How can we see that?
Have you done any POD to verify your identity?

Your expecting people to jump in this without any valuable information?

Why do I need an argument?  This is a scam and you know it.  A coin backed by silver that you supposedly hold?  This scam has already been done.  Wasn't there a gold scam, a platinum scam, fertilizer scam, all scams that people lost btc on.  This will be no different.  Fortunately for you there are enough fools willing to part with their btc.

And anyone knows how screwed up the trust rating is.  Take a look at who gave me negative trust.  A bunch of scammers because I called them out on their scams just like I'm calling you out for this scam.

Anyone still falling for these pathetic ICO scams deserves to lose their btc.  I've done all I can do to save people from these scams.

Proof of Developer doesn't mean a damn thing.  It's just a worthless service that scammers use.

Proof of Dirtbag is what it should be called.

There are many worthless ICO's that cost people btc that received a worthless POD.  So cut the crap.  POD means nothing and this is still a scam.

Earlz will probably review the code to make sure it's clean, that's the most important protection layer right now.
Now if you'd please stop spreading FUD and get a real job, you would do a great service for the community.
Thank you.

Earlz just reviews the code.  They have nothing to do with anything else.  The code can be clean and still be a scam.  Clean code means nothing as people have been finding out.  Especially with an ICO where they want your btc up front.

What you call FUD is the truth.  Problem is that you guys have one big network and are all working together.

Scammer posts ANN for coin.

People like you host pool

Someone lists coin on exchange minutes after it's launched.

Wash rinse repeat.

Go look at my past posts where I called coins a scam.  I have been right 99.9% of the time.  Go ahead.  Do you want me to post the long list of scams that I have called out?  I doubt there is any need because we both know I'm right.

Maybe you should stop enabling these scams by running pools for them and get a real job yourself.  You would do a great service to the community.

Here are some of the coins I called out.  How many of these did you host a pool for and where are they now?  Great service you are doing for the community allowing them to waste their time mining shit.  Bravo.

bluntcoin
bitblock
silkcoin
byteberry
nebulacoin
hashcoin
edgecoin
storagecoin
matrixcoin
heavycoin
silicon valley coin
sapphire
maplecoin
standardcoin
snowcoin
crowncoin
templecoin

nigeriacoin

Edit:

I forgot to list CryptoBancor.  And yes this coin is still a scam regardless of what you say.

Trades for silver 4 months later? That is an appropriate amount of time so that everyone will have moved on by then. Hypothetically, if I buy all the coin after it dumps later, what escrow system will be in place so that I can get precious metals below melt costs?

No chance it is real, but sure, show some photos of your silver if you really bought it. Everyone has a cell phone, certainly someone that bought lots of silver can do it. Explain why would support this four months from now as well, and what recourse people have if your website never exists or goes away. Thanks!

You mean get a job spreading fud like you?.

Sorry kid, but I'm not a lifeless loser like you, I do work and have taken part in decent projects mostly related to crypto, I'm not a scammer like you just dedicated to spreading FUD for a few bucks.
Better go get a job mcdonalds or something, it's what your kind deserves.

well, tomorrow I will publish pictures of silver which I have. Four months is the time to trade a coin whose value will change. The increase or decrease in the value of silver. What you can be sure that for four months from now will exchange system for real silver coins? no certainty, just as there is no certainty that the value of Bitcoin tomorrow will not fall for $ 1, all crypto currency is based on trust.
You expect to confirm the authenticity of the system that is proposed, there is no such thing. The case looks like this, I earned a silver some money, I wanted to create a currency that is convertible into metal, you call it a scam, fake, etc. There have been such coins like midascoin, I understand that you are wary about such projects. Sounds crazy, surreal, absurd. But it is not more absurd than at least half of the project of the new coins that come out

Thanks!

looks the same but that convertibility while silver coins is not justified. No one will replace cryptocurrency on real coins if this would lose money, this is the reason why cryptobancor is not a coin 100% POW because I would not have any interest in this.

can you provide a little more background about your dev team?

all investors funds were returned. The plan, re-buy silver to cover the second half of the CBR ~ 500 000, it did not happen so I hold my silver cover the value of 1 000 000cbr. As a result, each 10cbr is equal to 0.5 g of silver. Today at 19:00 starts POW, after 5 days POS.

