Title: CoinEZ 130% Ponzi +Lottery BTC DOGE XPY - ROUND #2 - Low min - shared wallets ok
Post by: Coinezs on January 21, 2015, 12:22:07 PM

https://coinez.info (https://coinez.info)

130% Payout - 72-75 hour rounds - Lottery - Multiple coins

http://www.coinez.info/img/btc_150.pnghttp://www.coinez.info/img/doge_150.pnghttp://www.coinez.info/img/xpy_150.png

How does this game work and what are the risks?
It works in the same fashion as a ponzi (without the illegal unknowing part), when you deposit your coins, your return stake and profit amount is funded by people playing after you, the risk part is if not enough people play after you in the round you will lose your stake. You can always see who is in the queue before you and then decide if you think its worth the risk or not.

With our site there is another chance of winning in the round Lottery.

What is the lottery and how to I get tickets?
When somebody plays we take 1% of the incoming payment and save it to a Lottery fund, you get 1 ticket for every time you buy them minimum deposit number, for example if the minimum is 0.001 and you send 0.002 or 0.0025 you get 2 tickets to the Lottery of that coin. You can see the current lottery pot in the stats at the top of the page.

Why hasn't my deposit shown yet?
Transactions need confirmations before we accept them as valid payments, currently it is 2 confirms for BTC, 4 for XPY and 5 for dogecoin. If it hasn't arrived shortly after that, please make sure you sent to the right address and it was between the min and max play amounts.

How do I know this isn't a scam?
Our system is 100% automated, and sends as soon as there are enough funds to cover your stake and winnings, everything is fully documented and made public, you can also view previous rounds in the history page, also unlike a lot of other sites we decided to use our own username on bitcointalk rather than making a new user to hide ourself and made the name of the website fit our username (or very close to it)

How long does each round last?
Our rounds are slightly variable, they last randomly between 72 and 75 hours long, this is so that every time zone gets a chance to be first to deposit. The time left in the round is always displayed on the first page.

How long until I get a payment?
This all depends on how many people play after you, get more people to play and you may get a payment faster.

The round ended and I didn't get paid?
Sorry, luck wasn't on your side this round, If you didn't get paid that means not enough users played after you, please see the history page to see where your deposit was on the queue.

What can I do to improve my chances of winning?
There are 3 main things you can try, deposit early in the round, check the history page to see how previous rounds went, and the biggest one is try and get more people to use the website, the more users that are playing the faster the deposits move.

What makes you different to all the other ponzi sites?
We've added quite a few functions to try and distinguish ourself in a crowded marketplace, first off WEB WALLETS, SHARED WALLETS, TIP BOTS, FAUCETS etc ARE ALL WELCOME HERE, if you send over the max, we only keep the overage as a donation, so for instance if the max was 1btc and you sent 1.001 btc, 1btc still goes on to play the game, and 0.001btc would be counted as a donation. Next we offer multiple coins, and plan to add many more if there is demand, the way we have written the code makes it very simple for us to add a new coin to the game.

What is in it for you?
We take a 5% fee on deposits, some of this is used for things like transaction fees, server fees etc, some is used for further development of the website, we want to keep adding more coins and more games. This fee does not affect your 130% payout.

How to I request a new coin?
To request we add a coin, we need a few things, first a web wallet with bitcoin compatible RPC commands, then from the community some kind of indication that this would be popular and used, this can be in the form of bitcointalk posts or twitter posts using the tags #coinEZ #CA #coinname.

I have more questions...
Please ask in this thread.

Still on to the todo list:
- Coin filter on play table

- Live data on play table
- Add another tab for own addresses (suggested by a user)
- Graphs in round history
- Referal bounty (currently thinking lottery shares, but open to ideas)
- Add more coins!

Just don't understand how these sites are popping up one by one, even when knowing that it's not possible for everyone to invest everywhere which consists of same concept... The only thing seems different here is, multiple coins...

You must have read my mind, I just added that to the FAQ on the website and came here to update OP, 2 for btc, 4 for xpy and 5 for doge.

In the spirit of keeping everything legit, I notice a glitch in the payment orders for xpy, its now been fixed but it meant somebody got paid earlier than they should, should the be left out of pocket at the end of the round, I'll cover it myself.

If i want LTC there, i must tweet about it and show the BCT thread?
Correct me if i am wrong.

Slightly wrong, tweet and mention see if there is interest in the LTC forums reddit etc, don't want to bug btc users about a different coin. (more than already done lol)

Due to the bitcointalk down time, As its our first round I'm going to add an extra 18 hours to round one so we have time to get more players.  We do seem to have lost a few posts too.

