There is no way accounts should cost this much, there should be a fixed fee for registering from a Tor exit node if this was caused by a large number of people being banned. Though if tons of Tor users have been getting banned recently, a high fee is supposed to (temporarily) apply.

I used to troll alot around here. I even pissed off gmaxwell at some point ;D. I did not get any "bann" or whatever. However some of my posts were "deleted by admins". There are people who want to have anonymity on the internet to prevent being tracked. If you create an account anywhere, your IP is likely to be tracked.
