you set up a forum for the project to work on getting investors? Work on getting some buzz going and show that your serious about the project.

We decided to give a project some more time. We are talking with a few different 3D developer teams with good references to commit their time to Element project. We already gave them instructions for some concept art which will be posted here and there is also a trailer to be finished.

As things stand now, we will be sending invested BTC back and relaunching the announcement again in a week or so. We will offer an escrow too and in the mean time all suggestions are welcome.

We'll start refunding in 8 hours. It's 2 AM here at the moment, and I need the second password that is written on a paper at the office.

I think one of the main things is advertising. i am also another person who has only just seen this too late, i am quite thankful the IPO is getting restarted , looks like an amazing project and glad i didn't miss my chance to join.

plus the state of the alt coin market and bitcoin isn't helping , markets are pretty stale. Hopefully it raises the funds this time round

We didn't quit. No way.

There will be a reannouncement in the next few days hopefully, but that does not depend only on us. We are in talks with BlockTrust about hosting our crowdfund, but haven't decided yet. We were thinking of helding crowdfund on some exchange, but seeing how Bter actively participated in Bitbay scam, we are not so sure any more (we never were, actually). We have an interesting idea about crowdfunding, but we are still deciding if investors would see it as a right move. I believe that any honest investor would think it is a great idea, but we will see about that.

We are also digesting how that Bitbay scam that was going on at the time when we held our ICO could affect an honest crypto projects. I really can't understand that so many people gave away a lot of their money to a group of unknown individuals instead of investing here? Had they invested to our project, the game development would be in full swing now and nobody would be crying about investing in a scam like they do now. Of course we haven't secretly invested 500 BTC to our own ICO to fire the people up like they did, because that was exactly what happened; insted of people checking the project throughly, they invested because they thought that other people are investing but it was all a fraud...

Well, it happened what happened and there is no point crying over spilt milk. I just hope that this time around people will be checking the project instead of following the herd. It really is a project that could bring a lot of money to anybody involved - imagine how going to work could look like: you get up in the morning, have a breakfast, login to your computer, fire up a game and you are at work  ;D

And it is not just that, it is a lot more...

Project sounds good,but the question is how to get players in,Bitcoiner might not a game lover.

Think about it this way: There are hundreds of games out there, where people are running around, shooting people just for fun and to kill time maybe. If Supremacy Online is released, all those people could be doing the same thing, but with a big difference - they would not be just wasting their time, but in fact earning money! If that does not sound good, I don't know what could sound better?

Of course, some money would be spent on marketing too...  :)
