2. u cant close the window after this  ??? , i cant press "leave cashier", the window is opened with the BTC address to deposit.

i cant participate in these freerolls because of the bug in your mac version  :-\

i love the software. but i noticed while i was playing cash game, i cant seem to add chips while playing with another playing.

i sat down with 2chips at 0.01/0.02 and it went down to aroung 1.30 and i tried adding chips while we are still playing to make it to 2 chips but i cant seem to do it. but when my opponent leaves and im alon in the table, i managed to add more chips to make it 2 chips.

You can do it :) Click 'Sit out' for one hand and then right-click on your avatar. The option is called 'Get Money Out of Your Account...' - you will then be able to top-up while seated.

but i have been experiencing this weird thing on the software. i played cash game earlier with no problem. but the time that the last 100mbtc freeroll starts, i got kicked out of the cash game table and it completely logs me out.

what i did was log in again, open the freeroll table because im still palying in it, then i tried sitting at the cash table again but it complete logs me out again. it happened 3times. so i decided to not sit on the cash table and just play the freeroll. i got the 2nd place BTW.  ;D

after the freeroll. i tried sitting again. i managed to sit down and wait for other player to sit in. but when someone sit in. it kicks me out again ang logs me out completely as in shutting down the software so i need to open it again.

can you please take a look at it. it pisses me off, i cant play cash game!

In the tournament "150 mbtc guaranted" I deleted 2 times the last player, but he has done for 2 times rebuy!
You can rebuy when there are three or more players, but in "heuds up" you can not rebuy because if you delete the last player the tournament ends automatically.

Please fix this bug! I would have won 2 times the tournament but for this bug i have not won anything. it's impossible!

by deleted you mean you bust him out. maybe there is still time to "rebuy" when you deleted him  ;D

it's pretty standard in poker tournaments. they will set an amount of time for the rebuy period, say, 15mins. the moment the tournament starts, rebuy period will be available during the first 15minutes of play.

i maybe wrong, but i think this is not a bug.

if you add feature to exchange 25000 play money chips to 1mbtc, i think it would be great and effective campaign.
players will play all day long to get their 1mbtc per 25000 play money.

*25000 = 1 mbtc its just an example you can change it as you like.

ohh, so the "transfer" chips in the software doesn't work? when you click "transfer" in the cashier. it will only ask for the "amount" and the "Nickname". it doesnt ask for wallet address.

I think you should change the length of time of the rebuy, or change the duration of the blinds or change the starting chips, but these tournaments do not make sense because I had won the tournament after 20 minutes but the time for the rebuy was 65 minutes, the My opponent then even if he lost (always went allinn), could always rebuy also more than 100 times.
  Also the blinds after 65 minutes would be 10000-20000 while the rebuy only 1000 chips ...
this is not poker but is bingo. only who wins is always rebuy and wins the allinn.

You have to make some changes. Increase the duration of the blinds, increased starting chips or put a minimum of players to start the tournament because the time for the rebuy must end before the money bubble!

this is pretty standard IMO, the player will make the decision if he/she wants to rebuy even if the blinds are ridic high, as long as the rebuy perion is still on.

and also, all the information are on the lobby and it should be the player's responsibility to know all the information about the tournament, and decide whether he/she wants to play or not.

This is normal across the board on any rebuy tournament. The host has to try make a little money right? Its just that you came across a player who had funds to rebuy which was unlucky but it happens.

I'd love to see a promotion for RING games players. Like if you accumulate a certain amount of "cash game points" within the day, you are qualified for the daily freeroll. you can also throw in like a weekly freeroll for players who reach "x" number of cash game points from the last 7 days.

You have a very professional looking software and I think you should be more aggressive in giving promotion for ring game players. Cash tournaments is not enough IMO. Every poker website needs ring games player.

Easy that is a bit extreme in my honest opinion, so i pay to play a 25mbtc game and because i decided to have dinner or go to the shop for longer than 5minutes i come back and i am no longer in first i am actually out because i have been kicked? If that is correct you should change that lol

Many times i play the sunday 200k on ipoker and the pokerstars sunday million and a lot of other high rollers, i don't need to be glued to the computer when i am chip leader or when i have taken a bad beat, i leave the computer like a lot of 'good' players do.

At the end of the day Betvip do what you want i just gave you over someone with a shed load of experience valid advice do with it as you please. (5minutes then kicked)  :D  ;D :D ;)

the kick procedure worked perfectly today on a daily freeroll:
there were ~40+ registered players and after set timer the active players only ~20;
thank you, you saved us about a half of a tourney's time of pain to watch the sitouts blind out!

if you are not ready to sit down and play the whole tourney, go play with japanese paper cutout dolls or watch youtube kittens

let me tell you a fun joke that happened to me just 30 min.s ago:

there, i join the 150gtd, and play like for 10 minutes, one guy is in sitout - he gets kicked after 5 minutes for not doing a hand!
i make a good move against some coin-flipper and double-up by my AQo vs his KQo

now comes the fun part - after a few moments the game crashes,
i reload and as soon as the table wants to load i get kicked out of game all-together again,
a few tries later and a computer restart i get to log back in just to learn that "the player has left the tournament"

i have sent an email to support, they are always nice, hope they help sort this out!

so, whoever hated me that i asked for a kickout procedure - you can laugh heartily, starting now ... go ... :)

btw, does any of you know who this player is POKERSNILZO - he once told me he's an admin, he regs for every game, plays like a cow, and rebuys a lot :)

suggest: please, increase the sitout kick timer to 15 minutes

Yesterday we implemented a kick-out rule that was meant to try and stop those players who are consistently just sitting out of the tournament until the last few players are left. It seems that a few of you had an issue with being kicked out so we have removed this rule and all is back to normal now.

heads-up tournaments, the whole tourney looks like a bad idea to me,

i am completely against it !!!  :(
- it segregates players by heads-up skill and you can't play out your cards as per ring-game strategy!

as for me - i can dominate head-up mode for a long time, but i would prefer to leave it to final table and the final opponent!
you see, today, right now i made it ITM, but it was a constant struggle with allin-rebuy donkeys ho tried to take me down...
instead, i took them down, but at a cost of terrible game experience :(

i hope you will change it back to normal structure ASAP!!!

p.s. actually, i hoped you'd have 9/10-max tables but then i found out Enterra software does'nt support that...

players were chipdumping to each other just to keep the paired ones in game as long as possible

and you have unwittingly given a better chance of doing that by secluding players in a pairs of 2

if it were a normal tourney, the tension would have less chance to impact game because out of 6 players we would fight each other

it turned this tournament into a sitting out farce - please fix this crap! bring back the regular 9/6 max ring game tourney!

disclaimer: i wrote all of the above being fresh out of the meatgrinder and under a huge stress, so don't judge me too hard, please!

Which tournament are you referring to so that I can investigate further? All tournaments should have 6 player seating in each game, perhaps there was an error i the tournament set up. Apologies for any inconvenience caused!

We have only been open for 2 months now and are working hard to get players on the tables. We have a 200 mBTC tournament everyday at 18:00 GMT for you to play in and earn CGPs to enter the freerolls.

You can earn CGPs by playing in any raked hand or by entering a cash tournament. 1 mBTC of table rake = 1 CGP divided by the players at the table!

That is strange, we have had no other issues like this. Have you selected the tournaments button under mBTC? Perhaps try and use the HTML5 version or try reinstalling the download of the app.

This will happen if you are not logged in. Close the application and reopen it, make sure the login pops up and then you will see the games.
