I will make new secured address for this.
I will make list with investors, their tx, amount of bought IC.
Investors send me BTC, I count them in list and count how much coins left etc.
After IPO I will give you that list (with tx and other details), you will send IC to investors, every investor will PM to you their IC address and BTC tx, you're comparing tx with list and send IC to them...
I send you BTC after all of this. (And after smooth launch)

I think if people not dumb enough it will stay. If dev will decide to cooperate, then I can be insurer (escrow) in this IPO.

Escrow is not an option these days, if you aren't willing to pay for that you aren't for real.

Dev can cooperate with exchange, but you can't be sure if there will be smooth launch etc...

The coin has a great deal of potential and will be the next BIG thing if it works as described. But the coin will go nowhere without an escrow and a GREAT escrow dev like Placebo. In fact with a 50% premine Placebo is the ONLY dev you should use. He has the best regulations and reputation. Nobody else can be trusted with an ICO that big. They dont have the experience or trust of the community. If this is legit you HAVE to have him. We are tired of scamming devs who run off after they get their cuts so prove this is legit. Hire Placebo work with him do what he says or you can abort this coin. Dont let my account fool you Im no newbie. Ive been in crypto for a while. I watched, studied, and learned from the best in this biz. I have lost my ass on ICO scams (cleverhash) and even though Placebo cant guarantee success for any coin he is essential for an ICO's success. Especially one this big, 150+ BTC. Depending on the terms Placebo will enforce I would invest at least 3 BTC if its a coin he is willing to mine or buy himself. Ive played stock markets since 2001 but crypto is much more fun. I got PM from BitcoinFr34k. He offered to help with escrow. He lives quite near our team (120 km). We will meet tomorrow and sign the agreement about escrow. Then BitcoinFr34k will generate BTC address for IPO.

Screenshots are only demonstration of our technology. Isn't running wallet. First block will be mined only when wallet will be released to the public. Our programmer created this images to show main functions of InvestCoin. Final GUI may look a little different, but main advantages will be the same.

OK. I will tell you my first impressions when I met InvestCoin team. They welcomed me warmly. I spoke with their programmer and stock market broker and analyst. They have a lot of ideas. I'm sure they have know what they doing. They show me code of InvestCoin wallet and how main functions will be working in final version. They have a testnet but without completed graphic interface. They told me all will be finished in a few weeks. We talked about future of bitcoin and how new altcoin could change the world of economy system. At the end we signed an agreement about escrow.

Final arrangements:

I will send 25% of IPO when DEV release wallet for IPO distribution.

Next 25% when DEV release Beta IC Trading Wallet

and final 50% after IC Trading Wallet final release.

Like I said before you need to hit up Placebo. He has strict rules to help instill trust in the ico/ipo. Its not about trust on this site, its about how many he has done. He is active on here, always pointing out the good points of coins and tells you the negative points so you can fix it.

Investcoin has contacted me. Yes, ICO rules are pretty strict because it is important to protect investors. Personally i believe this coin is a very interesting concept. If DEV can deliver what is written in OPs then there will be a lot of fun with this coin. Also the price set for ICO is not too high and can return some nice profit for ICO investors. It is something unique and it should certainly attract some investors if investors knows that they will receive their coins that they purchase during ICO.

You should deal with "devthedev, tomatocage" for escrow.

devthedev is not doing any escrows anymore. At least that is what i have heard. I think my escrow record speak for himself, nobody complains on the service that i deliver as a escrow person.

Yes guys, I'm labeled as a newbie. I just signed up here recently, mostly ghosting coin announcements and posts. I've worked with licensed investment consultants here in the U.S. Luckily the Netherlands doesn't have as strict policies as the United States. The government will be cracking down everywhere, I'm sure of it. Especially with more media attention behind Bitcoin (Forbes Magazine, Fidelity's Retirement account Bitcoin acceptance).

What do you you guys have planned to minimize the tax and law implications in the future (hopefully not the near future)?

Why can't there be more than one escrow guy/girl? One bitcoin account with high encryption and offline capabilities with some sort of dual/triple person authorization. Laptops have the fingerprinting encryption, and some have eye scanning, as well. Why not escrow wallet fingerprinting or eye scanning? It may be "Terminator T-2" thinking. Why can't you guys get more than one trustworthy escrow individual, and have them act as a team? It's kind of the "chinese fingertrap idea."

Please read my escrow rules. Inverstors are pretty secured. Buywall will be in place for 4 WEEKS!!!! And DEV will only receive his escrow money after 2 weeks when everything is working.

We know what escrow it is but in crypto world services like this isn't easy. Now we have trusted member so everything is clear and we're waiting for takeoff. We agree all placebo rules.

This coin has a interesting concept and i believe it is the first coin that offer this kind of innovation. I've asked DEV to lower the ICO price a little because of the crypto world situation at the moment and to allow real believers to enter IC at a cheaper price.

I hope that a few real big mining pools will be added shortly and as escrow i will also do the necessary promotion of IC (as this is part of the package) ;)

Im in for sure. What happens to the unsold coins? Usually when you do escrow the remaining coins are burned. Will that happen here too?

I've to check with DEV what his plans would be. Either he burns the coins or split it to all investors. Splitting the coins to all investors will result in a even lower coin price and it will give some support against miners that are dumping their coins. It will also give some last minute ICO people that are joying the coin.

Burning the coins is also a good option but then i believe depending on the ICO, DEV should consider lowering the total number of coins too, so that ICO stake is still a decent amount compared to the total number of coins. But it is DEV call.

It is odd that this great coin has 2 transactions for the ICO.

Wow this coin is really interesting. Its a bad sign that it hasn't raised a lot of money in the IPO. I want to invest but my gut is telling me I'll be buying a lot cheaper when it hits the exchanges. What to do what to do? The last thing I want is to buy in at this price and then watch it tank

If using a centralized API from a broker.. can be ddossed and is going away from decentralized mechanism that is the blockchain. Why use this when I can soon use regulated brokers using bitcoins?

I asked my friend to take a look at this coin and this is what he had to say:

There are alot of things wrong with it. For 1) They must be using a centralized feed service which can be DDOSSED and manipulated. 2) They dont issue market pegged assets, they claim that you can trade real forex pairs or stocks... big issue with regulation there. 3) Even if they did offer assets representing the real thing, then they would have to have PEGS to keep price... yet there is no notion of peg... and a simple peg will break easily.. you need incentives in place (long, short etc) and a decentralized feed mechanism for it all to work. 4) Bitshares already does all of this.. and does it better. 5) 50% premined GTFO.. its a simple scam.. build a wallet to show some things, scam money and leave. 6) Dude GET OUT OF THAT THREAD asap..  100% its a scam

Just to save face guys, placebo has reimbursed me for what I have invested. I do not feel we are all ready for InvestCoin yet. I'm thinking the developers feel the same way.

It is based on the agreement that was signed as escrow, so it is normal that you get your fonds back.

It is supposed to be a standard. Just thought I would let the community know.
