I hope you know there is no guarantee that the funds can be withdrawn.  There is a 15% chance it will fail and you need new account numbers that haven't been used before (never been associated with paypal).

I can go on and on, but ill stop here... I see way to many red flags already

Curious as I'm currently waiting out 180 days for a low 4 figure amount with them...in what situation do they not allow you to withdraw your money after 180 days?

That depends what kind of business you did  PP has 180 days to reverse transactions they feel (read their TOS)  If there is something they don't like with the business you did or claims etc open up they can and will reverse all the transactions and it will put the account into the negative. 

That 180 day waiting period is to protect paypal...

But this usually happens when paypal see`s a high volume of transactions, sometimes you can by pass this and call customer service on missing documents that this account is yours.

This happened to me only once, and it was a ssn requirement on paypal.

sometimes it can be 45, but there are a lot of variables in that
