Thanks for checking.

I can ship to Canada, no problem. There is no minimum for an order. You can buy as many as you want. I'll post the shipping costs in a minute.

Let me know what you want and i'll give you a quote.

Thanks again!

Ok, i have to say 2 things:

1) The ION milk chocolate with almonds and the KOUKOUROUKOU wafer are the best!!! The best taste ever!!!

2) These two chocolates are the most popular chocolates here in Greece. I remember these since i was a small child (kindergarden). Every kid had at least one in his lunch box (i think they still do!!!)

So as you can understand these 2 chocolates are always waking up old childhood memories to everyone of us here in Greece.

 :D :D :D

What's is the retail price on the white milk chocolate? How much are you gaining on that chocolate?
Do you have any cheaper white milk chocolate? Interested in white chocolates.

Which kind of delivery is better? Express or registered?

Hello,
I am really interested in the waffle koukou rouku. I am from Bulgaria and this waffle is from my childhood! We dont have them in BG anymore. :(
But, people will buy them for sure if they appear in the stores again.
How much do you willing to sell me in bulk and at what price?
First I want to try a sample to see if the taste is the same as it was before. If I like it I can buy from you on a regular basis. Please hit me an offer for shipping to Bulgaria (some samples)
Thanks!

Hey thebitcoinquiz!

Thanks for checking

At the moment, ION Break is the only white milk chocolate i have. But i'll check with the supplier and i will let you know if i can get you some other white chocolate.

The price is the price i sell at my physical store (in Athens), so this is the retail price. You can find cheaper (15 cents cheaper) only in the big SuperMarkets. But they buy a lot of quantities and they get better price than me (i buy a few pieces per order).

Which kind of delivery is better? Express or registered?

From my experience i can tell you that if i were you i would go with the "Standard" shipping. Express shipping is maybe 1 day faster and Registered is only if you want to track the order (you get a tracking number). But i think it's slower than the standard.

Thanks again for checking!

Hey Gondel!

Thanks for checking!

The only different is the sticker they put inside (some super hero stickers collected by kids). Other than that the taste is exactly the same.

Regarding the bulk sale & prices i sent you a pm. But keep in mind that i just have a retailer licence so i cannot go with large quantities per order.

Thanks again!

Man! this seems delicious! I would love some.
But shipping is quite high seeing i was thinking to get one of each to try as sample and than i can bulk order the one's i like.
How they cost in the range of 1000-2000 gms , Shipping to India 30$
Total cost for all samples ~29$ , Shipping 30$
That's like twice the rate this way :-\
Any suggestions? PM me
~Regards Sky

Hey guys! What's up!

Wow, i see a lot of new posts here  ;D

so i'll try to answer all of your questions.

First of all regarding shipping costs, i would like to say that the biggest problem is the weight! If the package exceeds 1000g (1kg) then it is considered as "large package" and the rates go to the moon!

So i am trying to keep the weight low, less than 1000g. That's why i prefer not to send a lot of pieces in a single order.

Second problem i have is that i don't have a wholeseller licence (we are just a small retailer family business), so if by chance any of big packages get caught, i'll have a major problem. This is something i don't want  ;) I am just trying to get some bitcoins by selling some products from my store, not to make some big business here.

Other than that, you are more than welcome to order anything from the op list and i'll be more than happy to deliver  :)

ok so let's go with the answers...

I believe a order weighing 2000 grams will be a Large package ?
I Posted in previous posts about my order and it will be below 2000 but around 1900 grams

Hey Sky!

I know , that's the biggest problem. I suggest you break your order in 2 or 3 parts, since i cannot send a lot of items at once.
I am sure that we could work something out  ;)

Hi Phbaby

I am glad you like my chocolates. Please consider that i cannot send a lot of pieces at once. So i can send you 1 piece of everything in let's say 3 different orders. This will save you a lot from shipping costs.

Can you please quote the shipping charge for buying more than 2000grams of chocolate? I might be interested if its the same as 1000-2000grams

Sory guys, i cannot send that kind of weight. The cost is too high. If you need large quantities, i can split orders (multiple orders per week).

