Oh it needs to be unlocked? How much unlocking charges? Also, I will use an escrow, so it will be like, I will ask escrow to release payment only when I receive the phone and I put the sim card in and see if it working very well. That should tell you if this will work where you are, I think it will. I have used an unlocked iphone 3gs successfully internationally (in Mexico) using a Mexican GSM SIM card.
