Which documents do you request for KYC?

Our KYC policy has 2 components - identity and address. We verify identity through any state-issued Photo ID and address - any utility bill/bank statement not older than 3 months.

adog, KYC procedure should not scary you if you meet some requirements - you are over 18 and you don't play from restricted territory. Verification process is really quick and simple and we never ask for hard-to-be-found documents (like Birth certificates  8) trying to avoid or delay cashouts.

Betkurus is right about this situation. The user violated their TOS. It's users own fault deposit BTC without reading TOS.

Betkurus should pay back deposited BTC. Even the user violated TOS, they can't hold his funds.

So this will be the fact according to me, the player submitted a  false document to register at the site, he played and won, and Betkurus appears to be doing some check when the user withdrawed and found that the user are playing from some banned countries, this result in the termination of the account as stated on the terms and condition

Excellent live betting .. Only small problem seems to be the wagering limits on ITF and challenger tennis matches which seems to be quite low around 0.2 to 0.3 Btc.. If they can increase the betting limits on par with say betvictor and paddypower for low level tennis tournaments ..
