BitBillions (GBBG) launched in late February 2013 and is using bitcoin as its primary currency.

Currently there is three types of memberships available:
Founder Members - No longer available - Founder Members originally made a donation of 1 Bitcoin before the rise and price changed to $50 worth
Co-Founder Members - 1135 - Co Founders were introduced after the Founders positions were closed off to new members.
Reserve Members - Reserve Members made a donation LESS THAN the value of 1 Bitcoin prior to the price change
Applicants - Applicants are all people who have registered but NOT made a donation.

REVENUE SHARE
GBBG members will be FINANCIALLY REWARDED with bitcoins. Our premium services will include advertising, payment processing and currency exchange just to name a few. Monthly revenues will be shared with GBBG members, even members who do NOT spend a dime will earn with GBBG!

50% of GBBG monthly revenue will be shared with members. There is six revenue share pools and members will be in some or all depending how early they get a membership.
You earn your share of each pool depending upon your position in the matrix (how early you join) and the number of points you earn each month.

Oh, and as David is located on the Central Coast of NSW, I've helpfully contacted the NSW Department Of Fair Trading seeking their assurance that this is not a pyramid scheme.

What you fail to mention about that matrix is that it only pays people 7% matrix commissions based on their earnings from the revenue share. The matrix does not pay any commissions based on membership or donations at all. So if the company does not generate any revenue there would be no matrix commissions.

As for mentioning the service, well it does. There is not going to be just one though. I did mention them above but maybe you missed it

2. NSW Dept of Fair Trading would not know about this as it is not a registered company here. If I was the owner maybe it would be but I am not. So I seriously doubt they would have even heard of it, nor could they do anything about it even if they did as it is not Australian based.

If it's based overseas, they'll just refer it to the ACCC.  Both the ACCC's ScamWatch and NSW Fair Trading issue warnings about scams based overseas.

It's probably not a good idea to associate the Soldiers Point address with the venture and be the one who makes all the posts on the website if you're going to try to claim that you have nothing to do with operating the Network Money Makers.

Hey cool, you can see transactions on there. I have been using Strongcoin, can you see incoming transactions on there anywhere? I might have to change to blockchain if not.

Actually looking harder I'm trying to work this out a bit. The number is the member number I sent a bitcoin to BitBillions, which is one of the transactions on there. I can also see what looks like commission payments but they are to other people...What number is normally used in this? A public key? Think I'll put mine in, it might make more sense to me.

That would be assuming it was a ponzi which if you look at the compensation plan you would see there is no way it can be.
I am surprised how fast people in here think the worst of something and jump to conclusions without getting the facts first. Maybe that comes from having a lot of bad things come through here before. Maybe BitBillions has made a mistake by using bitcoin as its primary currency. I'm pretty sure they would not have expected such opposition to a company that will bring more publicity to bitcoin.

I'm thinking that the perception and attitudes above will probably remain until July when open registration begins and the products start being released. It is a pity because by that stage the most profitable revenue share pools will be filled. That is not to say it would not be worth joining then, even just for the free products, just that the people already in will get more revenue share.

This is awesome.  I can't do this but I know two people who would be great at this.  Either one has shown great ability at getting a business started and generating large sales.  Tom in particular has a proven business assembling and marketing PCB designs, while Trendon has run a very successful $15 million Bitcoin investment fund in the past. Give them a call:

I'll send them an email, doesn't need to be people great at building business though as people will earn revenue share with just one position, even if they have no referrals.

Have you got in touch with James McCarthy (also known as Nefario) yet? He was a large supporter of businesses like BitBillions, and I feel he will be able to contribute to website development and marketing.

Do you also need a PR agent? Smoothie is one of the members here that are the most involved in the Bitcoin community, and he can promote BitBillions and answer any questions that will arise. I heard he only takes Litecoins or fruit related drinks as payment through.

Thought this might be relevant to the conversation. It was in an email as the company added GoFundMe as an option to get positions. Members still need to get a bitcoin wallet to receive commissions and revenue share from though as currently that will only be paid in BTC. But the question has been raised above about those donations and some comments seem to think that is what is making it not legit. Here is what it is for ;

Now I know you are taking the mickey...there would be no benefit getting old accounts at all and as that thread shows people doing that are usually scammers anyway.

Neither of those businesses are online so I'm guessing they are failed businesses.

A quick search shows that James McCarthy was a scammer and as such would never have had interest in something as legitimate as this.

So TradeFortress, you might think you are funny but let's see what you think in about August. Funny thing is by the comments in here it probbaly is those types of people that would end up joining this and making a lot of money legitimately. Then they wouldnt need to do their scams. Still the one thing it looks like they were successful at is getting a lot of people to follow them originally.

I'll put it bluntly, if this was a ponzi here is how it would operate.
1. They wouldn't bother with bitcoin, it is just too hard to get a large amount of people to be able to pay that way. Instead they would try to have as many payment processors available as possible to garnish as much money as possible.
2. They often have a large startup cost, usually in the hundreds or thousands. For the ones that know it will fail fast
3. They often have a large referral commission and possibly several levels of referral commission, usually 50%+. So the people starting brag how much money they made, getting new members in.
4. They have at least a monthly subscription/membership whatever you want to call it. Or something else that people use their earnings to spend them on. So that there is money coming in all the time.
5. The more successful ones usually have a system where you reinvest for commissions, that way they don't pay as much out prolonging the ability to make people think they have made a lot of money which they dont try to withdraw because they think they are making more money.
6. It would be harder to withdraw any commissions, often withdrawals start alright then dry up as the money is not there to pay them.
7. They promote unrealistic returns (like 2% daily or almost any % daily or a large % over a certain amount of days, or you will make $5000 mth in 90 days) without anything showing how they will be able to pay them.
8. They would not have any plan to build anything apart from getting new deposits. This one is more difficult to know as they often will say they are making something (this one you can claim BitBillions are doing, but same with a lot of companies, until they release something to prove otherwise)

As for BitBillions and how they fit in the above.

1. They decided (maybe mistakenly) to go with bitcoins because they see it as something that will be good in the future and has less chance of fraud revenue.
2. There is no startup cost (although there is the donation to become a founder member).
3. They do have a referral commission (this was a decision made to try to increase membership growth, originally they were not going to have any).
4. There is no monthly costs.
5. There is nothing to reinvest in.
6. Referral commission are sent directly to your bitcoin account, you do not have any commissions stuck within the program.
7. The compensation plan clearly shows that any income will be based on the company making money. It states different revenue schemes that will be available, until they start there will not be any revenue share.
8. Revenue will be generated through advertising, premium communication services, payment processing, currency exchanges, sales of books, sales of music, sales of movies, and many other income producing mediums. Members simply earn money by using the FREE technology.
Some of our FREE services will include:

Well yes I have given them a bitcoin and I also have received more than a bitcoin back from referral commissions, but that is beside the point. I would be interested to know why you think I would not see anything back from them. Might help me understand what peoples fears here are.

Actually I just noticed your signature block. Unbelievable, you will waste money on gambling yet you wont even take a chance on something that is likely to be far more legit than the gambling sites you support.

You want to bet, try betting 1 BTC in this site and if the site is proven to be a scam by August, which is 1 month after it is supposed to launch, hell I'll give you a bitcoin back. I'm betting by then there is a lot more support for it as it will have proven to be more by then.

My response

Ok so what their saying is people who donate are buying them hardware. Each big unit costs $1,500 per unit shipped to them.  That their will be enough to buy them over 800 units that generate $250 to $300 per day. So here the math on how much they generate a day.

Low side $250x 800 = $200,000 per day.

High Side $300x800 = $240,000 Perday

SO their company make over 6.72 Million per 28 days

50% of that goes to the members so 3 million odd per month.

I can see what is going to happen their but I will save that for later.

My Response

As explained above we the members are buying them hardware from our donations that is a crafty way to actually do business. What their  doing in a way is taking our donations to make them rich and that is illegal in some states. However DONATION MEANS YOUR FUCKED IF THE COMPANY RUNS.  They are claiming they will be donating to charity. Then this would actually need proof and legitimate statements of stuff posted and so forth.

