While I feel there is missing some text on various parts of the website, I have to give credit for the visuals.
And not because it looks good, there is just a lot of it. For example on Rollz.com there is a preview and a pretty cool page about their own slot machine, SlotZ.
I would encourage people to check around on the website because there was a lot of cool ideas and visual explanations. Write up some more information on your plans and I will most likely turn into an investor and perhaps help fund the project.

You are totally correct. 7 BTC is far from enough!
But we have said this, and if you look at our roadmap page  (http://www.floz.co/#!roadmap/posmh)you can find this:


Basically we need that 7 BTC for production of a few cases with FlozER and to cover our grower to some extent. On top of that there comes a few things more like other expenses tied to the party and the manpower to sell these energydrinks online.
7 BTC will not be enough for even that, but we are of cours paying as much as we can ourself! When people have seen our other projects that's being released before the products, I believe those funding goals will be very easy to fulfill.

Correct, total supply is 4,345,524. Network is still alive but needs more people to stake. Wallet is available on website (http://www.floz.co/). Please download and run if you can.

Floz will use the existing blockchain. Specs fitted what we wanted, and we decided to just stick with it.

This is certainly real. It's a new project. We chose to use Floz as our coin instead of creating a new one. There was no need for it and we liked the name and font used.

I'm gonna include nodes on the new ANN. Meanwhile, C-Cex has a node list here (https://c-cex.com/?id=ws&shownodes=floz).

yeah, it still stuck...just 500 blocks every time i open it up.  it's at 3000 now, and i left it over night.

i will try another computer see if same thing happens.  i did add the nodes list from c-cex.

December 15 - Floz launches as an ICO

January 7 - Floz dev locks the thread and cancels the development plans, but keeps the ICO money

January 26 - DGCS dev confirms plans to exchange Floz for premined DGCS coins;  says it was planned ahead of time, but nobody knows how long it's been planned

February 1 - Floz exchange is supposed to begin at a site called BTCPoolExchange, but users are unable to send coins to the exchange

February 10 - DGCS dev says he wants to cancel the exchange because it's hurting the price of DGCS, but then says it's because the Floz blockchain was attacked



DGCS claimed they would burn any FLOZ sent to BTCPoolExchange.  Were any Floz coins ever burned?  Was the Floz blockchain really attacked or forked?

I have no idea if any coins were burned, but I have never read anything about this and don't think something like that happened.
But want to clarify that we have no affiliation with the past Floz project.

Much of the reason for taking over Floz was the fact that so many got screwed over by the past dev/team.
We saw an opportunity to do something good, instead of flooding the market with yet another coin.

I have a couple of questions. 

On the website http://www.floz.co/#!flozt/gr7t8 (http://www.floz.co/#!flozt/gr7t8) it says "1 Floz will give you 1 Gram of FlozT".  How does that work?  A gram of cannabis is at least $10 at any of the dispensaries where I live.  Also, you can't just grow weed and sell it to the dispensaries.  Growers have to be licensed by the state and it's not an easy process and takes a significant amount of upfront capital to comply with the regulations. 

What dispensary is going to accept a cryptocurrency?  They are a cash only business since banks will not deal with them because marijuana is still a schedule 1 drug under federal law.  Why would they complicate their operation by having to convert an altcoin to bitcoin and then to cash when they are already making huge profits dealing strictly in cash? 

There have been many marijuana coins all promising this and that but none of them can be used for purchase at any marijuana dispensary.

I'm not even going to get into the energy drink because that's another can of worms. 

Your plan is unrealistic and will never happen.

First question, license: You are totally correct, it will take a significant amount of capital to comply with regulations and become a grower. Far more then we are asking for on the funding page. But we do have a plan to acquire these funds.
It's outlined on website and coming more information in the new ANN (Coming today-tomorrow). The first step is to raise enough funds to have a fundraiser party where people can come and taste FlozT and meet us, the team, to ask questions and get a chance to get involved with Floz.
Will we be able to accomplish our capital goal and get licensed? We have to be honest and say it like it is; We do not know. It will be an uphill road.
Do that mean we should not try? Hell no. We are gonna give it our best shot.

