Why we need to send email? This bonus is different to various ppl? You should keep transparent terms on the offer page.

This is very vague, what is general rollover for it? I have just busted my 500 mbtc on the other site, I will try your site if I change my mind.

There is 50% bonus and 100% bonus rules.  In order to clear the rollover requirement of the bonus, players must rollover 5 times the deposit + bonus on odds greater than 2.00 in the sportsbook if the bonus is 50%, and 10 times the deposit + bonus on odds greater than 2.00, if the bonus is 100%.

I don't know, but is identity verification really mandatory in your website? Because id this is the case, I don't think plasyers/bettors will bet on your site instead on the existing ones already. I also mean that, that's why players/bettors are using bitcoin as mode of payment on gambling, because they want to be anonymous right? I just don't get it. For example a winner won big amount of parlay and withdraw, he cant withdraw without doing the verification process. And yeah, my question still remains, why choose this website while there are other existing bookies out there without this kind of policies?

If you play with bitcoin you don't have to verify any details or share any personnel information. Once you nominate that the currency of choice is bitcoin then the form will remove sections that are not needed. So players do have complete anonymity.

So the percentage is decided by us, or by the deposit amount?

Cash-out feature is a plus point in your site, and you use the same supplier from betcoin. But betcoin doesn't offer sportsbook bonus. And I like the NBA odds which is higher than nitrogen.

I believe this particular issue has been dealt with several times because I have equally made a mistake about this as well. I would suggest a notification is put on the site for anyone who wants to register because people who are into bitcoin, the moment they try registering even without selecting the right currency, they see the forms, I am sure many would be discouraged immediately even without bothering to ask questions.

If indeed you set that way, I quite agree with you make it so that people who want to play on your site will be very easy and convenient. The rules may have to wait to get into the gambling sites you will be very safe for this sort of thing.

Hi there,

The reason behind your account being closed was down to having matching IP address. As well as that you were flagged for having multiple accounts and abusing bonus. This is in breach of our T&C.

Thanks for sharing the bad experience here, this site has many scam accusations against them, I recommend you make a scam accusation topic in this section:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Many forum members will help you get the money back.