Why don't you put 100 BTC where your mouth is? We can find a suitable escrow, and if you think it's not a scam why wouldn't you take up a free 100 BTC? We'll have to work on a definition of a scam, and I'll want the timeframe to 2 years from bet date.

Thankyou ghdp, you have just given the absolute proof that this is not a scam. I agree exactly, it is the companies that give unrealistic returns and do not have any money generated to cover it. That is exactly what I was saying before. I think many people here have not read the compensation plan and only looked at the pictures. Until the company is making revenue there is no money going to the members for revenue share. Any company that gives revenue share before it is has any revenue is sure to be a scam. Referral commissions are a different matter though. As for me not knowing about bitcoin, if not for this company starting I probably still would not have even heard of bitcoin.

For all the comments that I could be this person and that person, I could be behind this program, or that program.
It does not take much research to be able to see who I really am. Now either the people you talk about were so hidden from view that you have no real idea who they really were, or you just don't even try to distinguish the difference.
 
I have a facebook profile with years of my life on it. As mentioned I have a linkedin profile as well. If I was any of the people you are comparing me with you can be sure I would probably do what they did and make myself as anonymous as possible, especially if I was the owner of a scam. I have enough people that can tell you that I am the real deal. Re-read and realized I didn't really answer some of this.
Looking at your figures for bit mining, if they are for real, maybe they should do that, looks profitable.
You mention about with membership growth diminishing returns. That is a fact, there would be however the first 250,000 positions are part of tiered levels that have certain % in the revenue pool and membership of these pools does not increase. That means that anyone with those positions will see increasing returns if revenue increases. Those outside the first 250,000 would possibly have diminishing returns.
Royalties - well I don't know their plan with that, how they are going to do things. I spose more details will come out later.

If you were to get 500 members in yourself you would get close to 100BTC in referral commissions.
Guess we will see in 3-6 months.

Gambling generally provides a certain kind of entertainment value at the very least. Being able to take a gambling loss on the chin while being sporting about it is generally an admirable trait. On the other hand with investments part of the aim is being able to expect some sort of return.

This venture seems like a poor investment even before the scam concerns enter. It even seems like a poor gamble on par with the Houston Astros to take the World Series this year. With the scam concerns it seems to be on par with betting less than 1 on Satoshidice except with substantially lower expected returns than from the dice game.

Why do you think it would be a poor investment? If you were to get 1 ref you have up to round 23% return. 10 refs you have doubled your original investment. If you are in the first 5000 positions (which currently it is) and they get 1 million revenue the 10% pool by itself would give back $20 worth of BTC per position. If that went up to 10M you are earning $200 per month with just that one pool. You would still earn from the other 5 pools as well.  Sure it depends on the revenue but for a one time cost (for first 10,000 positions), I would say that is a pretty good bet to make.

This of course assumes that the monetary buy in cost would be the biggest concern I'd have. It's that if this enterprise collapses and I'd referred enough people to see a return on my investment before then all of these people referred by me would not be happy.  I'd probably find myself a target for the vengeful mob which would form, and scorned bitcoiners get awfully nasty. Dealing with the fallout wouldn't be worth it.

You are calling me a liar with no proof that I am lying. You are calling me a scammer without knowing me at all and with no history of me ever scamming anybody in my life. You call me the owner just because nobody else posts here which is mainly due to the responses that have been given here. There are facebook groups, skype groups and I know at least a few people there have seen this thread and comment how stupid they think you guys are for thinking the way you do. They wont post because they know you will start attacking them as well.

You say the numbers I post are bogus, well I just copied that from the member area so sure I can't say they are right. I do know that I have been checking the gofundme page (http://www.gofundme.com/bitbillions (http://www.gofundme.com/bitbillions))and also the paid referrals list in the member area. Now sure they might be able to fudge figures on the referrals paid and even the numbers joining but they cannot fudge figures on the gofundme page because it is an independant entity. There is currently 470 donations on it totalling $15,845 so I would say the figures given in the members area are pretty much on the mark.

If you all want to be blind to the possibility that you are all wrong then instead of abusing me all the time and telling the world that I am a scammer and BitBillions is a ponzi. Maybe you should give it a bit of time and watch how things develop. So far they have announced two things that are going to be launched in April and I am sure there will be much more in time. The launch is supposed to be in July so in reality they do not need to release anything before then if they didn't want to but it looks like they will.

I'm sure there has to be some sensible people on this forum and I never in my wildest dreams expected to be attacked so harshly by one and all, just for letting people know about a business launching that wants to do everything in bitcoins. I expected people here would be happy to see another business promoting bitcoins. No that is incorrect. I don't mind if people don't want to join, that is their decision. But I would like a bit of thought made about it. Instead of labeling it and labeling me, having a more open mind and giving it a chance to prove itself. That doesn't mean you have to join, but as I have said, keep an eye on what it is doing, watch it's progress, see how it develops. If you guys are right it simply wouldn't develop at all. By the way it seems in here, they might not have any 'dependable opportunities' to invest in from within the bitcoin community. According to you guys there is only scams which never pay. Am I wrong? I know there are legitimate businesses that accept bitcoins but you aren't going to invest in the brick and mortar companies, I don't think the sharemarket accepts bitcoins. So personally I do not know where they might invest. That is something that could be discussed.

If anyone wants to talk to me outside this forum I'm happy to do so, whatever way you feel about it. I'm not going to change the way I feel about it, unless they so something that causes me to. Right now it's just getting better and despite tying the donation price to bitcoin value, the people joining have not slowed down even though the value has doubled since this started.

So in summary as you put before. Everyone has a choice that is theirs to make. Nobody should make them feel bad about that choice. People can advise that they think there are factors that should be considered but ultimately it is their choice.

What if this is for real...what do you think they will develop. Considering they are focused on just doing things that involve bitcoins I suppose it is more limited, or is it? Maybe bitcoins are becoming known enough that there will be a lot more companies opening up to them now. Or are bitcoins still considered a fad?

It is a revenue share program. Once there is revenue to share that is. It is supposed to start in July.


Right now they are accepting Founder Memberships based on a 1 BTC or equivalent (through gofundme) donation. People can still signup free but will not get a referring link or be able to take part in some parts (when they come out).

This looks to me like a cross between a Ponzi scheme and an IPO. In theory there's supposed to be an actual business under all this, that's collecting startup capital and paying (in theory, eventually) dividends. Then there's a complicated revenue sharing pyramid with lost of capital letters and admonitions to buy now that's being used to raise the capital and distribute the dividends, instead of something more conventional like a stock sale.

What's not addressed is what the actual business *is* that's going to be so great it puts Google, Microsoft, and Apple out of business. Nobody is going to invest in you, no matter how much more of a share of the revenue they would get than the other investors, unless they can see what you plan to do with the investment, in terms more specific than "buy hardware and pay programmers". Otherwise, why would they be inclined to believe there would be any revenue at all?

More like the mangled, bloodied remains of an IPO that was ambushed and raped by a troop of hairy, club-carrying Ponzis.

I am watching this closely.  I am in some legit network marketing companies and like them.  I believe when the network marketing industry embraces bitcoin it will be great.  I get similar negative responses for my legit companies so I'm not so quick to judge.  Seems a little too good to be true though with not enough information to make an informed decision.

The problem with the last comment is that it is against the forum rules to create another post on the same subject. Otherwise it would probably be a good option. The first post had details available at the time. I think this forum allows posts to be edited which is unusual from a lot of other forums I have been on, so I will look at changing it with more up to date details.

I have been tracking the gofundme donations and the ref commissions on excel.

Today a significant figure was reached. There are now 200 members that have received Founder referral rewards totalling 129.599 BTC While this may not seem like a lot that is 200 out of 887 Founders. In total there have been 791 rewards paid. The reason this is different from the number of Founders is because some Founders have not put there payment address in to receive the rewards. So in reality there is probably close to 100 more rewards that could be paid. I expect many Founders will not try to refer others as they will just join to get the revenue share.  

Also another milestone will shortly be reached. There is now 987 donations on the GoFundMe page. So it should pass a thousand donations soon. By my stats there has been $42,200 in donations.

