No, I don't think you can do that. But you can get your own prepaid Visa card for $0.5 at Spectrocoin and load it with bitcoin(but before making a purchase make sure that your country is in the listed of supported countries).

cointocard.co provides what your looking for although i have not personally used this service so i would highly advise you to do your own due diligence before using them.

it is not a virtual card. you can use Spectrocoin card in any ATM machine.

Yeah I know that company and it looks like it's trusted site and has low fees.

you can try https://www.247exchange.com i have personally used them despite their different time frames for money to reflect on your account but the good part is the get the job done!
