I see he took out a loan on Sep 10 using his account as collateral. Now he is trying to take out a second loan using his account as collateral. Also he didn't mentioned any thing about pending loan when he requested second one today. It shows he is clearing scamming the both lenders. I would find it highly unlikely that a lender is going to be naive enough to accept an account as collateral for a loan and then not make sure the account is secured either by themselves or an escrow prior to funding the loan...