For those that said BitBillions would disappear by 1st of April 2013, I guess that was your first incorrect prediction. Despite the rise in bitcoin, as many people are still joining as there has all along.

There is a good reason why investors such as Warren Buffett become multi billionaires while 999,999 out of 1 million people do not. The reason, most people are too fickle. When markets move down suddenly, the average person panics. They begin to fret over the losses, although only real when acted upon, and they act in self-destructive ways. As markets move up, investors such as Mr. Buffett relax, smile, and wait. When markets begin to turn downward, those like Mr. Buffett begin to smile as happiness fills their soul. Why? Because their favorite investments are on sale! They can buy what they want at a discount.

Such is the case in the past few days with Bitcoin. The fund managers at GBBG are smiling happily today as their favorite investment vehicle goes on sale. While the panicky, fickle masses jump on the ‘sell now’ bandwagon, GBBG fund managers are quietly building their portfolio. Like Warren Buffett, they don’t care so much what the market is doing ‘TODAY’ as much as what the market will do over the next 5 or 10 years.

GBBG fund insiders predict the current mini-pop to settle around $60 or $70 (USD) per BTC and then stabilize. Then, the fun begins again. Bitcoin Hacks

So often the media misrepresents the truth about hacking. Nearly 100% of the time, when a news release discusses a recent ‘hack’ on a product or service, they are entirely incorrect. When it comes to bitcoin, this is fully the case. Bitcoin has NEVER been hacked. Many articles have surfaced recently alarming the general public with reports of bitcoin hacks. While these articles do a good job of causing panic and short-sighted sell-offs, enabling our managers to purchase BTC at a massive discount, they are malicious lies.

Bitcoin is a protocol, like email is a protocol. It is not a company, a service, or an organization. In the four year history of Bitcoin, the protocol has functioned near flawlessly. With only a very few exceptions, such as the recent branch in the blockchain, the protocol has delivered above and beyond expectation. As a protocol, Bitcoin has never been ‘hacked’. Therefore, the fear mongering and misrepresentation of the general media is unwarranted.

The real truth is that certain individuals, through their own security flaws, have allowed their Bitcoin Wallets and the servers that manage them to be hijacked. Every single instance of ‘Bitcoin hacking’ that has been reported by the media is actually a hijacking. There is a major difference between the two. Hacking a system is the complex process of decrypting the passwords or other security measures in place to protect the system. Hijacking is the more simple process of fooling someone into handing over passwords and other details necessary to gain access to a system.

We have yet to see a true, definitive case of hacking within the Bitcoin protocol. However, because people are people, we have seen many cases of hijacking. The media chooses to report these hijacks as ‘hacks’ and uses this as a reason to distrust Bitcoin. In our opinion, they should also apply this philosophy to email. Since so many individuals have allowed their email accounts to be hijacked over the years, the entire world should discard and distrust email altogether. Their assertion that Bitcoin cannot be trusted or ‘valuable’ over time, because individuals have allowed their wallets to be hijacked is the exact same as the assertion that email cannot be trusted or ‘valuable’ over time because individuals have allowed their accounts to be hijacked. Both are extremely stupid assertions.

Bitcoin is a protocol. Email is a protocol. TCP/IP is a protocol. And, as with the early days of Email and TCP/IP, the Bitcoin protocol will have its ‘maturing’ and ‘vetting’ process. We urge our members to read carefully when idiots in the media report ‘bitcoin hacking’. A stupid fool who says Bitcoin has been hacked is just as ignorant as one asserting that Email has been hacked. If an individual does not take the proper security measures and they allow another individual to hijack their wallet, that is NOT hacking. And the fools reporting such in the media should be ignored.
Market Volatility

Bitcoin is a brand new protocol. There are far fewer merchants accepting the payment system as there are speculators participating in the ‘bubble’ effect. Because of this fact, we expect the Bitcoin market valuation to be highly volatile for at least 12 to 18 months. While the ‘basis’ for bitcoin valuation relies primarily on market speculation, no person can predict or measure what a bitcoin is really ‘worth’. Therefore, people will cautiously invest and hoard their coins (driving prices up) and then dump their holdings in short-sighted panic attacks (driving prices down). This cycle will continue as the protocol matures.

Our opinion is the day-to-day reactionary market is not the place to keep one’s eye. We feel the more determinant ‘valuation’ mechanism is the VC activity, entrepreneurial developments, and slow adoption of the protocol by real-world merchants. Very few established venture capitalists take blind risk. Most of them have informed reasoning when they make a move. This is why our belief in bitcoin is strong. There are established VC firms moving into bitcoin-based ventures. These people do not act on gut feeling or ‘whims’.

Volatility should stabilize over the next few years and normalize into a steady, yet slowly increasing, valuation. Why? Because mainstream merchants will be foolish to ignore this payment system, and as such will begin to adopt it. It makes financial sense, although only after volatility begins to stabilize and currency conversion is more practical. Why would any merchant want to give up 5% or 10% of their revenue to banks and payment processors when they can accomplish the exact same tasks for under 1%?

As major processors, such as BitPay begin to prove the value of this payment system to mainstream merchants, others will adopt more rapidly. The aspect of volatility and convertibility will be addressed by systems such as BitPay, which allow merchants to immediately (daily) convert their sales into real (cash) deposits in their banking accounts. Our belief is that the protocol is only just now beginning to see professional, experienced development. Until now, the majority of systems serving the bitcoin economy have been amateur. As the professionals enter the arena, the protocol will mature. Along with this, the marketplace. Along with this, volatility will stabilize and price-valuation will normalize.
Summary

Bitcoin is an excellent, yet infant protocol. There will be ups and downs. There will be moments of fanatical valuation increases. There will be moments of panicked sell-offs. The wise participants are those who capitalize on the long-term upward movement and resist the day-to-day pressures. When bitcoins are on sale, grab some!

Have you ever made plans for something, spent many days or weeks looking forward to it, and then been completely disappointed when situations beyond your control caused everything to fall apart? Maybe it was your birthday. You were planning a fun outing in the park with friends and family. Cooking on the grill, playing games, enjoying the bright warm sun, and all your favorite people smiling and having fun. Then, on that important day, Mother Nature decided to pour down rain and mix it with heavy wind. You had to move the party into a small indoor place. Everyone was there and wishing you happy birthday, but it just wasn’t the same.

This is a little how we have been feeling the past few days. Early in our membership drive, some members asked if we could come up with something they could do to earn money before our product launch. It just so happened we had already been talking with another organization that was planning to offer daily incentives and other opportunities in the bitcoin economy. We agreed to allow them to publish these offers on our site and reward our members in bitcoins when they participated.

Unfortunately, this other party has informed us they ran into snags beyond their ability to overcome. They ceased operations earlier this week. So, it is with much regret that we must pass along this information to our members. The daily opportunity to earn bitcoins will not be available any time soon. We are exploring other options with other offer vendors.

Bitcoin is a brand-new protocol. It is only just beginning to have mainstream firms looking at it with any form of serious interest. We are sure there will be many organizations come and go over the next few years as this new protocol matures. We will do the best we can to bring opportunities to our members within the bitcoin economy. However, you must understand it is beyond our control to ensure that products and offers promoted by third parties will in fact be delivered as promised, or be sustainable.

This is virgin territory. Most of the original firms in this new marketplace are small, undercapitalized, and organized by amateur developers and hackers at best. However, there are mainstream organizations beginning to dabble with bitcoin. We are seeing increasing activity in Silicon Valley and in the VC world regarding this new protocol. It is only a matter of time before more professional, well-funded organizations begin to bring forth opportunities with serious longevity.

On a brighter note, the managers of the GBBG Bitcoin Fund have uncovered two ventures that appear to have very strong upside potential. Both of these ventures will bring real-world product distribution and online services into the bitcoin world. They are both well planned and appear to have solid management. Our organization is negotiating some technical and capital involvement with both organizations. In return, we expect revenues and profits that will be distributable to our membership. Again, these are real-world product distribution opportunities that will help to ‘legitimize’ bitcoin and give bitcoin participants places to use their bitcoins in a standard transactionary manner.

