I figure there is no way for the market to get more negative than it is nor more negative as to this particular issue. I'll probably adjust my position tomorrow morning -- it'll probably go down on jitters and up afterwards... only problem is a lot of others might think the same. Is the first bitlicense revision available yet? I read loads of threads claiming it would be available at the end of October, but I cannot find any download links yet.
