Title: Dire warning inside Post by: chaoman on March 12, 2015, 06:51:19 PM This is clearly a dead cat bounce. Remember 450$ bounce? It is the same thing. Dont say I didn't warn you.
Title: Re: Dire warning inside Post by: Somekindabitcoin on March 12, 2015, 06:53:21 PM Don't you just love it when people decide to look up the definition of things?
Your warning is pretty meaningless. It's extreme speculation. Whoever won the US Marshall selloff would probably be able to bring down this price. Bitcoin doesn't work like the stock market. Title: Re: Dire warning inside Post by: galdur on March 12, 2015, 06:56:08 PM Well, a dead cat bounce that has lasted almost two months looks pretty good to me for now at least.
Good luck, g Title: Re: Dire warning inside Post by: thebitcoinquiz.com on March 12, 2015, 07:00:26 PM Bitcoin is too undervalued right now! It cant go below beyond this! Thanks for your warning.

It can go below this. In fact, it can go to pennies if it wanted to. The lowest I've seen within the past year is less than a hundred. Bounces are quick, and marked by a drop down to below the level where the "bounce" started. We've had lower lows for almost two months now. This isn't a dead cat bounce. The closest thing to a dead cat bounce was back between Jan 15-20, and that landed higher than it started and has since gone up. Title: Re: Dire warning inside Post by: Somekindabitcoin on March 12, 2015, 07:30:01 PM Most of you guys here are too hopeful for the price. Remember that Bitcoin could easily crash 500 bucks in a single day due to some catastrophic bitcoin event. There are many more variables to be seen.

It's called Hopium, get it right! >:( ;D Title: Re: Dire warning inside Post by: calme on March 12, 2015, 07:37:16 PM I hope it does crash $500 today. Just think of how many BTC you could get if you were paid $200 for each coin you're willing to accept.

The exact value can't be less than 0 unless they're complete idiots, but I catch your drift. Title: Re: Dire warning inside Post by: Amph on March 12, 2015, 08:15:38 PM usually dead cat bounce, don't rise that slowly, it's more of a correction in price than anything else
Title: Re: Dire warning inside Post by: gentlemand on March 12, 2015, 08:16:10 PM JesusfuckingChrist. Clicking on this thread has chilled me to the bone. I've been crying and self mutilating ever since and don't know who to turn to. Hold me.
Title: Re: Dire warning inside Post by: okthen on March 12, 2015, 08:16:52 PM This dead cat is a hell of a slow one! It's ghastly, ghostly shape makes it float instead of bonking back to the ground ;D

Remember 450$ bounce? It is the same thing. Dont say I didn't warn you. This is a post-auction bounce, no cat involved. You can keep this warning to yourself, there are plenty of these around. Title: Re: Dire warning inside Post by: galdur on March 12, 2015, 08:29:49 PM I do remember well mid Nov. 450 to mid Jan. 170. But back then the bounce was short and then the familiar slow and steady grinding down continued. From the Jan. bottom BTC has behaved way better. But I´m still wary. If it gets to say 350 and holds that or improves for a few weeks I´ll be getting seriously bullish, probably.