One of the major hurdles facing bitcoin as a protocol is that vendors begin to accept it as a valid form of payment. Retailers and service providers must adapt this ‘currency’ and validate it by allowing people to pay using it. One of our goals is to seek out and promote credible opportunities in this arena. Both of the opportunities mentioned above represent this. They both will offer real-world products and services that can be purchased using bitcoin. Therefore, we are excited to be working with them to bring their ideas into reality.

As you know, many of the upstarts in this economy are brand-new. There are thousands of ideas, businesses, and projects being developed by thousands of people around the world. It is only a matter of time before some leaders begin to emerge with real, tangible product and service offers accepting bitcoin as their currency. We are not far enough along in the development of our core products, or the core products of a few ventures we are partnering with to disclose certain details. Rest assured, we will provide much more information as soon as we are able. The future of bitcoin is bright in our eyes. We know there are some very good things coming down the pipeline. Our opinion is that early adopters of this protocol (such as our members) stand to benefit the most.

Dave, my dude, listen... I know you feel that people on here "just don't get it", and throw away their bitcoins on gambling sites, while you are taking a small risk in an investment opportunity that could make you very very rich and has almost no chance of loosing! In fact, in your mind you are trying to help them out, to make them see the light and invest through your referral link and you will become wealthy together. Your motivations are pure Dave, but let's go through your posts together, and see if we can make any sense of the arguments going on around here.

No I'm not the creator. I'm surprised they even have a phone icon, the whole site talks about being anonomous so to expect there to actually be a contact number is funny. I spose that was their idea of humour. I'm surprised there is a twitter account though.

You bring up some good points although some of them are only partly true. I totally understand the principles you are implying are being used and I have seen it used many times in the past and currently on other programs. Can I prove that it is not the case with this program...no I can't. Nor can I prove it is not the case with almost any other program online. Until we get past July and they setup the matrix and begin revenue sharing there will be a lot of unknowns.

So a couple of corrections, there is currently no revenue sharing, so the small amounts being sent out you are talking about calling revenue share do not exist. The only amounts being sent out are Founder referral rewards, which is basically a commission on Founder signups (which you said there was no payments for, and there isn't for the matrix, but there isn't even a matrix yet).

Also I don't consider this an investment scheme. The GBBG Bitcoin Fund I would consider an investment scheme but not the bitbillions program.
As for Founder positions vs Free positions. That is voluntary, yes you can get placed higher in the matrix with them and earn Founder rewards, maybe later there will be other benefits as well. Still free members will be able to earn and yes it does all depend on Bitbillions generating a revenue. That is one of the things that makes it legitimate. The fake programs will often give members 'fake' money with promises that it is real money by doing what you say above, paying members from other members memberships or other dodgy so called products that is just stuff on their website itself.

So as I said you raised some good points and some of them cannot be proven either way until we get a few months after the matrix is established. Others you aren't fully correct on.

Dave, this is 100% a scam, but because of confirmation bias you will not realize this until it's too late.

Whatever you do, stop giving them money. They are stealing your money and giving you a very very small amount of it back to keep you recruiting more people.

The reason they have no contact information, and call themselves the "ANONYMOUS ORGANIZATION" on Twitter, is that when they run out of money to steal and disappear, they don't want to be traced.

The only money I gave them was when I bought founder positions originally. I also put 2btc into the GBBG fund. Apart from that I haven't put any money in since and unless I wanted more positions I don't plan to. Once you have a founder position there is not really any reason to have to put anything else in, that is your position that gives you a spot in the revenue share when it starts.

As for contact info, there are many programs that do give contact info but it has never stopped them stealing peoples money. So I don't think that makes much difference at all. I understand what you are saying and there are many programs that do exactly what you say. One big difference is that they setup a different sort of compensation plan that is designed to get people to put more money in and in most cases recurring amounts. They also will often have unsustainable compensation structures. This is where this is different. If they really wanted to scam a lot of people and make the most they could, they would do what all the others scams do and not have it limited to bitcoin for paying in, they would accept payza, LR and others to maximise the money coming in. You could argue the gofundme is the bigger source and I guarantee if the GFM website thought it was a scam they would remove them quickly from the site.

That is one of the reasons this looks more legit. I am not naive, I tell it how I see it and I would agree that Bitbillions are not proven yet. I do think that they will do so in time. That will not be until after July though when they established stage 2 and 3 and move into stage 4. They have already gone 40 days longer than some naysayers in here predicted them to be around and do not show any signs of disappearing.

GBBG Enters 2 Entrepreneurial Ventures

In our opinion, one of the greatest challenges ahead for bitcoin is that it become a widely used payment system. For the greater part of its life, bitcoin has mostly been used like a commodity or investment vehicle. The majority of transactions are speculative trading similar to Forex or other currency spreads. While the idea of treating bitcoin like an investment tool or derivative can be rewarding, it is not the root purpose of the protocol. Bitcoin needs to become a mainstream payment tool.

GBBG is developing a peer-to-peer system we hope will revolutionize many aspects of ‘online’ life as we know it. However, if we expect to deliver our product effectively, we truly need bitcoin to become a payment system, rather than a speculative investment game. The long-term stability of our core concept depends on bitcoin as a day-to-day payment tool. So, in order to help us get there, we have decided to shift gears a little bit, for a short time.

Two obstacles in the way of bitcoin becoming a mainstream payment system need to be addressed. First, it must become easier for people to move their native currency in and out of bitcoin. Second, people need to be able to use bitcoin to purchase a wide array of goods and services. Over the past several weeks, our fund managers have been seeking opportunities within both of these arenas. There is quite a boom in entrepreneurial activity around bitcoin. We feel GBBG should get involved in a few of these ventures.

If bitcoin will ever become a fluid payment system, people must be able to move in and out of it efficiently. Currently, it takes too much time to acquire and sell bitcoins. This prohibits mainstream users from adapting it as a payment method. Our fund managers ran across an amazing solution for this that is in planning and development. We have decided to throw our development skills and some of our funding into the project. What we plan to create is a system where people all over the world can convert their local currency in and out of bitcoin easily and inexpensively.

We are working with a few partners now to create a business that will focus 100% on the issues of rapid, low-cost currency conversion. This project includes several major features. First, we plan to develop a more user-friendly wallet system so every day people can easily manage their bitcoins. Second, we will establish a global network of authorized, certified currency converters. This will allow people anywhere in the world to move in and out of bitcoin much faster. In addition, there will be a ‘trustee’ system that will protect senders and receivers and ensure that coin transactions and currency conversions are processed efficiently and accurately.

We feel the biggest hurdle for bitcoin over the next few years will involve government and banking resistance. The primary reason is that the bitcoin community has been focusing and promoting the anonymity factor of bitcoin far too much. We feel the only way for bitcoin to be adapted by the masses, and accepted by governments and the banking industry, will be accurate, honest documentation and regulatory compliance.

Bitcoin has taken a bit of a hit because it has been widely adapted by illegal businesses and people conducting illicit transactions. We feel governments throughout the world would gladly accept bitcoin as a payment processor if they could easily identify the persons who are moving local currency in and out of the protocol. Therefore, one of the primary focuses of this new rapid currency conversion system will be to establish record keeping practices that comply fully with each government authority throughout the globe. The goal is to make an easy, mainstream system where people can move money in and out of bitcoin and comply with their governing bodies appropriately.

The average person is not participating in illicit back-alley business every day. The average person does not want to break laws or risk overstepping regulatory boundaries. Therefore, the average person would appreciate a system that ensures they can easily exchange local currency in and out of bitcoin while simultaneously complying with their geographical governing authorities. When people can easily move currency in and out of bitcoin, they will begin to use bitcoin to purchase goods and services rather than treating it like a commodity or investment tool.

GBBG has taken a sizeable position in this new venture. As a result, we will share a sizeable portion of the revenues and profits. This means our membership will benefit greatly. After all, we share our revenue with our members through our revenue sharing matrix. We have agreed with the developers of this new system to include a GBBG membership login within all applications. This way, any member of GBBG that uses these applications to make bitcoin payments or currency exchanges will also be earning GBBG profit sharing points.

