I see way to many red flags already That depends what kind of business you did PP has 180 days to reverse transactions they feel (read their TOS) If there is something they don't like with the business you did or claims etc open up they can and will reverse all the transactions and it will put the account into the negative. But this usually happens when paypal see`s a high volume of transactions, sometimes you can by pass this and call customer service on missing documents that this account is yours.