Second question, accepting cryptocurrency: Again, you are correct with your statement. Dispensary's are cash only business because of the banks.
And I believe some of the answer is in your question. Because marijuana is still a schedule 1 drug and the dispensary's is being "blocked" by the banks, I see a perfect reason for why an altcoin can thrive. We want to build a model that's easy and profitable for both the seller & the buyer.
The reason we use and love Bitcoin is because it's a superior method of payment, and Bitcoin is fighting against very user-friendly options like Visa. In dispensaries you actually have an easier road to "acceptance" because you are only fighting against cash.
Our policy for dispensary's wanting FlozT will include that they have to accept Floz for FlozT. But not exclusively, they can still take cash for FlozT. Obviously we can not try to push anything on the consumers. But it's our hope that we can grab their attention.
We also belive that in the beginning we will see a large wave of new people interested in Floz, because of the price you have mentioned earlier. Say a gram costs 10$ like you say, and FlozT comes in and you can purchase a gram for cents on the dollar. People will instantly want to get Floz and know more about it.
We will need to have limits on how much people can buy and etc.. Depending on how much we have managed to grow and many other factors.

Summary: Yes we have a tough journey ahead, no point in denying that. We need a lot of capital to be able to get anywhere.
But we have the road to get there. For example, we already have one dispensary that is ready to sell Floz when we are ready to do so. It's because of family relations to be clear, but its still a start.
We also have different other projects as well, but they are all mainly to fuel the FlozT project.

We believe our project has a little dream factor to it, and we will meet a lot of challenges on the way, no doubt about it. However, it's not totally unrealistic.
Put in faith, hard work and a small portion of luck and maybe Floz will be the big marijuana brand in the future.

i tried the wallet on another computer and it still get stuck right on block 1000.  close client, restart, moves 500 blocks and get stuck again.

There is a little over 1 million coins on exchange, and 800,000 of these are on the sell side.

But then I thought there was enough marijuana coins to go around. Plus Ethereum sucked. It's better than bitcoin but it still sucked.

We realize that we was to optimistic with our dates and we have now put everything back 5 days.
It's because we want to be 100% sure we are ready at each release, especially the first two that comes up now soon (Society & Rollz).

We can send in an application to Yobit. However, the plan was to try for Bittrex or Poloniex when the coin had the volume/support to be taken serious by those exchanges.
Getting on yobit and "splitting" the market might be a bad strategy in the short term. Though, it has absolutely no effect long term. What do you guys think?

I think on more exchanges a coin is, more attention a coin gets... Some people prefer using yobit others c-cex as low volume exchange...and right now yobit has a lot of attention causing the pre-lisk sale...

Sure we got that, but it's a matter of principle really.
They get fees from the market activity Floz will attract, we get exposure. It's a win-win and we should not have to pay for that.
It's also a matter of saving capital on whatever is possible, and this is a example of one.
Lets wait a day or two and see if they add us, and if not, we take it from there.

However, this really don't mean that much.
Poloniex is the king for alt currencies, and we believe that after a couple of our projects has gone online and we have proved our-self's, Floz will easily get added.
For us this is just temporary stuff, but I get that others may not think that way so we want to do our best.

I think desire is different from commitment. Dev needs to do much work in order to get listed on big exchanges. And whatever you want to do, Yobit and C-Cex are more important than you think because if there's no interest there then you won't get to Bittrex and Poloniex. Also, calling exchanges temporary offends traders because you push them not trading your coin until it reaches bigger markets. Cheers mate

It was not meant to offend traders, and that statement does not make that much sense.

Every trader on Yobit or C-Cex is there because they want to get on a project early and get in cheap before it hits the big exchanges.
A trader wont wait until bigger exchange if he believe it will get to that point.

However, we are just writing words here. Right now it's fully understandable if you don't think we can get on the big exchanges.
All we can do is ask politely for you to watch our project and see how things go :)

Wow, was not expecting much with this floz society project.
Like many others, I was looking forward mostly to the casino and the flozt strain.