GBBG has taken a sizeable position in another venture that is in the planning stages for developing an online auction to rival eBay. The idea is to produce a system that will allow people throughout the world to buy and sell goods through an auction environment where all transactions are processed via bitcoin. Just like eBay there will be “Buy it Now” options, buyer and seller protection systems, and much more. The plan is to develop a very sophisticated and feature-rich global auction. We feel the blueprints for this auction are very well thought.

Why do you think they can never give you ANY information about them? It is because they are making them up! What evidence do you have, besides their vague announcements, that they are real?

In the future they will come up with all different reasons for you to send them more bitcoins. This "free" revenue sharing program that you initially signed up for may end up costing you dearly in the end. You are already over $300 in the red, with only promises from people you have never met to show for it. If you want to keep believing that this is legit then fine, but don't put more money into it. Well you are right in that it is a risk. Fortunately I suppose the bitcoin I put in originally cost far less than $300. It is true had I just held onto the bitcoins it would be worth that much now. But the truth is that if not for bitbillions I would never have got any bitcoins to invest in the first place.

As for if the partnerships are real or not, we will have to wait a bit to see what happens. One of us is right, I hope I am, if I'm not you can all say 'I told you so'. I think it is a bit premature to make out that everything is fake when it is not proven either way.

Well it's been over a month since I have posted on here so there is a fair bit to update. For all those that that said this would disappear, well no such luck for you. So here is what has been happening. Some of the details are from the Blog on the site.

There has been a lot of changes on the site. From the initial pages the basic info has been updated significantly giving a better look for people that first see it.

* Compensation Changes - The Founders VIP Club discussed and voted to modify the Compensation Plan and improve the Matrix concept. There are now only 2 revenue sharing pools. One for Founders only and one for all members. In addition, we are already pre-filling our matrix by preserving sponsorship lines of all referrers.

* The VIP Club voted to modify the plan for filling the official Matrix. The new plan states that Founder members will be loaded first, but will remain in the sponsorship line of the first Founder above them. Founders will jump over all Applicants and Reserve members who joined before them when they are loaded. Reserve members will jump over all Applicants who joined before them when they are loaded.

* Referral Links were opened up for non-founders in July. ALL members will be paid Referral Rewards when they refer a member that upgrades to Founder status. Previously this was only available to Founder members. The site has been modified so that all members have referring links now. If you are a Founder, you will get 100% of the reward. If you are a non-founder, you will get 25% of the reward.

* One of our first projects is nearing ability to launch. We announced BitFeud on our site several days ago. This is an earnings opportunity for GBBG Members in two ways. First, members can participate in BitFeud and earn direct compensation from that organization through their marketing compensation plan. In addition, GBBG will share in the revenue generated by BitFeud and will distribute this revenue to our members using our own matrix compensation plan. BitFeud will begin pre-registration of their membership matrix the week of July 22-28, 2013. This will be open to FOUNDER members ONLY.

* There is an ad tracking and url shortening tool that has partnered with GBBG. The owners of this organization have joined GBBG and offered to supply this tool as a service to our members. GBBG members can earn extra money and GBBG points. In addition, GBBG will earn a small revenue share from Track My URL in exchange for the marketing and promotion services of our members. This revenue will be added to our Matrix Pool Sharing when we launch our Matrix.

Other projects that are coming

The members area has also changed significantly. It now shows referral IDs and email so they can be contacted. There is an internal messaging service so that messages can be sent to personal refs.

Founder Positions - There has been some great Founder specials in an effort to increase the rate of positions being taken up. Currently you can get a founder position for $25 and up to 5 for $100. The founder numbers have grown slowly and there is currently 1876 founder positions. There is a maximum limit of 5000 founder positions however the launch is set for August 15th and no founder memberships will be available after launch. Founders will share in 10% of all revenue generated by GBBG.

There is a total of 8876 positions in total now (Founders, Reserve and Applicants). There has been an increase of late of members signing up and getting a position. This will probably increase even more once the projects begin launching more.

GBBG Fund - There last month has seen very little additional investment into the GBBG fund. When the fund began shares were 0.25 BTC, they are currently 0.32105108 BTC. Total investment in the fund is apx 140 BTC which is relatively small. This has meant there is not a lot of investment opportunities available with the limited BTC. There has been investment and withdrawals made from the fund.

GBBG GoFundMe Page - The GoFundMe page is where most of the founder positions are purchased. Members with bitcoin can use them directly however it seems more people are using the GFM option. Currently there is 1608 donations on the page and my calculations there has been around $73,000 donated.

Overall there has been a lot going on and GBBG Bitbillions have been progressing nicely. I'm sure that it is still not at a stage to satisfy the doubters on here but it is starting to gain support overall.

Server Updates

We have good news and bad news. The good news is that GBBG is growing very fast now. People are rushing in and upgrading like crazy! However, we have hit the limit of our temporary pre-launch server. So, we are upgrading servers this week. We will be moving to new solid state cloud servers over the next few days. There may be a few minutes or even hours where the site may go down, though we will try to accomplish this move without any downtime. In addition, processing rewards and membership upgrades will be erratic during this time. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We are growing!

You seem to imply that this is 'my' business which as much as I wished it was, it isn't. I am in the vip club which is open for leaders to apply to be part of and decisions are being made on parts of the business. You also seem to forget that GBBG is a business but other partnerships are not owned by GBBG. THere will be a lot more of these but currently there is two that are on the site. The ad tracking and url shortening site is owned by a member that became a vip member as well. He owns it but has implemented the points system for GBBG to use with his program. That is one example.

Why you think it is a scam when it is visibly progressing is beyond me but some people just cannot see the forest for the trees. Keep watching and I'm sure you will see that as time goes on and more and more is implemented the thoughts will change on here.

If you are a free member, you have to wait at the end of the line, and if anyone (even at the back of the line) becomes a founder member, they automatically move in front of you in line to receive a share of the potential future revenue. Where do you get your facts? From the very people you gave your money to, who are anonymous, and can claim anything! You have no way to verify this information, or any information they are claiming. Tip for the future: don't give your money to people you don't know.

The website shows the numbers in the members area. I have also been tracking the progress on the gofundme website and that proves that the numbers on the website are not bogus. The gofundme website is totally independant and the figures there show that over $76,500 has been donated so far accounting for 1644 of the founder positions and all of the reserve positions. That leaves 407 positions that were most likely direct bitcoin donations.

Well it's a bit late for that to happen, as I said there is probably over 400 bitcoins that have been directly donated. No idea how many members that would be as many are getting multiple positions. At a guess if there was 400 btc directly donated (not through GFM website) I would predict that probably represents around 200 members that used bitcoin to donate.

But let's call your comment another prediction of failure and I'll give you a months time and we can call that prediction busted then. Actually that isn't true at all. If you check the gofundme page at different times you will see names and member IDs on there. It is GBBG that is changing them all to anonymous, not the members initially putting the money there. This is protecting the members privacy and I suppose preventing anyone from trying to hack into another members ID.

Oh and you seem to be implying that these anonymous figures are made up but you seem to forget this is a totally separate website that has no affiliation with GBBG. You cannot even get on there without making a real donation that has to be from a credit card so there is no way of faking it.

I hadn't checked the numbers on the site for the last couple of days but now there is 10,166 positions in total, 2,248 founder positions. So as I predicted it went past the 10K mark. Still waiting for just one of the predictions of failure from here to come about. Right now it is growing steadily.

Hiccups and Financial Delays

We have been working around the clock the past few weeks to get our servers upgraded, our infrastructure complete, and our financial systems in place for the launch of a few projects. As you all know, we are not far from the anticipated launch date, so things are very hectic. We planned to implement the enrollment of BitFeud, the Dream House Project, and the Dream Car Project today. However, we hit a small snag.

Our Founders VIP Club has been briefed on the snag and we felt it would be best to just put full, honest, open disclosure out to the membership. This way, everyone has a complete understanding of the work at hand and the struggles we have been facing. It should help everyone to remain confident and should help to keep any rumors or naysayers at bay.

When we launched GBBG’s bitbillions site, we anticipated a much higher rate of membership growth and Founder upgrades. This did not materialize as planned, so the funding for software development and technical infrastructure was also not achieved as anticipated. One of the greatest things our Founders VIP Clubs has done is to help with marketing ideas so that membership growth and funding have come around to anticipated levels.

