Ben Lawsky speaks next week at Money2020 in Las Vegas.  Event is Nov 2 thru 5th.

His direction for BitLicense may rattle the market!  Be warned!!!

Prepare for irrational exuberance [or] despair.

Do you know the date of his first speech there, and if he is doing more than one speech?

It should be somewhere in the brochure's agenda, but it's huge.

I just looked under event timing and it mentions that regulatory matters are the focus for Sunday and that there will be a keynote in the evening. Ergo, I strongly suspect that's when he speaks.

Thanks, Coindesk says "Lawsky will take part in the conference's (Bit)coinWorld section and will be one of the star speakers", but it does not say when. Sunday should be a big day for us.

I think his speech will reduce uncertainty, which has been creating selling pressure for couple of months. I would prefer decisive move up or down.

I am riding a short still from just under $350, but I suspect the same. I figure there is no way for the market to get more negative than it is nor more negative as to this particular issue. I'll probably adjust my position tomorrow morning -- it'll probably go down on jitters and up afterwards... only problem is a lot of others might think the same. Kind of a tricky time to be in this market.

He will probably discuss revisions to the bitlicense and the possibility of revisions to the revisions. Maybe his remarks might be positive. Is the first bitlicense revision available yet? I read loads of threads claiming it would be available at the end of October, but I cannot find any download links yet.

The only link I could find was this one that looks it's to the first version.

Sometimes it is better to close position and lock the profit. But as we all know, greed is usually stronger than logic. Hope that you will choose optimal choice.

Yup. I am actually looking for an exit point, now. I figure I'm on the wrong side of the wave... ideally I exit a little closer to 320 (or lower!!) than 325. Watching the wave right now.

Lawsky speaking 6:00 to 6:30 PM.

Looks like it's more like a relief rally?

"Tomorrow on @BloombergTV @ErikSchatzker will interview Cameron @Winklevoss & @TylerWinklevoss live from @Money2020 #Bitcoin"

Hopefully they give some new info regarding the COIN.

Thanks! IMO It was promising. Individual users, software developers and miners/mining pools don't need Bitlicense.
