Is their logo infringement? -surely inspired by the "Bitcoins accepted here" banner. Is the Bitcoin logo copyrighted? More importantly, even they did copy it verbatim exchange change the name. Did they deprive anyone else of their property? There are some patents filed by individuals, who have not had anything to do with the creation of Bitcoin.
I just think this might confuse matters marketing wise. |
