May I ask why do you specifically wants to us white label exchanges? Because from what I know they are not exactly the pillar of stability.
Many white label exchanges active in the past are now gone, check out these names: bex.io , buttercoin.com and xchangetank.com 

I would rather seek standard exchange with impeccable reputation.

it is quite interesting and hearing new things like white label exchange :), please nay one can guide what is white label exchange , but any site we need to carefully choose before doing any transaction ,as some sites are not that legit.

White label means that  there are 2 parties involved in management of an exchange.
One party takes care of technical side of project - like software and server.
While another provides the marketing, branding and financing. Takes all the risks and assumes all legal liabilities.

Im looking for white label because i dont need all the rest of papers to build an exchange.Some brokers offer white labels for their exchanges but they dont trade there bitcoin or virtual coins.
An white label is a partners tools that you can add to your domain.People will do all the exchanges there on the broker platform and you will get revenue.

There are many exchanges who offer affiliate programs but they dont offer white labels.

Looks like white label crypto exchanges have gone under. If you want to start one, you can create another thread requesting for partners to join you in the new venture. Then arrange a meeting with your potential partners.
