I personally wouldn't pay that much but it seems he sold the 5870's which are in stock in several places especially used, for a heck of a lot less the 48 BTC so if he can sell them good for him. It's all supply and demand I can ask 100 BTC for a used piece of gum if I get it then great for me, if not oh well.
