I am from Pakistan so it is not verified as Pakistan is not supported by paypal.. I once verified it with payoneer master card. but my master card expired. you can verify it with any US ban or credit card.

I have an account from Algeria (Country Code: DZ), It's one year old and has a decent amount of transaction. The account is linked to both a MasterCard (Neteller) and Visa Card as well which as far as I know make it fully verified. I'm not fully sure about the 21 days hold , as sometimes I get it and sometimes I don't , In fact I made a thread about it in the Service discussion and till now ... I'm not sure how I could get it removed. |
