I somewhat doubt that they would allow you to claim the bitcoin via a QR code, as that it probably used for something else (probably for the store that cashes the ticket for you) as you would certainly have to pay taxes on any prize won (including the bitcoin prize). They want cash that they can spend straight away. Imagine if a person suddenly has so much wealth on hand, would that guy think long term? Just my thought...
