Maybe there is a new market for my idea.

I wanted to make a website and server, where you can send me any amount of BTC and I will automatically send you back 98.1% back to the address you sent it from. That's a tons better deal than what this guy is offering, and mine will be totally automated. Send it to my specific address, and it will automatically send it back to you.

I see both transactions in the block chain and no coins sent back to it. The 0.06 is harder to tell because you use it for dice rolling but the 0.01 is clear as mud nothing has been sent back.