Thanks

Unfortunately no, everything more than 1000g goes to "large". But I'll check again with the post office. Can you tell me which chocolates do you want? I'll send you a final price with a discount  ;)

I have never tasted any one of that and they all look so delicious to me .
For starters , i want all in smallest packages just to taste and then i can decide which one's will i prefer.
I added all which adds up to 1208 grams priced 29.3$ + shipping.

Alright its review time guys  ;D

I received my order today via express shipping: took around 5 days to arrive from Greece to Canada (Toronto, ON). Yes, I chose express shipping because I couldn't wait to get my chocolates  8)
I ordered "ION - Milk chocolate with whole almonds" and  "ION - Milk chocolate with whole hazelnuts", and I also received free additional "CHOCOFRETA - Chocolate milk wafer" and "ION - Milk chocolate with almonds". Thanks very much for the free chocolate!

Very, very surprisingly, none of the chocolates arrived broken in pieces. I don't know if it was the thick bubble mailer packaging or made-in-Greece-quality-chocolate that made these unbreakable in transit  ;)

Now down to the part where everyone is waiting for: how the chocolate tastes.
I must say... there is something different about Greek chocolate and the chocolate you buy in your neighbourhood convenience store. One of the most notable things I found about these chocolates is that the almonds and hazelnuts are whole pieces. Unless you buy Lindt or Purdy's- which are both quite expensive chocolate brands- you won't find whole-nuts in your chocolate  :P I live in Toronto, so I can't speak for the most of you though, regarding this matter.

Overall, I found the chocolate quite delicious, and I finished around 2 bars within 15 minutes of receiving the mail ( ;D ) and I'm trying to save the last 2 bars for tomorrow.

All in all, GourmetGR is one of the greatest purveyors of fine chocolate  ;D

That was really cool!

Thanks a lot for the review! Glad you liked the chocolates  :)

Nice to see a review. Now I am even more excited for my chocolates 🍫 . They have already been shipped to my country and now they are with the customs! Hope they send it to me soon.
Ill also leave a review as soon as I get my chocolates :D

Edit: The chocolates have been released by the customs, and they must be in the post office now! I just hope that the post office guy don't mess with the chocolates and ship it ASAP :D

Good to hear that!

It was fast delivery, too! Hope the post office won't mess with your chocolates (just kidding, don't think so  :D) and you get them as soon as possible.

Looking forward for your review, too!

Ok there is one thing i would like to clear, regarding the free addons you might find in your order.

If you don't find any free extraa, please don't get mad, since i am not making any discriminations.

I always try to save you from extra shipping costs (really stupid expensive costs we got here) so i might ask you to remove a chocolate or two from your order in order to not exceed the weight and charged more.

On the other hand, if i see that your order weights less enough than the next shipping charge level, then i'll try to add some free stuff to make it even without being charged more.

For example if your order is 300g and the next level is 501g, then i'll try to add some free chocolates to cover the rest 199g available.

I hope you understand what i am trying to say  :P

Thanks again!

And finally I got my chocolates and here is a review-

I ordered like 9 chocolates and got 1 extra from gourmetgr(thanks for that).
All the chocolates were literally delicious. Out of all the chocolates I got, White milk chocolate with raisins, almonds & hazelnuts was the most amazing one, I was never able to find white chocolate with nuts in it in my country.
I shared the chocolates with my friends too and all of my friends liked them. One of My friend's favourite was the one with whole almonds, he found its texture to be smooth, there were a lot of almonds in it, all the almonds were of like great quality.
If you eat the chocolates which were kept at the room temperature then they melted quickly in your mouth(and give really a good taste) and if you refrigerate the chocolates then they become super hard(harder than the chocolates I get here), I personally like the chocolates which were soft I.e weren't refrigerated.
Also not to forget the hazelnut chocolate, this was the one preferred by my brother. It was actually good, and hazelnuts provided an awesome experience and they brought a twist to the normal taste of chocolate.

