Yap, that's the point. People will keep on abusing by creating as many as account they want. Once they got high prize or jackpot in one of their accounts, they will deposit to withdraw their winning.
Lets say I create 10 accounts, all get 0.02btc and 9 of them busted but 1 of them hit 1btc/jackpot. Of course, I will risk my 0.02 to get 1btc profit. Or more extreme, as what Dannie said "visitor will just deposit and withdraw without playing" (it will make your site seems like a ponzi) :)

I decided to check this site out and the design is VERY simplistic...it's not provably fair, it bugs out after a while in terms of the images although the gameplay still works mostly so all in all I'd avoid this site like the plague.

Looks like you are a little confused with the pay table, that 4th means the 4th bet amount, 1st bet amount is 0.0001, 2nd bet amount is 0.001, 3rd bet amount is 0.01 and 4th bet amount is 0.1, the table tells you how mucho you could win depending on how much you bet.

About the time limit, it is already stated clearly that it is open until the end. It means you can register in the last minutes before the tournament closed.
About your second question, I understand it now because your first post did not mention about deposit more than 0.007btc. To make it safe so I advise you to deposit 0.007 only instead of 0.01, but ofc we can wait for the answer from the owner. But I believe if you deposit 0.01 then you should be able to use the 0.003 because the fee is only 0.003.

Afaik the winners is the players with the highest credit at the end of the tournament. We only need to play and wish we can increase our starting credit.  Once we pay the entry fee, we will get 100credit which is like a play money imho so it is not withdrawable.

No more tournaments? I was on this tournament but too bad I'm out of top 3. IMO, the tournament is not fun at all. Most players joined in the last minutes before the tournament ends and only play few spins. This 1st winner even only made 1 spin. Actually I could win this if I was not play too much, I was up to 101.xx credit but I continue spinning and down to 92.xx credit.
