Like I said before you need to hit up Placebo. He has strict rules to help instill trust in the ico/ipo. Its not about trust on this site, its about how many he has done. He is active on here, always pointing out the good points of coins and tells you the negative points so you can fix it.

Investcoin has contacted me. Yes, ICO rules are pretty strict because it is important to protect investors. Personally i believe this coin is a very interesting concept. If DEV can deliver what is written in OPs then there will be a lot of fun with this coin. Also the price set for ICO is not too high and can return some nice profit for ICO investors. It is something unique and it should certainly attract some investors if investors knows that they will receive their coins that they purchase during ICO.

Yes guys, I'm labeled as a newbie. I just signed up here recently, mostly ghosting coin announcements and posts. I've worked with licensed investment consultants here in the U.S. Luckily the Netherlands doesn't have as strict policies as the United States. The government will be cracking down everywhere, I'm sure of it. Especially with more media attention behind Bitcoin (Forbes Magazine, Fidelity's Retirement account Bitcoin acceptance).

What do you you guys have planned to minimize the tax and law implications in the future (hopefully not the near future)?

Why can't there be more than one escrow guy/girl? One bitcoin account with high encryption and offline capabilities with some sort of dual/triple person authorization. Laptops have the fingerprinting encryption, and some have eye scanning, as well. Why not escrow wallet fingerprinting or eye scanning? It may be "Terminator T-2" thinking. Why can't you guys get more than one trustworthy escrow individual, and have them act as a team? It's kind of the "chinese fingertrap idea."