I will leave for sale on CEX cbr from premining at a lower price adequate to value of. Roadmap does not change, new wallet, android app and swap system on website will appear.

Is there a typo on the math for the Ounce of Silver? 1 Ounce=28.349 not 28,349 with the total CBR listed as 28,394 per ounce? It also says 20 CBR per Gram, this means an ounce is 566.98 CBR just by that statement alone. There are 28.349 Grams in one ounce times 20 CBR: 1 OZ 28.349 x 20 CBR = 566.98.

If we are talking Troy ounces then the number would be 31.1034768 per ounce. But since the number on the site reflected as a standard ounce I just figured it was written wrong with a Comma instead of a Decimal Point.

What is the real breakdown and how many ounces are backed by CBR? If there are 1,000,000 CBR and 964,000 have been pre-mined then blocks 101-3611 equals 35110 CBR for a total of 999110 CBR. The rest must be POS only right? If one Gram equals 20 CBR then there should be 1762.129 Ounces of Backing. With 61.92 Ounces represented by the PoW phase. Is this correct?

If the 20CBR to 1 Gram per Silver is correct then the price of CBR must follow Silver at Spot, meaning the price can only be traded based on this number and the real cost will never exceed spot prices for silver. If people sell their CBR for less or bought for more it is only because they misunderstood the pricing.

We are talking about International avoirdupois ounce    28.349523125g ~ 1oz=28,349g.
Original plan was to split one gram per 10cbr, but the IPO it was a failure so purchase of the additional amount of silver to cover 500.000cbr is not an option. For this reason, owned by me amount of silver to cover half of the quantity of coins must cover the entire one million coins. Then the converter is 20cbr = 1gr silver. POS is 3% per year. The market price for the CBR should be reflected in the price of silver expressed in BTC

Ok I see you inflated the currency to match your buy in since the public didn't fund. So 28,349 grams per ounce at 20 cbr per gram makes 28,349 x 20= 566,980 cbr per ounce. I don't think this is right... This would mean you have put up roughly 2 ounces of silver for $15 per ounce or $30. This doesn't make any sense. But if I use a decimal instead of a comma like you use with 500.000 instead of 500,000 it starts to make a market. So how many ounces total backing and I will work it backwards I guess. That is if an ounce is around 28.349 grams and not 28,349 grams.

Example spot price per ounce= 28.349 grams per ounce equals 20 CBR per Gram or 566.98 CBR per ounce multiplied by the spot price of BitCoin in Satoshi 0.000085 per CBR. 566.98 CBR x 0.000085=0.0481933 x $320 per BitCoin = $15.421856 per ounce of Silver at Spot. This is just an example if BitCoin is higher that would change the price per ounce and Satoshi per CBR. Or if my Grams are wrong, shrugs...

What is the correct Satoshi price according to your scale? Or just tell me how many ounces total and I will use a decimal.

Wait, I do not understand where is the problem?
1oz = $ 16 market price from today
BTC price from today is $ 326

20cbr = 1g silver = (16 $ / oz / 28,349g) = 0.56 $ / g
1g silver = (0.56 / 326) = 0,00171779BTC
0.00171779 / 20 = 0,00008589BTC
and it is 1cbr market value based on the BTC

So I've download the wallet. Created the .conf file and put in the nodes. Stated the wallet but it does not sync.

cryptobancor.conf
Code:
addnode=suchpool.pw/cbr
addnode=185.18.148.41

addnode=82.145.57.119

cryptobancor.conf placed in the folder C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Roaming\CryptoBancor

20cbr = 1g silver = (16 $ / oz / 28,349g) = 0.56 $ / g
1g silver = (0.56 / 326) = 0,00171779BTC
0.00171779 / 20 = 0,00008589BTC
and it is 1cbr market value based on the BTC

CORRECT - YES!!! 0.00008589 BTC, NOT 0,0008589 BTC
28.349 NOT 28,349 a comma denotes thousands and the decimal is needed here.
Correct without the comma and that makes the total Silver backing the currency 1762.129 Ounces or $28,194.06 current value at $16 per ounce. We are hoping the Silver Market moves up now.

