This is clearly a dead cat bounce. Remember 450$ bounce? It is the same thing. Dont say I didn't warn you.

Don't you just love it when people decide to look up the definition of things?

Your warning is pretty meaningless. It's extreme speculation.

Whoever won the US Marshall selloff would probably be able to bring down this price.

Bitcoin doesn't work like the stock market.

Well, a dead cat bounce that has lasted almost two months looks pretty good to me for now at least.

Good luck, g

It can go below this. In fact, it can go to pennies if it wanted to.

The lowest I've seen within the past year is less than a hundred.

Bounces are quick, and marked by a drop down to below the level where the "bounce" started.

We've had lower lows for almost two months now.  This isn't a dead cat bounce.

The closest thing to a dead cat bounce was back between Jan 15-20, and that landed higher than it started and has since gone up.

i think its more probable to hit 1000 dollars not pennies so i think we are kinda safe for now

well if it right away hits 1000$ then you need to be worried. I expect the price to go up steadily with calm corrections and to reach 1000$ in December.

Most of you guys here are too hopeful for the price. Remember that Bitcoin could easily crash 500 bucks in a single day due to some catastrophic bitcoin event. There are many more variables to be seen.

I hope it does crash $500 today. Just think of how many BTC you could get if you were paid $200 for each coin you're willing to accept.

Well, that wouldn't ever be possible would it? The exact value can't be less than 0 unless they're complete idiots, but I catch your drift.

This dead cat is a hell of a slow one! It's ghastly, ghostly shape makes it float instead of bonking back to the ground Grin

This is a post-auction bounce, no cat involved. You can keep this warning to yourself, there are plenty of these around.

I do remember well mid Nov. 450 to mid Jan. 170. But back then the bounce was short and then the familiar slow and steady grinding down continued. From the Jan. bottom BTC has behaved way better. But I´m still wary. If it gets to say 350 and holds that or improves for a few weeks I´ll be getting seriously bullish, probably.

Just hit the damn ignore button and move on.

Look inside yourself, and you will see that you are the bubble.
