Fist trade of a loaf today with the municipal local currency.

accepted in localshops only. Is their logo infringement? -surely inspired by the "Bitcoins accepted here" banner.
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Is the Bitcoin logo copyrighted?

More importantly, even they did copy it verbatim exchange change the name.  Did they deprive anyone else of their property?

Incidentally, there is another local currency in use in the UK, the Brixton pound:

Too many new currencies starting with "B"! There are some patents filed by individuals, who have not had anything to do with the creation of Bitcoin.

I just think this might confuse matters marketing wise.
