Tired of people charging for faucets when they are free.

Good man this is what i like to see people doing things for others :) especially when dealing with a free script, and fair play for offering the hosting for free .....

I generally think free things are too good to be true.

Instead of building one for me for free, could you tell me how to go about doing it myself, instead?

Just download the free microwallet script, the issue at the moment is though you will never get the damn API of the vendor as he has gone awol, I have customers that have been waiting in excess of one month for the API and without it they are useless

Oh sorry. Okay, but everyone can download the script for free (eg. microwallet) so why should someone use your service while you can integrate a backdoor?

Not everyone knows basic code and PHP.
I see so many people offering a microwallet faucet for a price.
And I hate to see people getting ripped off.

You can get ad revenue which is much more than owners/admins pay-out to users.

The way I did was with AdSense and Adbit.co
Adsense was earning $70 - $100 / day
Adbit.co was earning 0.1 / day

So from ads.

Micorwallet hasn't sendthe API keys to the owners. So it is disabled till they get it and entered. :)

You need capital.  ( Like a lot )
If you have that, and you know how to run a faucet you will make a lot of profit.

Yeah sure. Just set your payout a bit lower.
Mine was 20k / 24 hours / user. But I think we had the highest paying faucet.

As he's mentioned, 0.05 BTC is enough to start out with, if you have a lower payout rate. If you want more visitors to your site, you'll probably have to invest more than that. When you invest a lot, you'll have a greater potential to profit more, but that's not guaranteed. It really depends on your advertising capabilities.

thanks for explaining , but I understood that he had one with an investor or partner where they earned a lot. it just would be nice if Equinox could tell us how it would be today? investment in BTC > Time > and earning per month. it would be much easier for me to decide if I want to go for it or not. sure that I will need his help and would partner up with him.

For example my site invested 0.7 / week.
2 Bitcoin Profit.
1.3 Bitcoin Net Profit.

lets see if I understood it now.

0.7/week = 0.1 per day investment = 3 BTC per month

1.3 net profit per week = 0.19 per day = about 5.5 per month

back to one of my questions, if this is right now could one make more with more investment or it just doesnt make sense?

Increase the rewards, make low threshold, advertise in popular BTC faucets such as moonbitco.in, freebitco.in , don't spen much though. Use traffic exchanges especially Russian/Ukraine exchanges. Eventually, you will get more traffic. :)

Traffic exchanges are not allowed according to adsense TOS, so if you use Google Adsense I would not recommend traffic exchanges.

You are right! What I meant is, use traffic exchanges to increase the popularity of the faucet and then you can get enough traffic from people. Better to remove ads before going for exchanges or popularize your faucet after creating and then after a few days, add ads - manual ads are no problem. I suggested Russian and Ukraine traffic exchanges because most of the traffic to the faucet are from people living there.
