That was me asking about that. I reloaded with addons disabled, which worked, but its odd because I've been using this particular combination of Firefox addons for over 2 years with no problems. I suspect it's probably some anti-flash cookie functionality doing it. Cool site anyway!

Ok I just want to address this question, the reason I choose to display bitcoins as tokens, is that tokens in real cam sites are around $0.05- $0.10. The token is suppose to represent that in a pretty number and models are used to it, knowing that they can add or subtract them quick since they are use to it. This is also why if you send a weird number it just rounded it to the closest integer for displaying but every bits is added to the model's account balance.

UPDATE: Ok first things, I have more models coming, they actually want to learn about bitcoins and with my limited time it is hard to setup them up with everything. I am doing my best to get them all ready, making them bitcoin experts! They will know how to create a P2SH address in their heads ;) Ok maybe not but they really are willing to learn about how it benefits them and cool stuff they can use it. Also I am trying to get a couple adult shops to accept bitcoins which is actually kinda hard.

Two I have decided to make the affiliate model finder fees higher. I will be paying out $50 after I approve them and after they cam for a bit. I really want you guys to drive who is on the site, not me.

The only requirement right now is they must know english because helping them is easier if they speak my language.

It is a great investment! We are introducing a $1 billion industry (adult webcamming industry) to bitcoin ;) A good amount of top adult cam models go on to porn careers. So think about it we introduce bitcoin to a $1 billion industry, which then in turn would introduce it to even bigger market.

Also countries like the Ukraine have banned these type of sites, but with bitcoin it is fairly easy to pay those people and have them cash it in at an exchange and remain private about what they are doing.

This is one of the biggest plays for bitcoin and to be honest no companies are even looking at it. AND WHEN THEY DO LOOK AT IT, I will have been so far ahead it wouldn't even be funny.

I will say this site is testing my entrepreneurial skills and I love it!!! I am going to write a book on starting a bitcoin porno startup,  you literally are fighting for every piece of content on the site and it just makes this site so much better to look at. No handbooks here, no 5 day training course, I am like rambo and bitcoin is my weapon. I have to take down a whole army.

Now onto your statement, yes I agree. It is a piss poor number to look at, but the fact is I have to convince models making $500 a day to use a site, that probably will not make that for them. They look at me like I have three heads, most of them are not ready for risk and to find the ones that are, is hard. I am up against the world with showing them bitcoin. But Challenge accepted!!!!!!

So I get lots of questions about the site I thought I would publicly answer some of the most asked questions about the site:

Q) Why don't you allow users to deposit bitcoins and the site holds them for faster tipping?
A) First I don't think making bitcoins the payment system really shows the strengths of bitcoin. That is one reason the site was created to show a lot of what bitcoin can do. Also if I had it as the payment system, I would just add other deposit systems, then the site wouldn't be any different from the other cam sites, losing our competitive edge. As well as making it more complex to operate.

Q) Why aren't their models on the site?
A) This questions I get so much and it is very complex to answer. It is part my fault and part the bitcoin infrastructure's infancy fault. So why is it my fault... mainly I been putting my time into improving the site and not recruiting models. I always thought the community would help drive models to the site of course with the little incentive. The community would pick models they would enjoy seeing. That isn't the case, and I don't know what types of models you all like so I picking girls on different qualities that I feel make this community the place I would want to join. Which includes talkative models, and models that can hold attention. I could have 20 models that just sat there and do nothing and that is not fun.

Now for the bitcoin infrastructure infancy problems. I am an old school person here, and I have yet to actually put any of my money into bitcoins and I mainly use gyft and bitpay to do most of my day to day transactions. So when I hunting for places that will take bitcoins and turn them into local currency it is very hard. For a number of reasons, one I know what to look for but not everyone lives in areas that are serviced by those types of services, that I consider trustworthy and I don't mind putting my reputation behind. Then when I tell them to use gyft or services like that would service their country they feel it is too much work. It is really a catch-22 in this area. I am talking to lots of exchanges and hopefully I will be able to partner with someone and make it super easy to get bitcoins into the model's bank accounts.

