Post by: JackpotRacer on October 30, 2015, 07:40:19 PM
The game app is now open for all

We proudly present our new Game App
(powered by Moneypot)

https://www.moneypot.com/apps/695-texas-holdem-all-in (https://www.moneypot.com/apps/695-texas-holdem-all-in)
or
www.texasholdemallin.com

★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★
If you don't have a Moneypot account please go to www.moneypot.com (http://www.moneypot.com) and register
You only need username and password
★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

We offer 2 tables. you can easily switch from one table to the other

1) 10 Seat
2) H2H ( not the normal way you might know)

10 Seat Table explanation:

you can wager on 1 - 10 Seats (a wager on 10 seats will not make sense unless you think that a Jackpot hit is due or you are participating in a wager contest)

to chose a seat you want to bet on - just click in the field of each seat number and it will be highlighted
each click on a field will add the seat or cancel it

H2H Table explanation:

on the H2H Table you have the option to bet on the "Player" or on the "Banker/House"

you just need to click on the "Player" or on the "Banker/House" button to chose the one you want to wager on. the side you put your wager on will be highlighted. to wager on the other side you will need to click on the button again to cancel it. be sure that only one side is highlighted and not by accident both sides. in this case you would wager on both the same time

for both tables following options are same

you have the option to add the Royal Flush Jackpot. the chance to hit the RF Jackpot with at least 1 hole card is 1 in 32486 bets - the RF Jackpot amount is adjusting to your wager amount

the maximum bet for a Royal Flush Jackpot is capped at 8000 bits

if you hit a RF Jackpot you will have a nice animation on your screen and it will be auto announced in red fonts in our chat

in case you hit a Jackpot there is an option to share it immediately on Facebook or Twitter

in Menu there is a button "Zodiac". click on it and you can chose your lucky sign (it might help who knows)

★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

if you hit the Royal Flush Jackpot it will look like as you see it on the screenshot :)
it will show you a coin rain animation and the announcement in our chat
in red fonts

I doubt it, thats only the chance of hitting it and x32k is way too much. I assume that when you add the option for the royal flush jackpot you have to pay some kind of tax, right?

@Nobitcoin yes it is a novel way :) thanks and I take it as a compliment.
please understand that I will answer your question later. I would like to hear the opinion of XinXan first. thank you for your understanding

hi @XinXan

thank you for the posting. could you please explain me why you are saying that x32k is way to much?

do you have explicit numbers? I want to be sure that we will not pay out to much :)

Can't wait to play on it for the first time, I see the screenshots and it seems nice. And what I like is there will be a royal flush jackpot, it reminds me with my past experience in local fiat online poker few years ago.
Maybe you may add some more jackpots on it, like a Straight Flush JP, 4 of a kind, and others because most all local fiat online poker in my country offers those kind of jackpots. Most of them has this rule :
- Royal Flush get 80-100% of the JP
- Straight Flush 30-40%
- 4 of a kind 10-20% etc.
Example : http://prnt.sc/8xtkmo

It will be more attractive because player has more chance to win something from the jackpot. Just my opinion :)

hello

sorry for late reply but I thought XinXan will answer my question :(

yes the Royal Flush Jackpot payout is wager x 32486 but for the moment it is capped at a max bet of 8000 bits and Royal Flush Jackpot payout of 2.59888 BTC and could be changed at any time later to much more but not more than 1 kelly of MP bank roll.

Is there any gambling game that let us win without any lose? I guess that all is just depends on luck whether you can win or not. So what is different between this game and others?

and if that is right "i checked" that means that max jackpot is with wager of 100bits (when you hit royalflush)
are you sure that you did math good? i think that is just a too huge payout (when you hit 0.00 on dice you get less then 10k x and here is almost 3.5x bigger payout)

hi Erza

to be frank if you are looking for a game that let you win without losing .....there is no :)

but if you are looking for a game where you will win "a la longue"..........there are many games......but you need to be the operator :)

even you will have +EV bets for years you will not win all bets this just doesn't exist

but lets take for example our "no chance to lose contest"

the participant can't lose but can win a prize and if he doesn't win a prize he still can have profit or if he will lose the deposited 5000 bits he will get full refund. hmmm what is wrong with this kind of offer?
I can't promise you that you will win but I promise you that you will not lose your own coins at this contest :)

you are heartily invited to participate :)

hi Katerniko

thank you for the catch. the formula misses the most important part but the result was fine :)

wager x 32486 x 1%

8000 bits wager x 32486 x 1% = 2598880 bits

thanks and may I ask why are you not participating at the contest

This new poker site is not officially launched yet, if you want to try so you need to join its first "no chance to lose" contest. If you join this contest you will have a chance to try this new site before launched officially and you have the chance to win something 0.07 or 0.03 but you'll not lose anything even 1bit.
So you must join it :)

If you have read it so you should not ask about it IMO, read this :

Before our Texas Hold'em All-Inapp officially opens the door for the public we are hosting a Texas Hold'em All-In “No Chance to lose Contest" and looking for minimum 10 participants.