Does my opinion matter? If yes, then I would advice you to please provide different sections for each coins which will show the txns of them, so that no one may get confused.. I meant to say that for XPY, just put a box showing XPY txns only and for BTC, BTC txns only, etc...

How about adding a filter at the top? and maybe saving it to session via cookie (i can then also record users return addresses so you can see just your own plays that way too)

When it back?

Looks like a data center problem, waiting for a reply from them, In the mean time I'll be adding some redundency into the system by getting another server elsewhere.

I'll of course add extra time to the round if needed

Thanks.

Yes, to repeat a bit of the message that was lost in the bitcointalk crash, I was working on this one for a while in my spare time and wanted to make something better than the basic copy and paste script, hence allowing shared wallets and having a lottery and I'm fully up for taking on users ideas and adding further games in the future.

You'll see in the OP my current todo list, I hope to have most of that done this weekend.

I like your site, it has more features than any other ponzis here, If you keep doing like these (being so transparent, fixing script bugs, implementing new features, etc..) I bet someday yours will get bigger than weeklyponzi

I'll make a deposit to try it out as soon as I get back home

Thanks for the kind words, that was the aim when making it, I didn't quite realise how many copies of the open source one were going to come out while I was writing mine, otherwise I may have tried to finish it faster.

The BCT crash seems to have lost my post asking all your opinions on a couple of new ideas, so I'll re-ask

First I was thinking of making the lottery shares variable, so at the moment you get 1 ticket per min play, so for example 0.001 min and 0.002 paid gets you 2 tickets.  I was thinking that the people on day 2 and 3 have higher risks, so maybe reward them with more lottery shares, so for example day one gets 1 per 0.001, day to would get 1 per 0.08 and day 2 would get 0.06 (the numbers are just for example).

The other idea was regarding referals, maybe people can earn lottery shares for refering, and again maybe based upon the number of shares the referee gets from deposits, so maybe a 10:1 dilution so they dont get as many as the person actually playing.

This are just random ideas at this point, but I welcome your feedback.

Thanks for the consideration... BTW, that would be a great idea if I and any of the other playing members will be able to either just filter and see their bets for a single coin, or even if all the txns that came for that single coin may get listed... :)

I couldn't agree more, people with higher risk should get more rewards, this will make the game fair for everyone.. referral system is also a good feature to encourage people to promote the game

Hum, never thought of it like that, not against that idea, would need more peoples opinions before making  a large change like that though.

Also not a bad plan

There are 7 hours left still, remeber we extended it due to the bct down time.

At that time, the lottery will be drawn and announced here, we'll be making some changes too, Paycoins XPY min will change from 0.1 to 0.01.

Any left over coins in the "payout" pot will roll over to the next round, but will be applied near the end of the next round so it benifits the last players rather than first players of the round who have the better odds already.

Also going to lower the Max plays too, so big payments can't stall the payouts so easy.

I like your idea about left over coins so that the last player can still have a chance to win..

Btw, if it's still 7 hours left, why has your site timer stopped.. ?

Btw, if it's still 7 hours left, why has your site timer stopped.. ?

Refresh the page please

It didn't work out, I refreshed the page, cleared my browser cache, changed browser from mozilla to chrome, but nothing worked, the page keep showing me :

This round ends in 00 days 00h 00m 00s

Update :

I check the page source, I found a line like this :

Code:
<div class="h_s_title">This round ends in <span id="countdown">0 days 5h 17m 7s</span></div><div class="clear_tall"></div>

So it should show me this line on the front page This round ends in 00 days 05h 17m 07s, but what I see on the front page is This round ends in 00 days 00h 00m 00s

Refresh the page and clear browser cache do not help, any clues ?

That is very odd, must be something in javascript caching but I can't seem to replicate it, tried 4 different browsers.

What does it say directly under the countdown div in the javascript? here it is

.countdown("2015-01-25 18:25:04".....

Maybe its cloudflare caching.  I'll tell it to clear the cache now.

It says exactly like your post above : .countdown("2015-01-25 18:25:04".....

here are the complete lines :

Code:
<div class="h_s_title">This round ends in <span id="countdown">0 days 5h 2m 18s</span></div><div class="clear_tall"></div>

<script type="text/javascript">
   $("#countdown")
   .countdown("2015-01-25 18:25:04", function(event) {
     $(this).text(
       event.strftime('%d days %H\h %M\m %S\s')
     );
   });
</script>

FYI, the timer worked just fine yesterday and also today before it hit 00 days 00h 00m 00s

EDIT:

I tried to open the site on a different computer just now, but I still got the same message This round ends in 00 days 00h 00m 00s

Now I know the root of the problem....

