I'd advise that even dealing with trusted members it is best for them to hold a deposit with an escrow, ie trusted member provides deposit to 3rd party trusted escrow. The trusted member withdraws to skrill, then escrow sends payment once withdrawal seems OK. Main worry for me would be the elance funds are dirty. Please be careful whatever you decide to do though.
