I dont know how to check that what the "Has Potential to become.......Member" How to check that what is my potential? Is this related to activity. I joined in july 2014 so i should be a senior member now. Is that a potential?

The way activity is calculated is that you get up to 14 points every 14 days. If you e.g. posted in 20 of these 14 day periods your potential activity would be 20*14 = 280. On the other hand activity is capped by your number of posts, thus if you have <280 posts your activity is lower.

In order to check how much activity your account potentially could have you need to check in how many of these 14-day periods you have posted in.

Thats only true if OP did at least 14 posts per 14 day activity period.

So from this I can reach 252 Activity If i post 14 posts in 14 days? Am i right?

You need to make 89 posts in 89 days.  :)

Activity is calculated by the following formula.

If I count it correctly, you have posted in 20 different periods (you only didn't post in the period starting on Oct 14, 2014), and thus your current activity is capped by your post count but not the "time" value.

So to reach 252 activity, you just need to make 86 posts more (you have 166 as this moment) at any time you prefer.

Only if you made at least one post in each activity period. If you haven't then you wont get those points. Keep posting and you'll soon find out (though don't spam your way there.