But floz society looks fantastic and while I havent had the time to explore everything yet, it feels very easy to use and packed with features.
If the team can integrate that Floz tip feature they have listed under subprojects, and do some succesful marketing. I think this forum has a chance to become fairly popular as a marijuana forum (there arent that many popoluar out there from before actually).

Marketcap is a joke right now, like 50-60 btc. While all other hot coins on ccex has a much higher marketcap.
Look at trumpcoin for example, 400 btc, and it doesnt look to me like there are much plans for the whole coin. Its just created for the fun of it :P

Main website has like 20 pages with ideas & custom design. You got the casino website, videos, previews. the whole ann etc..

It still bothers me a bit that there is no activity on github with the development of the wallet. As great as the site looks, I'd think they'd have someone on github doing something.

We have no plans on doing anything with the wallet in the early future. Can't see much we need to do.

I'm having the "very strange" stuck at 1000 blocks and only processing another 500 blocks at a time problem now, too. Was there a resolution found here we can discuss publicly, as it seems quite improbable I'd randomly also get stuck with the exact same problem. Obviously, this seems to be a programmatic issue of sorts. I, too, have tried multiple machines and operating systems. It's definitely not an anomaly.

Also, Dev, tell me and everyone else throwing hard earned money towards your previously abandoned, yet acquired project more about why development on the code isn't a priority or necessity. I was under the impression that's the entire point of creating a new, unique altcoin--the functionality along with perhaps a coupled purpose of the coin and in this case, weed. I can't even load the wallet, nor do you advertise or promote linux compatibility (although, it is actually quite easy to compile on linux. This indicates and implies to me either your "team" currently has absolutely no programmatic talent or you have your priorities out of order. The simple functionality and distribution on as many platforms as possible isn't a priority for your team? But, creating a theoretical energy drink and casino for coins people can't easily use is? At this point, I still feel like it is a bogus distraction from the truth. What is the point of floz coin if I can't even load the wallet or use it? How am I supposed to move coins to the casino to drunkenly gamble away for your own profit? You guys aren't thinking this through.

take a little time from the computer come back and all hell has broke loose. i also got in on the first round and got stuck with a good bit i held them even when the digital credits swap happened. i liked the coin i liked the idea so i held my bag sew me. now with the forum i like it even more because it think it would be helpful and fun to smokers everywhere. so i try to help where i can in hopes that the project will succeed and indeed the site is looking good and you can tell a lot of work has been put into it. i am still working on a video introduction of the site i am behind on making it life has been hard this week. the wallet, society, casino all go hand and hand and i agree if there is a problem with the wallet it should be looked at it could throw the balance of things off in the future. as far as the dump dont think it was the team i also agree with another comment there was to much put into that site for them to do that. but got to also remember that there were a lot that got good chunks the first time it could of been them or it could of been the whole DCGS thing i still have yet to get a  answer back from the dev if the swap happened and were any floz burnt so then i got to thinking if there was a burn did he really burn them because hes not answering? if any old holders participated in that burn would say something that would be nice. it looked like they cancelled it due to so called block chain attacks just like all the rest of them they tried to do how much they got before they cancelled it if any i dont know. for now im going to stay my course and work on the forum. i think it would be really helpful and fun to smokers everywhere very good ideas dont let it die again

Apologies for late responses. We was very busy yesterday.
There was a big election day and we are all very strong Bernie supporters so a big group of our social-circle was together to follow the NY election. On top of that it was 4/20, so you can probably think for yourself the other things we were doing.
It was an off-day for our team.


We had the impression that wallet worked for the majority (it works for us and others we have talked to, including the fact that we have some stakers).
It was to our knowledge a problem on your end, hence the request to skype with you to fix this problem.

Now that we hear that this is a problem for other people as well (and all the things you have tried), there is no doubt that there is a real problem and we have to do something about it.
It was not our priority because we thought it was working ok, and did not see it as a major problem from the start.