Thanks for the info, and now I will hoard my CBR :)

Wallet doesn't stake.

The OP says 'Coin POS age min 5 days'. So your coins need to be in your wallet for five days to start staking. So I would think there is still one more day to go.

My wallet won't sync. I tried to make a .conf as shown but it still says out of sync. I have installed plenty of wallets and all have Synced.

I also noticed the wallet code letters are CRB instead of CBR. Looks like a Typo even on the OP.

Can the wallet be updated to work on install and change the typo too?

I would stake my coins but my wallet did not sync all the way. I seen some coins come in and it got stuck and never went in sync. So I deleted the block chain to let the wallet download it but I get no connections.

They may have had to shut down the blockchain for security since there is no staking. I will get someone to help out.

name of .conf file is cryptobancor.conf and installed with wallet.dat in the Roaming Directory.

Bounties for FTP/Website/Wallets?

Did you create a wallet at the exchange? You can send them to an account at C-CEX. If you didn't create a wallet and plug it in to the pool before PoW ended it may be a glitch at the pool. Contact support if so.

a bit of a rough start, but it's a big idea and a lot of big ideas have turned into big scams in the crypto world so I can see why people would be tentative to buy in to the ico and support. this is a game of "show and prove" and I deff hope to see cryptobancor do just that.

Yes, that is why most people hesitated to buy in. But the great thing about going forward with the coin is that once Mr. Silver gets the online portion working later in April, to physically trade CBR for silver, it will be proof.

I think CBR can be backed again, since there is such a small portion available to the public at this time I think it could be done to increase the market when all is functioning and proven.

I got the wallet working now with the post above and the Peers.dat file. I sent coin in and it shows up very quickly. I unlocked the wallet to stake and it took a day to mature then it staked 99 percent of my coins and gave a PoS share. Then it restaked all 100% of the coin and created another larger share both with 50 confirms. But now the wallet says all my coins are staked but tells me I have no Mature Coins to stake with? Is it staking the 100% for 5 days now? Or do they have to mature for 5 days in a stake mode and then release and start PoS after this time period? So I would get my coins out of Stake mode in 5 Days and produce a staked shares for those days?

How does the 5 Day PoS work and is this normal to see all the coins locked in Stake with Zero Usable and the wallet says there are no Mature Coins to stake and the Green Arrow button is greyed out.

Thanks in advance...

If you double click on that transaction you will see something like this...

Code:
Status: 48 confirmations, broadcast through 3 nodes
Date: 12/31/2014 10:06
Source: Generated
Debit: 0.00 CRB
Net amount: -183.06955958 CRB
Transaction ID: 87fc66ebbf480cf8d2e98b25f98c4c2d71a01bcbb14a7069f827f6cb9ad4bc5c

Generated coins must mature 60 blocks before they can be spent. When you generated this block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block chain. If it fails to get into the chain, its state will change to "not accepted" and it won't be spendable. This may occasionally happen if another node generates a block within a few seconds of yours.

When a coins stake it gets moved out of the spendable and it take 60 blocks before they can be spendable. So you will need to wait until those coins have 60 confirms then they will be able to stake again.

I am at 23 out of 50 confirms for 12 hours so far. I am used to other coin PoS where you can keep staking during your confirms. So I will be losing blocks to PoS on while waiting for all my coins to release. The block confirms need to speed up or amount of confirms needs to be lower.

You are not loosing anything and once you give it time your coins will split with each stake leveling out your staking time between stakes. When you have a large amount of coins there are always batches of coins going in and out of stake.

