Title: Vanity address ;D Post by: Bitcoin_BOy$ on December 29, 2014, 07:29:23 PM Hello everyone
I just created a tool to generate bitcoin addresses I let it work for 4 or 3 hours and it generated 50K address Like Glad : Key : 5K143a1G1N4dAJcjZK5RqJUzPuAbPkMiuy8jXf4VoFrJSuz3mrr Address : 1P2PUGLadD5fgjNgn5mVMFQjrmxJXZXR8N Like Gold : Key : 5JwCMUpL1S1xRMBrADeSKLi2mtpGyi3uuchBjaqWBeZZ3jGooq8 Address : 12rDRaLdAqfEBTXBUrYwLogoLdWY6VxKKT Like Self : Key : 5JxMNzzvndq11388kUCqJKnwfYcFxxrSnFeESYn3yaNQsezi3w2 Address : 1CFJoUSELFky4MgszKwBkVL4rkQasqP4qG Like Bold : Key : 5HzeH6mnR2RNuaN2myt2LZsX8o9SdU3MWWT6TPp633AytohALwj Address : 15hTBoLdjqu3WJYMi1r6xQ4w5uPrNsEsLw Like New : Key : 5Jub35mRAax1SPssAXVVgDpWqih8vxZDgKefh7hCWVyb27Qd2aU Address : 1K4y5kL2SANbnEWk1cahjmskJLVoSsrzGP Like Give Key : 5JcfXvHn8EVzBkMjdLkt2zohF92gd7zkm7wwVibjme85gHPkKgP Address : 1EMuKrAjuGvuHspzZVYLGdGivE9uQfN8t7 You can find more addresses here : elmeda.net/Beta/index.php (http://elmeda.net/Beta/index.php) Title: Re: Vanity address ;D Post by: Remember remember the 5th of November on December 29, 2014, 07:48:56 PM Now that these private keys are compromised, I sure hope nobody decides to import them, biggest mistake ever.

Why they can't be impoted ?? Except someone want to share he's coins :P No one will import them cause There are now public ;D Title: Re: Vanity address ;D Post by: Parazyd on December 29, 2014, 08:05:47 PM I haven't read up on the address generation protocol, but here's a question...
Would it be possible to have a dedicated machine for generating addresses, and is it possible to be lucky and generate an existing address with actual balance? ;D Title: Re: Vanity address ;D Post by: BuyMyDreamHome2014 on December 29, 2014, 08:08:27 PM OR
just use vanitygen, and make addresses with the custom at the beginning so it is readable. Plus its a trusted program, not some new thing. We've had this discussion thousands of times on the forum. Nothing prevents it, it would just take you billions of years, with all the computers on EARTH bruteforcing.Would it be possible to have a dedicated machine for generating addresses, and is it possible to be lucky and generate an existing address with actual balance? ;D https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=892752.msg9909378#msg9909378 Title: Re: Vanity address ;D Post by: Bitcoin_BOy$ on December 29, 2014, 08:33:27 PM I haven't read up on the address generation protocol, but here's a question... I'm just talking about generating random addresses as fast as possible. But I believe the answer would be the same... And here's a nice infographic I found on your link ;D https://i.imgur.com/IL6PV5E.jpg Title: Re: Vanity address ;D Post by: JLynn171 on December 29, 2014, 08:42:47 PM Given the amount ofpossible addresses that you can have to hold BTC burning up 50k is a small amount and having 5 public address not too bad lol they will be on the list off address like qwerty12345 passphrase lol
Title: Re: Vanity address ;D Post by: Parazyd on December 29, 2014, 08:47:41 PM This is actually a cool address! :D

I did try the import in multibit and 5640 sats is the dust limit. :)

But I admit I haven't fired up bitcoind in a few months. Perhaps I should try the new version.