So now within 5hrs, I have finished all the chocolates, my parents , brother and a couple of friends shared these chocolates and all of them were satisfied with the quality of the product , indeed not only satisfied, they were impressed.
Also the chocolates were sent out in a cardboard box, and I was surprised to see that all the chocolates were in their perfect form and none of them were broken(as I expected them to be) so A++ rating to the packing of the chocolates and also A+++++ for the taste of the chocolates.

Thanks
-from India

Been a long time since my last visit here, had a lot of things to do, one of them moving my whole store to another location (bigger store now).

@thebitcoinquiz.com
Thanks a lot for your review! Glad you and your friends & family liked the chocolates!

All orders have been delivered succesfully, only one member has not confirm the receipt of his order yet. Hope he will do it soon.

I would like to THANK YOU all for your orders, and i'll be ready for new orders by the end of next week. Hopefully i'll have everything set up in my new store and i'll be able to spend more time in here.

gourmetGR

This is against the forum rules(your are cross posting on someone else's thread). It would be better if you create your own thread and promote your products there.

Hmmm... This is a possibility...

Maybe not a big problem for wafers, but for chocolate bars i think it might be an issue.

What's your country? (you can pm me if you want)

Sure, this is against the forum rules (thanks a lot thebitcoinquiz.com) but i really don't mind, since i get free bumps  ;)

And yes, probably the begian chocolates might be better (i am not a chocolate expert to say for sure) but the chocolates i sell are very cheap compared to the belgian ones. and these are more like snacks (small bars / wafers / with almonds and hazelnuts etc) you can find in every deli shop here in Greece, than expensive chocolate bites (we have these, too, but i am not selling / carry them in my store).

Thanks anyway! Good luck to your business leen93!

In my country when I received the chocolates, the temperature was - Max- 37°C & Min- 20°C , so if it survived the 37°C heat of India then it will most probably survive the heat in your country too. The chocolates I got at 37°C were absolutely perfect. So I guess they will be able to bear a lil more temperature too.
And even if they melt you can refrigerate them and they will be fine in 15 mins(it will just not remain in its perfect shape).

Funny story:

I ordered a package of assorted chocoloates from gourmetGR here to Canada, and was excited to receive them.  The package came while I was away from home, and my wife (like she would every other time) left the package out at the front entrance for me.  When I got home that night, our dog completely opened the package up, as well as every damn foil wrapper inside and ate ALL the chocolate.  There wasn't even a crumb left, the little bitch.

Anyways, gourmetGR was generous enough to send me a replacement package after finding out I didn't get to enjoy it which was very much un-necessary but greatly appreciated.  I couldn't be happier, the chocolate was very good, and reminded me of my travels to eastern Europe when I got married.  Thank you very much, the product and service was second to none.  You have a tip coming your way!

PS my favourites were the Ion Milk chocolate and the wafers, though i don't see the same one listed on your thread, they were out of this world.

Sorry, but I don't quite believe in the story. As far as I know its not good for dogs to eat chocolates and they don't usually prefer eating it.
Also it can be deadly for the dog.
If your dog ate "all" the chocolate how is it still fine?(your moods tells me that the dog was fine at the time when you wrote the story and the story was written a few days after the dog ate the chocolate and so how can the dog be still good?).

Hey guys, how are you doing?

Just a small update...

I'll have to stop sending chocolates for a while. With everyday temperature over 30 - 32 here in Greece, summer is finally here and chocolates are not gonna make it to your address in good shape...  :D

Last order i sent, unfortunately all the chocolates melted, and i (we) don't want this, right?

But you can still order greek coffee or herbal teas (dittany of crete, mountain tea, mint, chamomile, etc, excellent choices, with a lot of ice cubes and some honey, for your afternoon refreshment drinks)

Thanks for your support!

Regards,
GourmetGr.com

Idk what happened but earlier I was getting a 502 error. Now the site is working for me(although the response time is slow), I guess it was just some kinda server overload error.