In the next days the wallet will be a much higher priority.
We are looking into what can be done. Updates will come on the issue.

But let me try and give you our mindset. We are a group of friends/co-workers who are into cryptocurrency and have a passion for cannabis. We are also relatively young and have a heart for entrepreneurship.
That's how this whole project came to light. We had one developer who always wanted to build a casino, one grower with his own strain, one guy who loves to build up communities from scratch and the energy drink concept was taken from the earlier Floz project.

That is our projects, and every person on the team has special roles inside these projects.
And because of this, I guess none of us saw the wallet as an important priority from the start. Everybody is focused on their task.

We can also admit that it probably was a mistake for us to take over Floz, as it has led to disbelief in us. Even after Floz Society came out.
This has very negative consequences for the whole project because we have raised very little funding. In afterthought, it would probably have been better for us to come out with an ICO.
While the decision has turned into a mistake, our hearts was in the right place. The reason for takeover has been stated (It's on the website), but basically the main reason was to rather help those that got screwed by last team then put yet another coin into circulation.

On the dumping part, your thoughts are totally correct.
It's obviously not us. And even if you dont think we are legit, you should understand that it does not add up.

Take the casino, the strain, the energy drink and all our subprojects away, how much time you think we have spent on building Floz Society & RollZ Temporary website, the main website & the announcment?
Browse everything we have put out and you will understand that there is so many hours of work put in that we would lose out heavily if it was in fact us that was dumping. I bet we would struggle to even get back the money we have put in (& then you are excluding the 200+ hours of work)




Final Note: We are defending our-selfs because it looks like we have to at this point. Market looks dead, interest is low and we are not even close to our funding goals.
As stated earlier, we will find a solution to the wallet problems and look for solutions to our other problems.

I did lose on the first round, I admit. I was out $15 USD. So, I didn't lose my house or even any sleep over it. The market is practically at rock bottom. Maybe this is some sort of indicator that I have no reason to spread my FUD for monetary gains. Of course, there is no way for me to prove that and me being a newbie can certainly add doubt, I understand.

The reality of why I'm FUD-ing is based solely on independently verifiable observations. It's up to anyone reading to make up their own mind, of course. that was not me that donated .5 btc that was nordic beast. i just make videos i love crypto and like talking about it. its not to make people buy the coin but to spread the news about what a coin is trying to do, and to spread the news about crypto period. i hope that anyone that watches my videos understands and follows the stress free rules of investing. 1. dont spend more than you can afford to loose. 2 never spend more than 5% of your portfolio on any one project. 3. dont listen to me or anyone else do your own research and form your own opinion before you buy in. i do like the idea of this coin also and was in the first round i stuck to my trading plan at that time about $40 not the 1st time i lost wont be the last get up brush myself off and keep trucking. hope the best for this project. hopefully the rebranding is for the good.

Apologies for the silence. We had to take a step away and look at the situation.
Decide if we wanted to go through with the ICO or pursue our project in a different way (away from crypto).

When the investors decided to put the value of our project below what it was before we took over it felt like a punch to the stomach for all of us.

But, we have decided to do the ICO to see if there is any interest. If there is and we get the funds we need then the project is fully alive.
Obviously if the ICO fails then we will move away from the crypto aspect of our project.

There is already much work done on the rebranding and we will start to work again on it tomorrow and start to contact C-Cex & Yobit.
Can't give any dates now but updates will follow.

i agree with some points here but but i know you are not the first dev so you dont have the ico cash. but i follow my trading plan and it is against my plan to reinvest into this project any more the coins will either die or switched to the new coin and survive and im sure a lot of the first round investors feel the same way. even the second round investors. if you get it going and things start looking like they should then i will be able and only then invest in future projects. show us what you working with. wish you the best

The DGCS block explorer is down, but the Yobit orderbook has over 50 million DGCS for sale. 

There are only supposed to be 5 million DGCS in circulation, which means that the 200 million premine is being dumped on Yobit.

Bad news for anyone who exchanged their FLOZ for this apparent scam.
