I don't think that is a good idea.
If a player can deposit 1 mBTC and withdraw 21 mBTC afterwards without playing, I can see a lot of people will be doing the same, and why would the site owner allow that to happen?

Its still looks really weird that he would pretty much be giving 0.02 to everyone for free, with 500 registrations he would have to pay 10 btc already, i dont trust it and you shouldnt either until he shows his 600 btc
