I'm not sure whether he is trolling or he truly believes that this can be done. In either case, whoever attempts to do this will be disappointed. However, this could also be a targeted attempt, i.e. they want the individual(s) to hack someone's system which has X amount of BTC. While this technically isn't a hack on the network itself, it is a doable hack.

That's why there's the possibility of a targeted attack as I described above.

It's becoming harder and harder for hackers to make a breach in someones account as we go by and let alone BTCitcoin network. There was a video (can't find the link), in which there was some information about how hackers keep on attempting to hack but have no luck at doing so and there was an statement that developers constantly try to improve BTCitcoins security and yet some uneducated people like that guy try to hire someone to do it, just like BTCitcoin network was made out of nothing. Not sure why scammers keep on becoming more and more stupid as we go by and clearly from the way this guy posted the job, you could see everything and the funny thin is him asking the guy to send him something that he can do without the job offer itself (if there was a chance in which we all know there isn't).

I thought that people will learn to differentiate between hacks of 3rd party bitcoin services (not different that hacking a site, bank, company network) and actual blockchain hack (which is impossible at this point).
Attacks you mentioned are possible because these services have flaw in their own security protocols or it was human error involved (i.e. admin's laptop was hacked and password stolen etc.)

Well you really can't hack into the blockchain because, well, you just can't. It was designed to record the transactions done and it's nearly impossible to go around the confirmation checks. Although you can hack into someone else's address and steal their bitcoins but that's not the point in this thread.

It's not possible to hack the Bitcoin network but it could be possible for BitcoinEXpress. He might be able to do the impossible, as a matter of fact he has been able to carry out the impossible in the past. That's what makes him a special character on this forum.

Lately intensified Ransomware viruses tell us this very truth. It's not possible man. I think you don't have knowledge how bitcoin network works. Bitcoin network is not a single system is a collection of 100 1000 of computer connected through internet and to hack all the system it's almost impossible because if you hack one system then another system would recover and while hacking another system one more system will recover and by such activity is impossible to hack the bitcoin network.

i can't find the real hackers who stole my eobot unless give a ad about inviting , them to the same bitcoin address they hacked and had them post their btc addy and track their ip when they login to my eobot account.

What an idiot. The bitcoin network is the ultimate hacker creed, all hackers in the world are trying to hack it and nobody can do anything about it.The hacking of the bitcoin network si a potential 20 billion reward so why would they care about some 1000 BTC payment.

That was some kind of a troll post indeed, hacking the network is not possible ,and im not even sure if anyone have believed that it is possible, but i guess that someone actually did :)
The bigger nonsense about this is why would anyone hack the blockchain network for 1000 btc?
If cryptocurrency community would get an information that someone has hacked blockchain, bitcoin would probably become worthless in a matter of few minutes. That would be an avalanche of panic selling, massive dumps going on every exchange. Doing that for 1000 btc? It is like doing it for free :)

Obviously, all that was just a plain sci-fi, because you cannot hack the BTC network.

This person is not stupid but rather he is very clever and if a stupid hacker will agree to his terms then that person will earn bigtime. First he said that he needs to hire a hacker to hack 1000 btc on the bitcoin network and if that hacker is successful the hacker will give him the 950 btc and the remaing 50 btc is the fee of the hacker. This is a very foolish suggestion that only a moron and stupid hacker will going to bite it.

Hacking is possible, but if he has the capability to hack the bitcoin network he might hold the entire network under his control. In my view the same person can try hacking 1000btc rather than hacking the network. It is the network that is open sourced but without errors. This increases the security of the network not to get into the hands of hackers. Already several users might have given a try and failed.

You don't have to worry about the security of the bitcoin is very strong and it will not be exploited by those who are indeed looking for profits, the owner who created the bitcoin just difficulty to get into the server let alone those who have professional breaking into a server. focus on what we want and would like to find an advantage, because if we can't focus then the loss will surely always be in us. Because this world only those that focus and commitment that always win
 

Hackers can try unlimited times that they wont be able to sucess, since the security over bitcoin is hash, and they would need 51% hashing power i doubt those hackers has such mining power to be able to affect bitcoin at the moment.

I think bitcoin network can't be hack because it is too secured and too complicated for a hacker to hack the network. If bitcoin network is very vulnerable to hacks then the hackers doesn't need that bounty of 1000 bitcoins because they can get a lot of bitcoins in the network and much more than 1000 bitcoins.

However, if you can buy the developers, you can ask them to do what you want.

Dont be too sure about this. Anything is possible. Even bitcoin is believed to be safe as the support network is spread out and it became so huge that even the government used all the resources and they also cant be able to control the network. However, seemingly impossible, but there have already been a few cases that the fear of some pool taken away the basis of btc.

Dont waste your time with looking for hacker to hack whole btc network for 1000btc. it is pointless to discuss and you know already the reason behind it

How deliberately this guy is asking to hack the network as well as saying "you keep your fee and pay me the rest"! That was insane. If ever someone could manage to enter any glitch which would give them access to hack the whole network, will they come out with just 1000 BTC which seems nothing for their ^hardwork^? And if they could hack, why would they even give this guy any shit out of it?

That is why i cannot understand why such a questions exists on section about bitcoin discussion.
In my opinion, something like that should be moderated because as you have said, everybody knows the reason why this thread is about a stupid thing.
You cannot hack the network because there is simply no way to.
The blockchain is secure, and the only way possible to hack anything somehow, is to get private keyc through malware

I have never seen such a stupid post.Well if the bitcoin network is hacked then he will get access to all the bitcoins,on the other hand even if he could hack the bitcoins network,whats the point? There will be total down of bitcoins and bitcoins will be totally worthless and everything will be in vain.

I also believe that this post is really stupid! Who will ask for payment of 1000 BTC to hack the Bitcoin network? If he can do that he can take all of the bitcoin so why ask for payment if you cab have it all?

he should pay the employees upfront, so they could try to hack the btc network while getting paid, even if they cant hack it.

i wonder what would happen if someone could hack btc network, he ll be the most rich person , but this wont go unnoticed. even if hack is possible.
