Hi, I have account on elance.com. It contains $235, I want to withdraw this money to someone's skrill and he give me that amount in BTC. I will not deal with new members who are trying to scam me. because in this case you will receive the money first.

If you can prove the funds were earned legitimately then I'd be interested in helping you.

I'd advise that even dealing with trusted members it is best for them to hold a deposit with an escrow, ie trusted member provides deposit to 3rd party trusted escrow. The trusted member withdraws to skrill, then escrow sends payment once withdrawal seems OK.

Main worry for me would be the elance funds are dirty.

Please be careful whatever you decide to do though.