Yeah it finally released, still takes all my coins and pays less now with 50 confirms. I will watch what happens I guess. Was yesterday the first stake for the network also? 5 Days of PoW from Dec. 22 and PoS started Dec. 27 making that 18 hour stake the first stake for the entire network, does that sound right? So The First PoS coins were produced about an hour ago on Jan 1 2015. Looks like it was planned out perfectly this way.

Title: Re: [CBR]CryptoBancor|POW/POS|POD 5*|COIN CONVERTIBLE INTO SILVER|C-CEX
Post by: fonzerrellie on January 02, 2015, 09:18:36 PM

The block confirms need to speed up or amount of confirms needs to be lower.

and we need to get the network weight up... sounds like as soon as your coins are done staking they go right back in

Transactions are very quick from C-CEX to wallet! Wow!

What was the total amount of coins produced from PoW? I thought 35,000 was supposed to be the final. Is that the correct number?

I will continue staking!

From the OP Blocks 101-3611 are 10 CBR. This is 35,100 Coins. It looks like Mr. Silver is Dumping CBR on the exchange since the only CBR for sale would be his. I own more than the 35,000 now and I don't have any for sale on the market. So if there are only 35,100 coins available to the public the other volume must be from the 900,000 coins.

The coins are selling at .00000650 and this is way below the cost of silver.

Did C-CEX require volume to keep the coin listed? This is the only valid reason I could think of for selling to the buyers in such low positions. But 4 BTC? Maybe Mr. Silver wants to distribute more coin for trading fun?

Oh and I like how the seller kept trying to get me to raise my buy walls but I wanted to see if I would be sold to and sure enough they fill high, and then huge coin dumps occur right after. Something is goin on right now for some reason...

I don't dumping price on c-cex, my offer is
0.00011000BTC      38000cbr    4.18BTC
you can see on exchange.

Price equal to the value of silver is:

1oz = 28.349g = 566.98 cbr
18,38$/566.98cbr/244$= 0,00013000BTC

I paid for the server, mac wallet and swap system in cbr. So this is probably the source of the volumen.

I thought that was your position since it was the most relevant price. I see yeah they are dumping good for us! :) Thanks, yeah they were playing games trying to get me to buy to them. I will buy more though and stake it for the network.

for what? if I wanted to sell its coins were dependent on me at a high price. With the low price I will not any benefits.
I do not sell my coins far below the price of silver, not worth it for me. I prefer to keep them.

I would like to announce that cryptobancor exchange system for silver coins and bars will be available end of February or beginning of March, that is one month before the earlier date. At the beginning of the exchange will be available in major offices of the
Credit-Agricole and BNP Paribas

800K+ coin sold off after you announce that? Severely devalued price. Not a smart move by your wallet/server techs. They only need to hold till Feb to cash out.

Yeah I figured that much as soon as the dump happened. It must have been the people he paid for the wallet and servers. lol
It couldn't have been worth it all the time and trouble for a few bitcoin. What a waste of time!

Title: Re: [CBR]CryptoBancor|POW/POS|POD 5*|COIN CONVERTIBLE INTO SILVER|C-CEX IPO STARTED!
Post by: temple on April 01, 2015, 05:18:17 PM

I have no idea what proof You expect. Even if I give You purchase invoice or bill, You are not sure that I replace cbr for silver coin after POS, soo the reason why I did Proof Of Developer.

Bravo.

bluntcoin
bitblock
silkcoin
byteberry
nebulacoin
hashcoin
edgecoin
storagecoin
matrixcoin
heavycoin
silicon valley coin
sapphire
maplecoin
standardcoin
snowcoin
crowncoin
templecoin
clonecoin
nigeriacoin
unbreakablecoin
upcoin
kimdotcoin

Edit:

I forgot to list CryptoBancor.  And yes this coin is still a scam regardless of what you say.

Templecoin is NOT a mining-profitable coin. I state on the ANN in a very BIG RED warning.

C-CEX is in on this BS. They knew the dev was dumping and didn't halt or seize Mr. Silver's BitCoin. Turns out the only thing Silver about Mr. Silver is his Tongue. Silver Tongue Devil!
