You should be running payouts based on when payouts are confirmed not when they are sent, if i send a transaction with a 0 fee your whole site would be screwed waiting for my transaction.

How do any of your 'investors' know that the early money each round is not your own?

It isn't I don't know how I or any other site could prove that.

So far it doesn't seem very legit as I could manually process transactions faster than the sites script as he wants us to wait hours for transactions to confirm because the sender was too cheap to provide a decent fee to miners.

Then you can guarantee your site is not going to last very long. As I mentioned before, low priority transactions take forever. I got a transaction from someone yesterday that took over 20 hours. In a ponzi game, that long of a wait is a sure killer.

What do you prefer? Waiting in line for your payout for a few more hours, or waiting 3 days for a confirmation on your payout. That's your choice, I'm sure you rather wait in line, than wait days for a confirmation

other unconfirmed deposits. They are confirmed eventually but it really is out of our control or else we would do something about it (sadly).

What exactly do you want us to do about it? I haven't shit one anyone, it's the person who invested without any confirmed inputs. You can still reinvest and get your spot, you'll just have to wait for the confirms I suppose.

Some asshat has decided to say he is ddossing us and he wants 1btc to stop it, donateable to btc.
We are currently down, we should be back up very soon, cloudflare is installing.
All your txs should have been rescanned, and when the ddos ends (and we are back up) I will rescann everything because we will likely miss some transactions now.
It seems to be doing pretty good, just a reminder that if the tx is unconfirmed when its your turn to be paid, we will skip you onto the next, but next time script is run (only 1 minute) it will try again.
Your tx will be tried until its confirmed, so if you send at the beggining, and it doesnt confirm until 100 deposits are sent, you will be the first priority when it happens.
We do this to keep it rolling and keep it fair for the people who use good tx fees

Some wallets might have connection problems. If you have a wallet which doesn't need to be synced (blockchain.info or electrum) you will always be live, but if your running bitcoin-qt, with a bad internet connection, it may take some time to show up in your wallet. Make sure your wallet is fully synced.
The money IS in your wallet, and if you were to get the private key and import into blockchain.info wallet you would see it there.

Talking to our hosting and cloudflare about mitigating this ddos.
We have 6 btc in the wallet, its getting a bit large of a pool and we hope that you trust that we don't take this.
Once the ddos is overand the sites up all the payments will go through in a matter of seconds.
PLEASE remember to include a good tx fee, or else you will be waiting a while for confirmations, and you dont get paid if your tx is unconfirmed
Please entrust us with the wallet getting bigger (we are getting nervous about this large of btc sitting there and how you will trust us with that). If we cannot get the site up PERIOD (which is very unlikely) we will manually pay it out, but it should be over in under an hour maximum

latest investments do not appear on the list. i guess it needs a restart to check confirmations and new investments.

I think our method of paying is very well done, since we pay from the bottom no matter what if they are confirmed.
As you can see from our tx list (site may be down for you) we have been paying out all confirmed txs, and when the unconfirmed txs get confirmed, they will be paid. This is to prevent double spending, and also keep it going. If we were to stop the whole thing when someone sent 0 btc fee, and wait for them to confirm, the game would end right there and be extremely slow.
To stay ahead and make sure you are paid we stress the importance in sending with a generous tx fee.

I keep seeing 100 deposits and last one showed is from 45min ago.

Our tx processing script is still down because of the ddos.
Once it is processed we will rescan the last 200 because of the issue. Your tx will be inserted based on the time of the TX, not when the payouts script was run, so you will be placed in the right order. The site will not update until we recover from the attack

We got blocked from blockchain because of the amount of requests. We have requested an API limit bypass but in the meantime, we will start manually processing the txs, to get down the amount of btc we are holding on the address. No NEW txs will be inserted, and the latest tx you see on the site is the latest tx we have, there is no txs that will need to be manually inserted before that.
We will process them the exact same way the script does, if yours is unconfirmed I will move onto the next until it gets confirmed then that one will be processed first.
We don't want to have 6btc on our wallet as it looks suspicious and that is a lot of money which is built up there.
When I pay out the TXs I will update them on the site and mark them as complete so the script doesn't process them again when it goes back online.
New deposits will NOT be shown up, and we wont manually insert them, we will just clear the ones on the site for now, and the new deposits will be processed with our script.

Ya those are definitely close to payout according to time they were sent. Looks like they are at 21:40 GMT on the payments, yours was sent at 21:58 GMT.

All manual payouts were processed and added to our site for everyone to see. All txs were paid on the site (more than 4btc were just paid out) and we are waiting for our API to be back up and cloudflair resolved before we can make this automatic again. We are working as hard as possible to get this back online.

Looks like cloudflare finally took over on the DNS, but they configured something wrong.

Wow this thread really shows the risks associated with they Ponzi games.

 * Fear that everything will get so messed up that even the honest are cheated
 * Fear that the flow of investments will stop

It seems that this Ponzi game fad is probably like a virus that produces so fast that it burns itself out before it can do real damage.   Or at least that is what we used to think about EBOLA.  

The risks are real, the awards aren't that great.   Still it is thrilling and easy with the perception that one is in control.

Just to update people we are still waiting on the email back from blockchain. Maybe they will reset the ban after time has passed. If we don't get this solved within 24 hours we will move it to another server which resets the ip. Cloudflare is also causing problems with actually accessing the site and running the pay scripts.

Most providers sell extra ips for $2 each. Easy switch without moving servers.

Yes you can request an extra IP or exchange with your hosting for a fee.

Talking to our hosting provider now about a new IP.
Seems cloudflare didn't end up mitigating any attacks though this will also fix the blockchain API issue!

NOTE: Blockchain API issue resolved though we are experiencing load issues.

honestly, i've been watching out those wallets too. but they seem to be consistent with 5% fee.

i've been also keeping eye on the transactions, they are running in order (mostly) and pretty much instant, as long as there is BTC in the wallet.

It's automatic, not manual. The only time it was manual is when we were being DDOS'd and had to manually send payments.
It's never more or less than 5% :)

If you watch other 1-week ponzis, they are dead after 1 day.
They start fast but then almost no invest/very small invest for 6 days.
Most people know how this works, not all, but most and stay away.

Additionaly, this site has some website issues, which will discourage people from invest.

There is no point to reinvest as one time you will be depositing at a late stage and won't receive a payout for your deposits.
