hey everyone help me please i have banned for posting twice within 2 weeks , i have banned for 14 days before and yesterday i got banned AGAIN , just recover from banned and banned again and again.

this is the banned message "you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been banned by a forum moderator. You may appeal here: banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com ."

when i see here https://bitcointalk.org/modlog.php , my account got autobanned with this report code Autoban user: N/A in topic #0 by member #391043

i have sent an email also pm to the staff but not yet receive any reply.

Have you tried stopping whatever you were doing that got you banned?

It would probably help if you were to post your username so your posts could be looked at

looking at your post history I see that you make a lot of very short posts, they probably are what I would call "two liners" (that is a little bit longer then a one liner but still very short). Although, after looking at your post history, it looks like your posts since what was most likely your last ban were actually one liners.

Prior to your last ban you also seem to have been using the 'return' key in order to make short posts look longer then they really are by creating a new line after only ~1/3 of a line.

I would suggest putting more effort into your posts.

You are ban evader, all of your account should get perma-ban. Someone has warned you about ban evasion, but you keep posting with your alt.

i confused with the rules, there is too many rules that make difficult to move and that make everyone so easy get banned.
my last post is on prediction score event, so i just write my predict like "israel 0-3 wales" should i write another words into that?? so confusing really.


no i didnt receive any warning , no one warned me about ban evasion. if i got the warning i will stop it , but i never receive warning from anyone, so i keep moving.

No. That is relevant to that thread as that's all you need to post so it's ok but if all your posts were just in there then it might be a different matter. Adding more pointless words to a sentence or post does not suddenly make it constructive as well.

It is not ban evading as long as you only post in meta and the purpose of your posts is only to appeal your ban.

If you were previously banned for 14 days then I would guess that you would most likely be banned for 60 days now. You should see the duration of the ban in the red message at the top of your screen when you login.....at least this is where I understand the message to be.

You should follow on threads that you have posted.

Unfortunately, he keeps posting on lending and games and around section with his alt when djibrilantiuang got banned.

oh okay i understand now, one of the main reasons is my sig-camp that required constructive post, but what is constructive definition according to judge ( staff that make decision spam or not, banned unbanned ) but in my opinion all of my posts is constructive enough.  i have many many times saying "im sorry im abusing the forum rules" because not yet understand deeply about forum rules + my bad english it make worse.

by the way im using vpn now, maybe there is another person in this forum with same vpn ip with me and did spam. so i considered as spammer too.

i have sent an email yesterday, how long i can receive reply usually? theymos was online earlier i sent pm , but no reply too . so sad maybe he is too busy i will try to understand and wait patiently.

Did you make an actual appeal, or did you just post "please unban me I'm sorry!"  ?   He probably just ignores those type of emails.

without any kind of timeframe then you were probably banned on a permanent basis. If you did not present any basis as to why you were banned in error then it is unlikely that you will be unbanned on an immediate basis although if you come back in the future then you *may* get unbanned if you ask nicely and demonstrate that you learned your lesion.

What about the other part where it said what you were banned for? As far as I know, its not possible for an admin to ban someone without filling in a reason. If you check the other people with threads about their ban, all screen shots say, "for insubstanial posts + signature" or "spamming" or something similar.

As far as your appeal that was sent to Theymos, it will be read. It might take a day or two, but it will be read. If you don't recieve a response, that means the appeal is denied and you should just wait out your ban to avoid ban extension. If you weren't give a specific amount of time until your ban expires, that means its permanent. However, if you don't break any rules ie don't ban evade, you can appeal to have the perma ban lifted in 30 days with a decent success rate.

nah i dont understand the reason i got banned , the ban message didnt explain the reason why i get banned. i see the report on moderate post my account was auto banned, maybe its bot? i dont know.

If it didn't give a message and it didn't give a timeframe then it was more then likely permanent. It was more then likely for the same reason as the last time you were banned (most likely insubstantial posts + paid sig) as I don't see any other reason for you to get banned based on your post history

ouch so sad if i have banned permanent  :'( , wish theymos give me a chance to fix my problem, because im confused and not yet clearly understand what wrong with my account.

The person you are banned, not any account.

Looking through your posts I can see why you were banned. You can appeal but I think it is pointless.

It will not be pointless, he only should wait 30-45 days and after he can send the appeal to theymos (through the email).

Im not being rude or try to be an asshole here with your case, i know this since before.
I know you evading ban with post using another alts when Djibril get ban for the first time.
But i keep silent and never bring this to public.
As you know in our local section me and some friends who cares about our country names in this forum try to give early warning for anybody who will try to scam in this forum.
Im not saying you are scam here, but you try to lies here with saying only have 1 alts here.
No hard feelings, but i have to give this information for other.

You forgot to mention your other 14 accounts. Stop wasting people's time.


I use the same ban button as moderators do sometimes, it's much faster and more efficient. A manually applied ban (which will show the reason, duration, etc) is much slower and not necessary if it's permanent. The "You were banned by a forum moderator" is just the standard message for all bans applied that way, admin or not.

its all my alts acc managed by 5 different person , i ask someone before "is farming btalk account allowed?" and they said absolutely yes, allowed. and then i did create some btalk acc with my friends. just it.

Having alts isn't against forum rule, just wait until the ban period is over and make sure you won't broke the rule again.

BTW, what did you do with these 15 accounts? Farming signature campaign?

yeah, so the real reason that make me get banned is waht? sig paid spamming? have alts acc? forgot to mention my all alts acc? post with hurtly words?scamming? or what?
i have 15 acc that managed by 5 person buddy, i tell them to treat the accounts until have some rank and we will auctioning the accs, i have that idea when i look into someone thread and he auctioning over 10 jr acc, and i ask him " is farming btalk acc allowed? he said "yes" , and then born all my alts acc.

The argument that the accounts were managed by different friends/family is not going to work. If the accounts share a common ip, it is going to be assumed that they are alts of the same person. If one of these accounts gets banned (for what ever reason), using any other account would amount to ban evasion.

You can have alt accounts and even 'farm' them, but not if you make poor quality posts which is what a lot of people tend to do to get the activity quickly. If you made quality posts you could have/farm as many accounts as you want or could handle.


Coming from the same ip might be believable if they were all using different computers/phones/tablets etc but Badbear can tell if they're using the same PC and logging into them one after the other but this is just a common excuse people try to use to shift blame once caught (It was my friend/roommate/retarded brother etc). 

It's probably because you posted some useless craps, especially wearing paying signature will increase the risk of being banned significantly.

Just wait after 14 days and you will get more wise than before.
Try not to attempt same mistake as before because if you do that again, the punishment will be longer

AFAIK Ban evaders get permabans, so IF OP effectively evaded its 14 ban probably just became perbanned as soon as admin detected it.