A) This is like going up to a hot chick and going you are dating him, but he is ugly. Yes I am smart and I think porn is a good area of bitcoin to discover. I think a lot of work can be here and I feel like I am useful working in this area. I could start another exchange or wallet provider. I could do a lot of things that have been beaten to death. This area provides me the challenges I am looking for. Also being in this area doesn't make me stupider, or make me not able to contribute to bitcoin.

Actually quite the opposite, I am working hard to get payment channels into wallets using a RESTFul api standard. So I am actually contributing more. Plus I get to blow people's minds when I throw some bitcoin knowledge on them it is amazing and so much fun.

Best advice I can give you is that you make an account, and subcribe to the models you want to see. Just click the show link above it will take you to her profile page where you can subscribe to her. Then the site will email you when she gets on. Some of them let me know inadvanced, others don't. Also if you don't use email follow our twitter and we will post them their as well.

I can start a small sig campaign but it really wouldn't help, cause if people come to the site and don't see models they leave. So I rather just push really hard when a model is on. I am also in the process of automating some of that so randomly appearing models can get a marketing push as well.


Lets face it, I can't go to a VC and be like look give me money to really build this out. This is the ultimate bootstrapping of a company, I either sink to the bottom or raise to the top and disrupt a whole 10yrs of a $1 billion industry. It is going to take time, I am only 2 months into this thing. I have so much work to do on this site, it isn't even funny.

My main focus is getting cam girls to recognize what bitcoin is and how is powerful for them. Then I have to convince them, for little money to come and cam on a site. That may or may not have any users, that may or may not tip, and this because they are looking at the future of camming. It is a hard sell, cause they don't care about the future, they are more into right now let me make money right now. It is like selling a spaceship to someone in the 1800's.

I am looking for a marketing person, I have been approached by a few people to do more marketing, but none of those deals really worked out. This got me thinking maybe it is time to pay attention to that. I think someone from this community can help me a lot in this area and I be willing to make sure they are well taken care of!

I am working on this real time page, I want to make sure people can have a nice control of how much information they can get from the site. They can get a lot or a little, and on many different platforms.

Also I have a huge surprise coming soon, I just got this code working and it is crazy! No other cam site will have this, and it will really make people want to use the site.

Perhaps you should find other ways to grow up the site, I mean, I came for 1 show 1 day, it was good but I've come to the site more than 10 times already on random times and there were no models online :c

Yeah this is the struggle of running a cam site. I am sorry you had that experience not an experience I want for any users, but if you want you can sign up and subscribe to the models best way to catch their shows. I am going to be fixing the flow to be more of that. Instead of randomly hitting the site and being disappointed. I get these emails all the time so it is on the immediate radar and not an easy problem to solve.

Also give me some times that you guys are online. Currently when models ask for a good time, I run a sql query to get when most tips happen, and that is only so good. Also we become somewhat popular amongst a few european cam models, who cam at night in Europe but since most of our traffic comes from the US it is a mismatched. Unless you like cam girls in the early mornings between 5am and 9am. So they are slowly converting their users to be bitcoin users.

As expected the flash Plugin doesn't work however I can almost participate in chat without issue. When I tap one of the emoticon faces above text box it starts a persistent bug until refresh where everytime I send a message it disconnects me and I have to press Reconnect and get assigned a new name

No you need to pay, just that you don't need to register to watch or tip in a show. Basically we don't hold your bitcoins, you just send the bitcoins when you want to tip. It is that simple.

I don't understand the bitcoin world at all.


It is ok because this just fuels the company more, yeah 3 people work on the site right now. I hope the author does what is right and adds us and a retraction. Just cause coindesk takes money for articles doesn't mean you all have too. Be a little more ethical.

So today one of our newer models was online she had 5 people in the room that she personal invited to her first private show. 5 mins in to the show they quickly realized bitcoin is not for them. One of them contacted me and I gladly added the the guy on skype. Less than 3 mins later the guy had bitcoin, didn't know how easy it was, and then realized how great our platform was.