As I understand, it is not opened yet, so you need authorization to open. You'll get the authorization details by pm from JPR before the contest start (if you join it) but if you wont join it means that you need to wait till it is officially launched/opened to public.

Hi Mediator

user panjul07 gave a perfect explanation. you cannot connect to texasholdemallin app at this stage. user name and password is needed. those credential will be given shortly before contest starts tomorrow.

after the contest the app will be open to public. but as panjul07 already explained you could participate
at the contest.

good luck

edit: sorry I forgot to say a big "thank you" to panjul07 for the perfect explanation

So there is a max payout, which is 2.59 bitcoins. Thats what i was basically saying, that you wouldn't pay someone x32k if he was betting 1 bitcoin.

hi

so it looks we had a misunderstanding. but I thought you are familiar with moneypot's bank roll rules.

as I said we capped it for the start at about 2.5 BTC but could have set it to about 7 BTC according to moneypot bank roll and 1 kelly

may I ask why you are not participating?

Hello all

I thought I will give the participants 1 or 2 tips regarding the contest. I am sure some already thought about it and maybe some not.

a contest where the winner is the one with most balance at the end of contest is not based on luck only.
it is also skill involved. because you are playing against each other you need to check the stats of the other participants as often as you can.

both tables have also the Royal Flush Jackpot option. the Jackpot can be added or canceled for each wager. I am sure there will be situations where it will be wise to add the Jackpot option.

what I wanted to say is that this  kind of contest " is not only luck"

I don't know the odds or payouts the game offers. This makes it impossible to think about.

Is the info available anywhere?

I thought I will give the participants 1 or 2 tips regarding the contest. I am sure some already thought about it and maybe some not.

hello

thank you for the question
I wanted the participants to find it out themselves :) during the contest

multiplier at the 10 seat table is 9.9 = HE/Rake 1% no Jackpot option added and adding the Jackpot option the multiplier will be 9.8

https://i.imgur.com/2KRAQv9.png

multiplier at the H2H table is 1.98 to get the 1% HE/Rake no Jackpot option added and adding the Jackpot option the multiplier will be 1.96

Hi Mediator

user panjul07 gave a perfect explanation. you cannot connect to texasholdemallin app at this stage. user name and password is needed. those credential will be given shortly before contest starts tomorrow.

after the contest the app will be open to public. but as panjul07 already explained you could participate
at the contest.

good luck

edit: sorry I forgot to say a big "thank you" to panjul07 for the perfect explanation

ok thanks panjul07 , JackpotRacer , I'll try next time, now I'm trying another game  :)

P.S : good luck all remaining players. still 20hours to go.

Update of changes we did

now the hole cards are dealt open for all 10 seats

we added fast speed option for immediate result for users who are in a hurry :)

and cards fading out on table at the end of a hand showing the result

please refresh the site to get the changes work. please leave us some feedback for those changes. (hopefully no bug feedback)

hi

thank you for the question. yes we want to offer more contests. but it is not an easy task. we don't have many options. the best one for us as an moneypot app owner is a most wager contest because we are looking for players and want to make some profit.
we think that a most Balance/profit contest is the best for the user but not for us. we are looking to find a fair way to offer contests and both sites will be satisfied. but if you have any suggestions for a nice contest please let us know.

I have an idea to make a contest

1. everyone should buy a ticket to join ( 0.001 , 0.002 , 0.003 )
2. each round consists 5 participants at the table ( min )
3. specify the minimum number of participants entirely ( min 50/100 )
4. Total prize corresponding number of ticket purchase
5. You can add rules and other systems

great is there a contest again :D it would be fun, seriously have a great time on this texas hold'em and thank you for giving back 5000 bits that i lose on contest,
if this site can have multiple player on 1 table and start contest would be more great!  ;)

Multiplayer game will be great but I think it is impossible at this moment, because I have  never seen multiplayer game on moneypot. Maybe it is not allowed yet, JPR will need to ask Ryan about it IMHO

No they do not have it because they are using moneypot API, so it is almost impossible to use live/real dealer on their game.

hi

thank you for the question and thanks to panjul for the answer.

I would propose to visit our game/site and check it out. because it is a bit different to a regular hold'em.

you are welcome to ask our Mod for a free karma bet and try out the game in case you win the free bet

Congratualtions jikin for hitting the Royal Flush Jackpot of 16243 bits
2 times the jackpot I was really lucky today :D

Gratz buddy, seems that you have good luck in this site. Won its first contest and be the first to hit the 1st and 2nd jackpot.

P.S : JPR, Will you add the jackpot winners list on this site as what you have in JackpotRacer?

first of all congratulations to jikin for hitting the Royal Flush Jackpot :)

@panjul we will add it hopefully soon and hope to see you in the list :)

I hope so :) and one more questions : Is it possible to type the wager amount manually as we wish as what I can do in JPR. Here in this new game I only able to set the wager amount by 2x, 1/2 and max, am I missing something?

it looks that you are missing the option to click the chips at top of the table. you click those and adjust if needed with the 1/2 2x buttons

please let me know if it works for you. till now all users got along with it.

thank you for the question

Oh my bad, I did not realize it..thanks for noticing it. I think manually typing the amount is better and easier, but its OK maybe you will consider to add what I mean. :)

Does it mean that the registration is already closed to other members? If so, my bad not joined this earlier because I was waiting to see at least 10 registered players in order to know whether the time of the contest is good for me or not. Even there will be 24hours but sometime I cant online because of my real life activities.