From a funding perspective, we still face one major issue. The majority of our current donations are in the form of gofundme cash donations. This causes a 3-4 week delay in ability to deploy resources. Why? First, gofundme takes the donations and moves them to WePay (the payment processor). They both take a commission for their ‘services’ which eats into our capital. Then, there is a delay in processing the funds and delivering it to an account where it can be converted to bitcoin. Again, we face delays and fees converting our donations to bitcoins. Then, once we finally have bitcoins in hand, we are able to deploy. Funding levels only began to come to full-force about 3 weeks ago. So, we are just now finally starting to have them in hand to deploy into software and technology.

We also have been dealing with another major hurdle. A while back, our banking system, our payment processors, and gofundme called our operation into question. They were concerned about our bitcoin involvement and also concerned we may be a Ponzi or Pyramid scheme. The banking system froze our funds and required us to submit a ton of documentation and evidence that we are a legitimate operation. This took until yesterday to complete. So, this further delayed our development. We are proud to announce that we have fully satisfied the requirements necessary to prove our organization is legitimate, and now we have full banking, payment processing, and cash management flowing as should be.

The problem we face now is that cash delays have caused significant development delays. We plan to overcome these delays over the next few weeks as we can deploy greater numbers of programmers, since we now have the funds flowing properly to do so. We unfortunately must complete the server migration over this weekend. This will delay the registration of members into BitFeud, the Dream House Project, and the Dream Car Project. It will also delay the processing of Referral Rewards. We hope to achieve all these milestones throughout the weekend and be full-steam ahead by Monday, August 5th, 2013.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. This is a HUGE project and there are a lot of things to accomplish before we launch. We will be working around the clock through the weekend and will deploy things as they are available. Keep checking the Member Area and the Projects pages for updates.

My apologies for not having any update for awhile. Bitbillions now has three live projects with another one being released this week. You can no longer get a Founder position. There are 3285 Founder positions in total. It is a long way off the 50,000 that was projected and disappointing because it meant that the big projects that require larger funding have not been able to be developed. Those that have Founder positions will share in the 10% revenue pool by themselves as well as sharing in the other two revenue pools. The second 10% revenue share pool will now be shared by Founders and co-Founders. The co-Founder positions are available for $30 BTC equivalent. There is a limited number of positions.


The remaining members, along with Founders and co-founders, will share in the 3rd revenue share pool which is 30%.

The matrix will be set after all the co-founder positions are taken.

The difference between the amount you pay and the amount you receive is being covered by sponsors, advertising sales, and other external revenue. 3-level referral commissions for premium members. The first flash sales will be this week. I believe it will be $20 for $10, $60 for $30 and $100 for $50. Just launched last week there is currently 325 members.

All of the above projects have a free and premium component. The Dream Car Project is about to have a change in compensation and entries making it more attractive to new members and aligning it with the Bitfeud compensation model.

I have been told to expect the MyBitcoinRewards site to be released within the next week that will allow people to 'win' bitcoins. It will be a similar setup to the Dream Car Project. Once again it will have free and premium components.

According to the site the other project pending is the Dream House Project (similar to Dream Car Project).

There is also three advanced projects in the member area that will not begin until there is enough financial backing;

Things are really looking up since we launched our very first Earning Source this month! The organization is generating positive cash flow every single day. And, this cash flow is growing. Yes I will keep the post updated regarding it. What I have heard is that they are looking to a few (less than 10 maybe half that) investors to be put in capital so they can get the developers onto it as a high priority. If anyone here may be interested I can pass on your details. They are being careful though because they do not want someone to beat them to it. That is the reason for the low number of investors. I believe there are already two interested with $50K plus. One using bitcoin and the other cash. I'm not even sure they will accept investors that are not from or recommended from within the VIP club but it is worth a try for someone that has good capital available, my definition of good capital being $10K plus.

The current and planned earning centers will continue but I think this new one will dwarf them in regards to revenue generation. The best part of that is that at least some of it will flow to GBBG to be distributed to the members.

The My Bitcoin Rewards site (a GBBG site) has announced that it is going to award 1 Bitcoin on 30th of November. The site has three pools with various bitcoin amounts. Current;ly those are 1 BTC, 5 BTC and 10 BTC. Members earn entries by clicking on ads. Free members earn one entry per ad and premium members ($5 per month) earn 10 entries per ad. GBBG points for revenue share are also earned at the same rates as the entries.

Once the Pool reaches the amount set ie 1 BTC, a winner is randomly chosen from the entries in that pool.

Due to rapid rise there is about to be a change as indicated on the site.


The likelyhood is that after the drawing for the first pool, the pools will be adjusted to amounts that will fill more quickly. Considering that Bitcoin has grown by more than 10 times since the site started this is necessary otherwise it will take a long time for the pools to award members. I expect the amount could change to something like 0.1 BTC, 0.5 BTC and 1 BTC.

Results of the 1 BTC drawing which was delayed to 02Dec13 and subsequent 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 drawings held on 09Dec13. There is going to be drawings every monday for each pool until the funds allocated are back down to under the set amounts. Then it will have drawings as they get to those set amounts again. It means there will be drawings every monday for at least 6 weeks..

The reason for that is that they do not want to work on small projects that any developer can do. If they did they would have so many little projects that would take up time that could be used on bigger more profitable ventures. These are high level developers not some teenagers working out of their bedroom. They are after bigger projects and are getting them. There are a few that are being worked on right now. Bitpop, I am not sure where or who you are getting info from but it seems to be a long way from the truth. I suggest you do your own research and you will find that this company has not scammed any person since it started. It has paid members all commissions owed. It has not been hacked (unlike most other programs).

kakobrekla found it surprising that after servers were upgraded there was strain on the site just months later. It is worth looking at the Alexa rating and seeing how the traffic has jumped in that time. The daily traffic rate is now inside the top 5000 sites on the internet. It previously peaked twice at around 20,000 but has steadily grown in the last two months.

Mybitcoinrewards has jumped to a daily traffic rate apx 5,000 while Bitfeud and Iwantacar websites have all jumped up to around 15,000.

The past week or so has involved updating the databases and making improvements which are supposed to be finished possibly tomorrow.

The only way to check something out is to check it out.. I've already made an idiot of myself with BTC and got suckered my very first day.

I accept that it takes a special mind to be a scammer - a mind that can shut out the shock and hurt their victims feel - and I know I dont want to understand that kind of mind, so rather than fighting it I am now exploring my gift for walking into the bizarre and calling a few bluffs while gathering material for my writing.

I paid for a co-founder position at BitBillions a month ago which gave me access to a members area where no members ever communicate with each other and no-one from the website communicates with members (the announcements on the blog and the pop up screen are the same for my house-mates free account as well so its not really communicating so much as a general website announcement)

In fact, the only communication I have ever seen from GBBG about BitBillions is here on this post.. not even a formal announcement (that I can find), anywhere. Apart from the flags already mentioned (and noted, thanks for the material!),  this is probably the most intriguing, frustrating and telling part of this whole experience.

The only real sniff of genuine communication is offered on the VIP page of the BitBillions website; if one is willing to pay a further $250 and apply for approval for membership. Writer=too poor to explore that far folks, Sorry. But if anyone wants to raise the funds I would be delighted to though....super curious if its as wonderful and mystical as my dreams.....  8)

The only reasons that I can understand for GBBG hiding (and I welcome any additional suggestions) is either fear of being found; or something to hide. A legitimate company or organisation the size suggested by their website information, should have nothing to fear of being discovered and in fact would suffer loss of reputation due to the lack of any historical or supporting reputation. This suggests having something to hide being the motivator for anonymity.

In addition, the particular method of promoting their expertise as "expert in gaming logic and advanced algorithms or experts in cryptography and payment processing" yet no profiles, resume, biography or qualifications proudly displayed anywhere suggests this is an entirely unique global business to have such a blanket of anonymity on the world wide web....

So... as there are only 227 positions left to fill according to the information in the members area, it shouldn't take too much longer to determine which way this review will go....