You set a fixed date time in your script to  2015-01-25 18:25:04  , my current local time as per this post is 2015-01-25 23:52:10 that's why the timer stopped because the script will compare the datetime of my computer with the datetime that was set in the script, when I change my computer time to GMT +0 the timer run again as it should

People who live in different timezone (except for those who set their computer clock to GMT +0) will see the timer differently depending on their local time

please fix that

Just over one hour left until round reset and lottery draw, as suggested by the users here, I've changed the lottery to give out double lottery shares for people that played on day 2 and triple if they played day 3.

Any left over coins in the "payout" fund, will be moved to the "rollover" pot, and will be returned to the "payout" fund on day 3 of the next round.

Also from the next round the following changes have been made:

Bitcoin max has been changed from 1 btc to 0.5btc
Dogecoin max has been changed from 500,000 doge to 200,000 doge
Paycoin min has changed from 0.1 xpy to 0.01xpy and the max from 50xpy to 20xpy.

ok  ??? why is that?

That is how it tracks you as a player and knows where to send the funds back to.  Remeber shared wallets come from random addresses owned by the shared service, thats why on other sites you never get your money back when you send from a shared service.

44 minutes left, how will the lottery winner be chosen ?

There are 7 hours left still, remeber we extended it due to the bct down time.

At that time, the lottery will be drawn and announced here, we'll be making some changes too, Paycoins XPY min will change from 0.1 to 0.01.

Any left over coins in the "payout" pot will roll over to the next round, but will be applied near the end of the next round so it benifits the last players rather than first players of the round who have the better odds already.

any updates about lottery winner ? Have you fixed site timer already ?

The live countdown timer has been disabled for now until I can find a better library to use, or write my own.

Lottery results seem to have not quite gone to plan, some coins got sent to doge and XPY but not all from the lottery pot, so i've moved the remainder to a holding pot, BTC didn't send at all because the incorrect amount it was going to send was under the min.

I'll update more once I have it, Worst case I'll redraw and send from my own coins.

From the results recorded in the database, the 2 winners I can see are doge DCw7WiWv394Z2BrKfGiRsfcaPNoNvgfPFn and paycoin PUaVoG1yEES3j5pnaFbJZdu2HnQTresHbB

From the results recorded in the database, the 2 winners I can see are doge DCw7WiWv394Z2BrKfGiRsfcaPNoNvgfPFn and paycoin PUaVoG1yEES3j5pnaFbJZdu2HnQTresHbB
This game orr last round ?

Last round.

UPDATE: Countdown timer should now work in different timezones.

No, your site timer isn't working in different timezones. Just change your computer's clock and see yourself

Wow so clever, but totally wrong, changing time would of course make it wrong because your time is then wrong, you have to change timezones, that is confirmed as working but people in other time zones as well as by changing my own time zone.

You need to use either getTimezoneOffset() method or Date.UTC function in javascript....

Geez.. this is so easy, but why can't you resolve it ? I start to doubt that you have some skills in programming

Wrong, it needed a lot more than that as javascript doesn't have a proper system to do simple UTC and it has been fixed and confirmed.  as above you are testing it wrong.

another non paying scam :D

It's only none paying because people aren't playing....  And that I cannot control.

If I was going to do that, i'd do that with one of the other coins.

I've now injected the rollover amount from the previous round into this round.

ok  ??? why is that?

That is how it tracks you as a player and knows where to send the funds back to.  Remeber shared wallets come from random addresses owned by the shared service, thats why on other sites you never get your money back when you send from a shared service.
so is this all automatic payouts says   Deposited   0.66021876  Paid out   0.39 ??

That is correct, because its working on the next payment still
how long does it take to work on one payment?

There's no fixed time frame, it depends on next investor after your deposit, for example, the first investor in this round was paid within 5 minutes after his deposit, but the second investor took hours to get his payment because of less deposited amount after his

Thats correct, I think I'm going to upgrade the server and start adding lots of newer coins to bring in new members.  Been asked by Dopecoin and EAGS already to add.

Thanks a lot for considering EAGS, am happy to see there's still a chance, a hope of EAGS being added at your site... Thanks again... ;)

OK, with round 2 ending I've decided to make some changes, I'm going to add a lot of new coins from active communities but this means I need to change the server, so to do that I'm going to stop the system from starting a new round at the end of this round while I move everything.

If you have any suggestions of coins you want to see added please let me know.

It depends how fast the datacenter sets up the new server, at a guess, friday as I'll need to compile and sync the new coins.  I'll update at each stage though.

The datacenter set up the server slightly wrong so have had to start again, so I don't have to keep putting back the days, I'm going to say next round should start Sunday.