Anyway, good luck to all participants.

Ups jikin down to -4,499.40..he was up to 11k when I was in 13k profit. He always look like in a panic when he is not on the first place  and try to be in the first place everytime. Appreciate his spirit to be the winner, but I think he lost his patience just because I was above him in the leaderboard. :)

Because no one registered we made the following changes:

each user may register now without sending the fee of 10k bits. you can register and only after 10 or more users registered we will ask all registered users to send the fee of 10k bits. maybe it helps to get the minimum of 10 registrants

Generous Rake Back Offer!

You wager 500 BTC and you receive 2.5 BTC

that is exactly the amount we earn and we will get from Moneypot

the numbers and rake back offer is negotiable through PM

as we don't think we will get many 500 BTC wagerers
we will limit the offer for the first 2 who will wager 500 BTC

the moment you have wagered 500 BTC please post your
Moneypot user name here in thread and we will send you the rake back bonus

to be fair to our customers we need to emphasize that in case Moneypot changes the payout rules we will
give through exactly the amount we receive for your 500 BTC wager

So, I would like to play this game but I have a few questions:

1)  Do I have to withdraw and deposit thru MoneyPot, or can I deposit and withdraw directly?

2)  Do I actually play against other players in a platform that allows for skill, or is it all chance?

3)  What is the house edge?

Anybody have any complaints or testimonials.....?

Yeas you need to deposit and withdraw through moneypot wallet , there is n0 direct wallet for game. Each withdraw will cost you 0.0001btc as fee, unlike fortunejack and directbet.

Anybody have any complaints or testimonials.....?
I have not played there but my other friends are playing there and they are quite happy there.

Actually players are able to deposit directly to the app, but in order to withdraw players must withdraw it to moneypot account.

2)  Do I actually play against other players in a platform that allows for skill, or is it all chance?

You play against the house, because moneypot does not allow pvp game.

3)  What is the house edge?

As listed on the FAQ page, house egde is 1% and other 1% goes to jackpot (all together 1.03%)

Texas hold'em is my favorite game to gamble on and I am always looking for the best place to play it.  I just tried out your game today.  It's Texas hold'em all right, but I'm not a fan of the way it looks.  I'm not exactly sure what is wrong with it, but it looks kind of cheesy.

Thank You for the posting. I don't know what you mean with cheesy? Please let me explain that it is a Moneypot app and regular Texas hold 'em is right now not possible with the Moneypot ATI. That's the reason why we are offering the game as always all-in
it is a provably fair game and the lucky one will win

Good luck

I'm gonna guess the OP may have been referring to the graphics. The graphics could be cleaner, maybe better resolution ... sharper maybe? I don't build websites so not sure how that is done, but I think you get my point. Anyway, it is not a huge deal. It is a relatively unique game, certainly unique on Moneypot, and for those of us that enjoy playing it the graphics aren't going to get in the way.

hi Indamuck

thx for visiting here

let me ask you now what you mean with the Omaha idea you had. because of Moneypot API we can't offer a regular poker game. please explain how you would like to see the Omaha game implemented here

thx

hi Indamuck

thx for visiting here

let me ask you now what you mean with the Omaha idea you had. because of Moneypot API we can't offer a regular poker game. please explain how you would like to see the Omaha game implemented here

thx

Well, most recently I've been practicing/learning Omaha8 hi-lo, where the pot is often shared between the best high and best low hands. Morever it is common to see chops for the low portion of the pot, and even chops for the high. So even in a regular Omaha8 game, live or online, it is common to go to showdown with 3-4  other people, and for each of them to win a portion of the pot. On top of that, for beginners it can be confusing to 'read' low hands, because low hands are read differently from high, i.e. cards cannot pair, they are read from the bottom up instead of top down, etc. So even experienced holdem players can get tripped up playing Omaha or Omaha8.

So for you I would implement Omaha and/or Omaha8 just as you have with All-in holdem. Have a full ring and a heads up option. (Actually Omaha isn't really played heads up, so you will see more full-ring play.)

AND, you will want to make clear which hand won which pot at showdown, so that new players can study the hand outcome and in that way improve their hand reading skills. After showdown have a statement such as 'Player 8 wins High with two pair: Aces and Kings. Player 2 and Player 6 win Low with 75421' and give the gambler/player time to study the board, just like you currently do with All-in holdem.

TL;DR: Implement Omaha8 just like you have with All-in holdem. You might skip the HU option and just offer Omaha8 as a full ring - and make the Omaha8 full ring only six handed so the player/gambler wins more often.

hi Indamuck

thx again for the suggestion. I will forward your idea to our coders so they will give us their opinion if it is possible with Moneypot API. Moneypot will change soon to v2 API so we might wait anyway for the release ov v2

we will post the answer here for you

good luck