A few interesting points however a lot of information you supplied here is incorrect. I will deal with it point by point.


The member area is not for communication as such. It shows you your referrals, points, earning sources activated, has the compensation plan as well as the blog. Later it will also have the marketplace to be able to sell Founder and co-founder positions. Free members get the same information as paid members and why shouldn't they? The difference between free members and co-founders or Founders is the revenue pools they will share in. There is a major blog post that has been delayed and is said to be explaining all the updates, changes to the sites that have happened over the last month or so.


GBBG have not communicated on this post so I am not sure which parts you think are from them. I have put forward information about the business and announcements as they have come onto the member area (which you think has no communication. There is one place however that has had GBBG directly communicate with members on occassion and that is the Bitbillions Forum. It is also linked from the member area but in case you cannot find the link (on the top menu) it is http://alertinform.com/bitbillionsforum/ (http://alertinform.com/bitbillionsforum/) It is not run by GBBG but they do have a profile called GBBGadmin. I just checked and so far GBBGAdmin has 60 posts, mostly answering members issues that have been brought up in the forums. It is the only place that there is a real GBBG presence that you may get to answer a question. Most questions are answered by other members first though.


I am a member of the VIP Club and as such have previously posted in here things that have been discussed there. It isn't what I would call mystical. Most of the time it is a case of voting on certain changes. The most recent big vote was whether to try to start the matrix before all the co-founder positions were sold and the vote went against it. To be honest I thought more people would want to start that earlier but it was a very one sided vote against. Everytime a member applies to join the VIP Club all the current members vote whether to accept that member in and over 50% must vote in favour for them to be accepted.


This one is a more difficult one to answer. When GBBG originally was promoted they did so in a way that was all about anominity. That was in line with the way bitcoin itself was promoted (no one could know who has bitcoins, who uses them etc). Things seem to have changed a bit since then. As for historical or supporting reputation, I do not think GBBG as such can have any yet. They are building that. So far, by my records, there has been over 275 BTC paid out in commissions to members. There has been a few cases where I have seen members report they did not receive commissions and all of them were because either;
a. They didn't have any commissions to earn,
b. They were mistaken and they did receive them,
c. They did not put their bitcoin address information in so their commission could not be sent, or
d. They had a mistake in their bitcoin address where they wanted commissions sent.

I have not seen or heard of any person that has not received their legitimate commission. I am on forums, facebook pages etc.
The second part you are referring to GBBG-Ware with the software development. I think once they release details of sites they have developed that may give a lot more credibility. In the VIP room we have been told about a couple of the developments currently being done however the full details cannot be released.


I can only assume the 227 you mention is from seeing that number of reserve positions. That is not co-founder positions, it is a different membership that was offered early on. The co-founder positions left right now is shown on the desktop when you login to your member area and is quite clearly shown

So it will still take awhile to fill them. I am trying to track the progress by recording member figures shown on the site most days. Because I have done that I can say that there has been 597 co-founder upgrades so far this month. So it is averaging around 30 per day. If the rate stays like that they all should be gone in about 5 months but I expect as it gets closer the speed of upgrades will probably increase as members realize that it is finally getting there.

In this case it is yours since all of the information you need is on the website. There is also the forum as stated, but probably more improtantly in your view would be that there is an email address that you can contact and they do answer emails there. I'm sorry I did not mention that before as I would have expected you already knew that and in all honesty the information is available for 95% of peoples questions elsewhere anyway.

Hold onto the co-founder position. It will be worth more once they all are gone and the matrix is set. To be honest I expect the first revenue share after that happens to be small because of the points in the system plus the projects in early stages. I think the 2nd revenue share will be much better. Just remember though that you will only earn if you gain points (which you can do as a free member as well). I don't know of any scam that pays free members.

The Long Overdue Post

From an inside management perspective, Bitcoin, GBBG, and bitbillions have been an extremely interesting, and challenging experience thus far, to say the least. What began as a hodge-podge of unorganized, unfunded dreamers filled with grand visions and expansive projects has slowly become a more organized, focused core. We are still very unfunded and understaffed, but that is changing quickly.

Much has been happening behind the scenes the past 6 months. Some things very positive and uplifting. Other things have been a bit sad. Overall, we feel the organization is moving in a direction that points to attainable goals, achievable profits, and a solid, dependable future for our members. To explain this view we will bite off several chunks in different blog posts over the next few weeks.

Today, we will talk about technology development, product vision, and how this affects our company and our membership.

When we began, we mistakenly predicted we would sell over 50,000 Founder positions around $50 each and easily have $2.5 million capital to begin cranking out products and developing extremely disruptive technology. As you all know, this vision was far from reality. So, we have spent the past 6 months continuing to raise capital while evaluating every technology opportunity for the absolute best we have to offer. This resulted in a massive reduction in project planning, product concepts, manpower, and items on our plate.

As of today, most of our original core of developers with various product/technology visions have had to continue without us. Many of them are attempting to raise their own funding through various means and will take their ideas to the market without GBBG. It is a mutually beneficial reality. GBBG cannot afford to fund several projects, we do not have the manpower or capital to spread over many avenues, and yet these people deserve the opportunity to take their concepts toward reality. We simply have not raised the projected capital to be involved in several different development projects.

However, this is not bad news. What we have accomplished is the ability to pick what we feel is the very best project, and pour our resources into it. We have raised the funding and technical manpower to focus intently on a disruptive technology we feel will entirely change the bitcoin, crypto-currency, and financial marketplace forever. We feel we have sufficient seed capital, manpower, technical vision, and a blueprint to accomplish a very focused, driven, and important mission.

We feel 2014/2015 will see GBBG release a product into the global marketplace that will rock the entire core of the bitcoin community. And you, our current members, will gain the most over the life of this project. Our inside teams have been evaluating and discussing product concepts, business models, technical revolutions, and overall practical applications for the bitcoin protocol for nearly a year now. The entire purpose of these discussions: to weed out all but the very best idea, and then focus 100% of our capital, resources, and future upon it.

However, before this becomes reality, we all need to go through a few major obstacle courses together. First, we must continue to grow our core bitbillions membership community. After all, this is the community that will provide some of the seed capital for our project, the entire beta testing population, and the original users and marketers of our upcoming, revolutionary product. Second, we need to transform GBBG’s current software into a long-term application capable of scale in areas such as data, content, and security. Finally, we must capitalize major engineering, legal, regulatory, and marketing plans. This is going to be a daunting task.

Together, we can do it. There are over 50,000 of us working together now. If we all pull together behind one vision, we can accomplish anything. When we started GBBG we set a goal to achieve 50,000 supporters. We dreamed this number would be the core basis needed to actually pull off a grand project. Today, we have that number. So, we are 100% confident we can work together, with you, to change the financial world forever.

Let’s move for a moment from the dream and look at current reality. We are far behind the original $2.5 million we thought we would have by now. However, we have 50,000 supporters, growing daily. We don’t have 10 or 20 projects to develop at this stage. However, we have one focused idea we think will rock the entire bitcoin/e-currency/financial world and produce massive profits for our organization.

Our original plan was to launch GBBG to the world through bitbillions with as much free, open-source coding as possible. Therefore, we chose systems such as Ajax, MySQL, and PHP for their ease of deployment, no-cost open-source environments, and wide-array of available developers. We knew these systems would not carry us into mass scale, but we also assumed we would have over $2.0 million in capital and teams of developers to quickly move from free, open-source environments into costly, enterprise quality environments. Boy were we ever wrong about that!

January has been a set-back technologically. A lack of capital, combined with a reduction of manpower has forced us to rely on free, open-source technology too long. We are still managing everything through a free, PHP driven CMS system. This is not only incredible, but entirely illogical. We should be running proprietary content management, client management, data, security, and other processes. We just can’t at this time due to funding and staffing. But that is about to change.

During the month of January we entirely rewrote our data and content/customer management processes to create a more robust environment. It is still free and open-source, but it is better constructed and better stabilized. However, all our managers and developers know it is not scalable and will never be a long-term solution. Therefore, we are already writing the blueprint to convert our entire operation to a solid, proprietary coding that will be scalable and have long-term potential. We are laying the ground now to quickly begin development of our Matrix Stage systems.

