I would be very much interested if you give for example free spins without deposit as a condition to receive them. Registration form is very complicated and Identity verification make this weird, why you required all information from bitcoin related accounts, this would be bad part of this site and people get afraid to make big deposit on this site, make it easier for bitcoin related account.

Not the same owners, no ties. I had explained in detail but post was removed. We are independently owned, based in Ireland.

VitalBet, BetcoinSports and BetBaller all use UltraPlay as their provider, and I guess ultraplay also provides the GUI since all of them are the same. Nothing shady going on I think, unless they don't have permission from UltraPlay (which is highly unlikely). UltraPlay also has an account on the forums.

Very unlikely that they own all 3 sites.

I can tell from my experience with 'fully regulated' casinos, that they usually need hell of a information from you before you can use their services fully.
KYC procedures they aply usually require you to send them scan of your ID. They might not ask your about it right away, but when you win something and try to withdraw you money it most likely happen.

I think what you are asking is about the deposit bonus, then i think it is same that if you are using the deposit bonus then for withdrawing the bitcoins with the bonus for that you have to wager 1 time of the deposited bitcoin. Like if you have deposited 1 btc then you will receive 2 btc in your account and you have to got betted 2 btc after that only you will be able to withdraw fully.

I actually believe that they are using the VitalBet script based on some pages I saw now, but I'm guessing it's an older version, since VitalBet only requires a 2x wager on fiat deposits, but not with bitcoin.
I don't believe they even offer a deposit bonus right now. Even if they did, the wager would probably be larger than 2x.

It is weird if users need to wager 2x of their deposit while they do not take any bonuses. I think the live support who talked to you was the one who do not understand about their own services. That's strange I haven't experience this kind of problem in withdrawals even when they are flutterclub back then. This only happened to me on a different site which was mentioned by darkstar.

Reread his post buddy, he is not talking about any promos. He is asking why he needs to wager his deposit 2x before he can make withdrawal while he is not claiming any promos (as the live support told him).
It is usual if players need to wager xx times of their deposit amount if they claim a bonus/promo like deposit bonus. But it is strange if he needs to wager 2x of his deposit for nothing.

It is working very well here, I can open it in my mobile browser smoothly. Perhaps it is only a problem on your side, have you tried to clear cache? Or maybe it is your connection issue?

It's happening on my side too when I open it into Tor but when I open it with normal browser than it start working without any problem, you should try this one into firefox or chrome than this problem will get resolved hopefully.

In my country, the IP addresses will be changed every time we connect to the internet(dynamic IP). And some websites has been blocked here hence sometimes I use free vpn or other free proxies. But, its ok if I cant get the bonus, I wont complain about it!

We are looking at this but there is no doubt that some of the VPN's are interchangeable.

2) General meaning of profit is revenue minus costs : does it mean , back to my example, I can keep only 8.2 (18.2 - 10 initial bet ) or  the whole 18.2?

They allow only one account per user and I think for a user only one account is enough to participate in any game at there. By the way if you are using any shared IP (like Wifi or other shared connection) then you have to contact to their support or at here with OP.

We do share the same software provider that you mentioned, for our front end and back end systems, but we are not connected to Vital Bet in any other way.

If you look at the footer on each site you will see we are different companies, licensed and based in two different countries.

There are other sites out there, on the same network, that also look similar, but we have not stolen anything from anyone.

I have no idea why we are not in the posts you refer to, not something we signed up for.

No problemo. The sites are built on the same platform and, as you can she, share numerous characteristics. Sometimes there are mistakes where names have not been changed. That 'password' one has been fixed now.

Before I open an account, I chatted with your live support - how long need to wait on withdraws. Answer: 10-15 minutes.

In past few days I had one withdraw pending for 8-12 hours and now I have 1 for 3+ hours.

This proves me you are unreliable for serious betting and fast fund movement.

I've found that pretty much all UltraPlay books have slow withdraws, as they are processed manually. Doubt that this will change.

The website looks good with easily understandable interface, but the developer has used heavy contents which at times doesn't work properly due to the lack of internet connectivity speed. This affects the confirmation of live betting. Other than this works good.

Funny thing you mentioned that as speeding up the live betting system (quicker confirmation of bets before the odds change) is our priority and will hopefully be done soon :)

It's more of a 9X rollover, because it's deposit + bonus, but the bet you make before getting the bonus should count I think. They do have a cashout feature (you can withdraw your funds if that is what you mean), or cashout bets live in play. It's easily +EV, if you play it right (matched betting).

Apologies on the above, I thought you were referring to something different and wallet related on the 'cashout'. We have got cash-out in play on various events (on desktop). You can see the cash-out symbol beside any of the markets where this is offered.

Bets that are cashed out in play will not count towards rollover.

I have not created multiple accounts at betballer like I already told. I asked to show all of us evidence but we are still waiting for it for the obvious reason.

Do you have used VPN or Tor to bet? They judge this using ip address, if people use the scam VPN line or Tor, your ip would be same, and the site judges you are same players.

No I have not. They simply are thinking that I am behind those all accounts because several players rushed into this bookmaker when they found out about it at a local forum. I might take this to court cause I have no doubt I would win this case. Betting same amount at different accounts is proof of nothing. You would either need to prove that the same  IP logged into several accounts or if  using a VPN  that the same device logged into several accounts with a VPN.  To avoid this you would only need to pay 140 euros to me.

I have been following this thread at a Finnish forum and only me and one other person have made a noise about this. To be honest I would have thought more people would have complained there about this than just two.  If we suppose 20 accounts were opened at betballer by a same person maybe that one person behind those accounts is silent as she/he knows having no chance to win this battle. This would explain why just two are making noise and you possibly are accusing me and this other person of the crime someone else did. I don't know, but is identity verification really mandatory in your website? Because id this is the case, I don't think plasyers/bettors will bet on your site instead on the existing ones already. The reason behind your account being closed was down to having matching IP address. As well as that you were flagged for having multiple accounts and abusing bonus. This is in breach of our T&C.

I saw they posted it on their website last week so they might have been announcing it there for months. But this is why you just don't start a gambling website without secured funds of operation. This is how you are declaring bankruptcy in an elegant way.
