It's a bit premature to take a victory lap. The last time I checked, the total market cap of BTC was still $3 billion dollars, which is nothing to scoff at. Also, if one looks beyond the price of BTC, they can see a lot of good things happening behind the scenes. Transaction volume is increasing, and there is a lot of capital flowing into BTC companies that are strengthening the infrastructure and making it easier for the average Joe to use. Based on fundamentals, BTC is in a far stronger position right now than it was a year ago even though the price is lower. Eventually, strong fundamentals will be reflected in the price... Their information is not reliable and can not be verified all the time, but this video you posted is not what bitcoin is all about. Bitcoin mining is not only what bitcoin is all about. There are more and more farms going up as I am typing this. What you are stating on here is basically that we all know mining will get more expensive, and the price will drop as more miners bail out because the cost of electricity. That is like the assholes out there who claimed that in 2000 all computers will crash because of the 2 digit dating system. Just like this, we all know where the issues are and we have time to get this corrected. Computer technology will keep improving and mining will get faster and faster at the same time as getting cheaper. I am currently running 2 small miners and I have been making money every day. Bitcoin payments have taken me to 11 NFL football games and has paid for my family to go on vacation this past year.