This means we will continue to have bugs, glitches, and growing pains in the current software for at least 6-9 months. It also means when we roll out our long-term Matrix Stage system we will again go through a period of testing, fine-tuning, and bug fixing. If you are unable to bear with uncertainty, glitches, system outages, and other growing pains through the next 12-18 months, we recommend you wait until after January 2017 to participate in all GBBG projects.

We are not a fly-by-night company. We are not a get rich quick scheme. We do not promise you will make money fast. We guarantee you will not make money over-night. We actually project that most of our members will not earn much at all over the next 12 months. What we do promise is that we are building a product so revolutionary, so important, and so overwhelmingly disruptive that those of you who are willing to bear with us through 18-24 months of development will gain so much you will laugh at every other opportunity you ever saw before.

If you need income now, you should look elsewhere. This is not the place for immediate income, unless you are capable of generating huge numbers of referrals who upgrade their accounts. For the next 9-12 months, most members who earn immediate income will do so only through referring commissions. If you need fast returns on your “investment” or want someone to give you unbelievable hype and unattainable promises, you should go somewhere else and look for the person willing to sell that to you. If you are trying to profiteer by leading people down some magical dream of a fairyland world where they deposit a few dollars, click a few buttons, and “poof” they are suddenly rich, you really need to exit the GBBG train immediately. We happen to live in reality. We happen to understand that real wealth comes slowly and methodically through a controlled, managed process. We do not promise anything else. Our only plan is to deliver undeniable, unimaginable wealth, to those willing to go the long-haul with us. And this means we are looking at a minimum of 2015 before things start to become palatable.

On April 4, 1975 a man had a vision to create a company that would affect the entire world forever. He promised his original investors they would see unimaginable results, but they would have to wait until after 2005 to receive their first dividend. Some people jumped on the opportunity, investing millions of dollars into his dream. Others, too impatient to see beyond 1975 called him a buffoon. Today, Microsoft still remains one of the most powerful, influential life-changers on earth.

We feel the overall bitcoin community is developing hasty, ill-planned, rapidly constructed concepts and using the overall human community as massive guinea pigs in a global economic experiment. Far too many products have been released, far too quickly. And almost every single one of them have been destroyed by security flaws, outright hacking, or criminal inside corruption. Just like the “dot-com” boom of the early 1990’s, bitcoin will have a similar story. History truly repeats itself and we know it will with this protocol.

Hundreds of thousands of products will hit the market over the next 24 months. The vast majority of them will die sudden and painful deaths. Billions of dollars will be lost in hopelessly ill-planned ventures. In the same way billions of dollars died rapid, painful deaths with Webvan.com or Pets.com or the hundreds of other dot-com flashes in the early 90’s, hundreds of millions of dollars will die in flashes such as first-to-market blockchain concepts, countless e-currencies, and other crypto-currency products. And then, the real winners will begin to emerge.

Over 500 search engines came and died through the 1990’s, until some unheard-of team of college kids dreamed of the search engine called Google in September of 1998. Thousands of email clients, web browsers, and online content providers came and died in the 1990’s, until true visionaries brought forth products such as Hotmail, Netscape, and Yahoo. We believe thousands of e-currency companies will come and die over the next 4-6 years. It is purely a natural, predictable, expected occurrence. Any person believing otherwise is a fool and should be avoided. Any person who projects long-term growth and stability on a fledgling, immature, infant-stage protocol such as bitcoin should seriously have their head checked.

Bitcoin is just like TCP/IP and MIME and the other revolutionary protocols that came before them, in the fact that it is an ingenious, revolutionary, ground-shattering way of doing something. But it is very new, very young, and extremely far from its true purpose. If you think bitcoin is a commodity, a currency, or a method of processing monetary transactions, you are simply a part of the stupidity and wackiness that would have tried to define what the “Internet” was in 1989. Yes, the Internet existed then.

Bitcoin is far too young, far too underdeveloped, and far too under-engineered to be regulated, poured into the foundation of any system, or especially mass-utilized. However, we do happen to live in a time when protocols such as TCP/IP and MIME have been fully vetted, therefore producing an incredible juxtaposition for bitcoin. We are too connected and too capable of accessing bitcoin to allow it to properly develop without regulation, flawed foundational attempts at the expense of the uninformed general public, and far-reaching visions of mass adoption, way before it is ready.

So, what is GBBG doing? Where do we fit into this picture? How will we earn money and allow our membership to gain from this reality? That is a topic that will be more completely discussed with the next blog post. But to help you dream a little, we will leave you with this.

GBBG understands bitcoin is too much an infant protocol for mass consumer adoption. Yet we understand an important step toward this is mass consumer access in a much more simple, user-friendly manner. GBBG understands bitcoin and all e-currencies are too far from the security, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance standards that will make them capable of truly disrupting banking/investment/global finance, yet we understand an important step toward this is street-level exchange.

The current Banking Industry is going to be changed forever. For many of the archaic establishments, this may only mean death. The current Credit Card, Merchant Processing, and Payment Remittance industries will undergo painful, sweeping modifications. ATM and other currency machines, especially bitcoin ATM’s, could be absolute dinosaurs that may vanish as quickly as they came into existence. We are sure most members of bitbillions.com are anxiously awaiting this blog post. Our last post revealed some hints about the upcoming major product GBBG is building. However, we failed to mention the fact that revenue is growing at an increasing pace. Membership is growing at an increasing pace. We have been analyzing the data and have determined our present system negatively affects over 98% of our members.

There are two situations our current system does not address.

First, most people have limited time to devote every day to earning points honestly. They have jobs, families, lives to live, etc. They simply cannot click ads or watch videos or anything else for more than a few hours per day. As a matter of fact, less than 8% of our entire membership have more than 1,000 points earned from all Earnings Sources combined over the past 3 months.

Second, no matter how hard we try to prevent it, there will always be cheaters who work to manipulate the system. This is a very strong indicator that we should be generating growing advertising revenue from the pages of our site. Therefore, in February 2014 we will implement a direct advertising sales program.

Premium outside advertisers, along with existing members, can now place banner ads and text ads on bitbillions.com, purchasing them directly from the company. We are developing tools to sell ads through 7 different positions throughout our site. Each position will have a limited number of rotation slots available. Advertisers can expect to receive consistent, growing impressions and clicks.

PASSIVE INCOME PRODUCTS

In addition to the changes mentioned above, we are exploring options to provide passive income products for members who wish to earn only passive income, or members who simply do not have time or ability to earn by actively getting points.

Several members have multiple Founder and Co-Founder accounts and are realizing the only way for each account to earn (and therefore have value for re-sale) is to generate points. This could mean a great deal of effort for these members. Additionally, many professional online marketers have contacted our company stating they would love to bring additional membership participation but do not have the time or desire to conduct activities necessary to generate points.

In light of these facts, we are exploring various methods to allow people to generate passive income from our site. FORWARD MOMENTUM AND FORWARD OUTLOOK

Our site is growing. As a matter of fact, our growth is accelerating. Membership is not only increasing, but participation on all levels are escalating. Along with all the changes and enhancements discussed in this post, GBBG plans to bring a ground-shaking, market-breaking bitcoin product to market in 2014. This product will have a few major advantages over most bitcoin products released before. First, we have a built in base of over 60,000 people (and growing) to use and promote it. Second, it is simply going to work better, solve more problems, and be more secure than anything introduced before.

This new product is primarily designed to solve a few major problems in the bitcoin economy.

First, it will make it easier for anyone on earth to get their hands on bitcoins than ever before. As a matter of fact, it will even be possible for anyone on earth to acquire bitcoins and several other e-currencies without a computer, a phone, a tablet device, or even a bank account.

Second, our new product will be so secure that we are planning to guarantee every customer their e-currency balances can never be stolen. We are exploring the possibility to ensure this to a point that any customer who does happen to lose e-currency to theft or hacking will simply have their full balance restored.

There are many other problems our new product is designed to solve for the bitcoin and e-currency industry. We have been working on this for years. We still need to cross several development, legal, regulatory and marketing milestones before our product will be ready to go to market.
